La vista dal balcone vedevo il Nilo e le piramidi .. All’entrata c’è un posto dove prelevare cash, a 5 minuti a piedi c’è mc donald e burger King, è vicino c’è un mini supermarket , davanti dall’ altra sponda c’è la nave faraonica THE NILE PHARAOHS CRUISING dove puoi fare la mini crociera con cena e spettacoli. La colazione sceglievamo la Egyptian breakfast, che consiglio ( uova, falafel, fave ( foul) marmellata, formaggio, frutta , pane e hot drink. Tutto super pulito, in camera c’erano the e nescafe e zucchero, bollitore , acqua ed è presente anche un mini frigo. ..il personale super educato e gentile , alle due di notte ho chiesto una tisana perché non stavo bene e me l’hanno portata subito . grazie di tutto 🙏🏻

My name is Khadija, I'm Moroccan and live in London. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and I was very satisfied,The hotel's view is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything you could need, including air conditioning and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was wonderful; they even brought it to your room. What I appreciated most was the staff; they were dedicated to the comfort of the guests, offering assistance and respect. They were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any service you might need. I would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel again if I ever have the chance to return to Cairo. You feel safe in the area, and I was very grateful for the staff's helpfulness. I want to thank them for their assistance with everything I requested.🥰😅❤️

أنصح بالافطار المصري فهو رائع وفيه تنوع والمنظر علي النيل أكثر من رائع فندق جميل والسعر مناسب جدا بأمر الله سأعود إلي نفس الفندق للإقامة فيه فقد وجدت فيه الراحة التي أريدها فشكرا لكل طاقم الغندق

عادة اقيم موظفي الاستقبال بغض النظر عن خدماتهم المميزة بدون استثناء بقيادة نانسي لكن تقييمي في مكان آخر عرابين النظافة بقيادة الست الجميلة باخلاقاها الست رحمة ان شاء الله يكون الاسم صحيح مع خلود ومنة والله العظيم يعتنون في ادق التفاصيل في نظافة الغرف وكل شي حتى السلالم شكرا من القلب لكم واتمنى من مسؤولين الفندق مكافأتهم يشهد الله ابداع وبشوشين جدا جدا وسريعين الاستجابة محبتي 😘😘 ابوتركي

Avevamo già soggiornato qui ma in una camera diversa. La colazione è molto buona. Anche se ogni volta che si fa modifiche (chiedendo solo alcuni elementi della colazione), si riceve cose a caso in più. La camera è spaziosa (ma questo è l'unico lato positivo).

Non c'è ventola nel bagno. In bagno non vi sono appoggi per le proprie cose (dovevamo fare avanti e indietro dalla camera per prendere spazzolino/creme ecc). La doccia è all'Italiana ma corta quindi si inonda il bagno. La vista "giardino" è in realtà un locale buio al primo piano con solo pareti attorno e delle piante. La stanza rimane molto buia per cui è necessario usare tutte le luci per non deprimersi. Si sentono tutti i suoni della reception e l'ascensore durante la notte. Il climatizzatore è rumoroso. La stanza è polverosa negli angoli. Viene pulita ma non per bene. Per il prezzo pagato davvero non vale la pena. Non vedevamo l'ora di andarcene e cercavamo di passare più tempo possibile fuori.

La posizione è ottima e la vista dalla camera al ventesimo piano era spettacolare. Non serva neppure il climatizzatore tutto il giorno perché lassù rimane fresco nonostante sia agosto. La colazione è deliziosa e arriva appena cucinata. Abbiamo chiesto delle modifiche in modo da poterci portare via i panini col falafel quando andavamo presto in visita. L'accoglienza all'arrivo è stata molto bella. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene. Le stanze vengono pulite tutti i giorni (ad orari sempre diversi).

La camera era molto polverosa e abbiamo trovato croste di pane secco. Abbiamo chiesto una pulizia ma è arrivata diverse ore dopo (come pulizia standard giornaliera). La situazione è migliorata ma comunque non viene pulito benissimo. Per qualche misteriosa ragione ogni singolo giorno ci cambiavano gli asciugamani e ci davano un solo asciugamano grande e uno piccolo, nonostante fossimo due e gli asciugamani portati via fossero il doppio. Ci toccava chiamare ogni giorno il servizio in camera per farci portare altri asciugamani (a volte chiamando due volte perché si dimenticavano). Non è la fine del mondo ma è davvero fastidioso. La camera in sé era bella. Avevamo una cabina armadio. Il bagno è vecchio ma spazioso. La ventola funziona benissimo. A volte la usavamo anche per tirare via l'odore delle tubature. Il phon per capelli non funzionava.

