Reviewed May 25, 2026Un lugar muy bonito, rodeado de naturaleza. La señorita Ema y su hijo son muy amables, tienen excelente disposición para cualquier cosa que uno necesite. Cocina bien equipada. La única sugerencia, es que brinden una copia de llaves para el portón a quienes van con auto, para no estar pidiendo cada vez que uno quiera salir y entrar.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Before booking this place, I really did investigate that much because I just needed somewhere, and sometimes you get lucky this place was incredible very clean very spacious. They’re outdoor patio. Space is amazing. I wish I could’ve cooked in it when I was here. It’s right in the middle of town so everything is walking distance and it’s so private and quiet. It’s so relaxing. The host are very informative and kind. I wish I could’ve stayed in the area a bit longer thank you again 10 out of 10.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Mi estadía en el hostal Ema fue muy buena. El lugar, la decoración, el entorno maravillosos y la atención del personal extremadamente amable. Me dieron datos sobre actividades, dónde comer y qué hacer en general. Además, muy limpio todo y se encuentra en un punto bastante céntrico dentro del pueblo de Pisco.
Es una zona en donde hace MUCHO calor, por lo que podrían tener a disponibilidad un ventilador en caso de ser solicitado, ya que si no, la única alternativa es dormir con la ventana abierta, lo que te expone a zancudos.

Poca cordialidad de la persona que nos recepciono, el refrigerador no enfriaba, al salir nadie nos abrió el portón, en la habitación habia ropa interior ( par de calcetines) de algún pasajero que estubo ahi antes que nosotros.

La habitación era muy fresca y se agradece con el calor que hace en Pisco Elqui, contaba con baño privado, quincho con todos los implementos para cocinar. La piscina exquisita y buena vista. Valoro mucho la atención por parte de Luis ya que se preocupó en todo momentos de hacernos sentir cómodos. Excelente en precio y calidad.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2023This was a great place to stay, just a short walk to the central square in Pisco Elqui. The hostal owner was really easy to contact and extremely friendly and welcoming. He even showed us his collection musical instruments, which we really appreciated. There was a nice outside space and cooking/eating facilities, it was quiet at night and there was even a hammock just outside our room. The room was basic but was clean had everything we needed.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2023The hostel environment is really friendly, there is a 24h open kitchen and the garden has nice spots for chilling. The hostel is within 5 min walking distance from the main town square.
The only con is that the room we had didn't have windows even though the door let some sunlight in. However during the morning it was pretty fine, and also outside of the room there were benches and tables so we also spend time there when eating, reading, or doing some remote work.