After doing the upgrade to the double room the room was spacious and very good with a view over the Nile. The variety of breakfast options was a good touch also.

The single room is unlivable. There are no windows inside and after just one hour I had to do the upgrade to the double room even though I was by myself. No sound insulation so the noise was quite high even after midnight. Also the wifi was poorly working.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und eine geniale Sicht auf den Nil... Qualität der Betten gut.

Zimmer sehr eng und klein. Kein Platz um einen Koffer auf dem Boden zu öffnen...keine Kofferablage vorhanden. Dusche sehr alt und nicht sauber.

اول شي هو ماهو اوتيل مستقل هو اوتيل في مبني سكني المكيف حار وكان عندي مشوار للمستشفى وخرجت من غرفتي وفتحوا الغرفه ودخلوا من غير علمي وقلت لهم كيف تدخلون غرفتي من غير مااعرف وكان في ملابسي وأغراضي يقولي كنا بنقولك إذا رجعتي وهذا الشي مرفوض وغير مقبول ومافي اي خدمه عندهم ابداً والخدمة سيئة ولا استمتعت بالسفره ابداً بسبب الفندق ومايستاهل ولا ريال

حجزي في الطابق 39 أكثر ما أعجبني هو الإطلالة المميزة واتساع الغرف، مما جعل الإقامة مريحة الإفطار جيد يجهزونه للغرفة ، لكن كنت أفضل لو كان يقدم بنظام البوفية الأطباق كل يوم نفس الشيء مافيه تنوع.

التكييف يحتاج إلى تحسين للأفضل.

The location is excellent, and this was my fourth or fifth stay at the hotel, which is why I chose to book it again.

I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel staff. This was the second time I experienced the same issue during one of my stays. My work colleagues briefly visited my room, and the staff handled the situation in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, making us feel as though we had violated the rules. As a returning guest, I expected this to be handled much better. Because of the way I was treated, I decided to leave the hotel approximately one hour after check in, shortly after arriving from a long international flight at around 3:00 AM. I informed the reception that I was leaving, handed the room back, and did not stay or use my remaining two nights. Despite this, the hotel refused to cancel the reservation or provide any refund. I am very disappointed that a loyal returning customer was charged for a stay that was never used.

The breakfast choice is superb, brought to you in your room. All the management team and staff are so helpful and welcoming.

Хороший отель в Каире с отличным видом из окна на Нил и пирамиды (днем и немного в дымке). Внизу кафе на набережной и прогулочные катера, музыка из них может быть громкой. Также интенсивное движение по мосту, водители могут часто гудеть, в целом место шумноватое, но оно в центре активной жизни и этим интересно! Лично мне шум не мешал. Соседей практически не было слышно. Ничего лучше в Каире за цену этого отеля я в Каире не нашел, поэтому провел в нем все 5 дней, вместо запланированных 2-х дней. Персонал доброжелательный. Рядом есть банкомат. Хороший район с развитой инфраструктурой.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, and the Nile view was nice.

The location was just average and not as convenient as I expected. It took some time to reach the main attractions.

The staff were friendly, however most of the staff didn't speak English. The breakfast was good as it was free through booking.com!!!

Everything!!!!! Where do I start?? This is pretty much an abandoned 39 floored building where they have renovated a few of the floors. It is over priced....for an extra £20/30 you can stay at the Hilton/Radisson blu. Although it's called the 'Nile View Inn', we were given a room which had no windows. After complaining they wanted an extra $20 per night for an upgrade. Further complaining, they agreed to move us without extra payment. The reception area on the ground floor is dodgy...random males that not sure if they actually work there!?! Be careful which lift and floor you go too...scary!!! The elevators, well 2 out of the 3 that actually work could give you a panic attack...not quiet sure if they have ever been serviced!!! Reminded me of Towering Inferno movie. The surrounding area....next to the Nile...what a dump. Rubbish everywhere and smelt disgusting. Beggers, children and adults waiting outside constantly harassing you for money, oh and the 'taxi' drivers...who do the same and drive like maniacs. The wi-fi...lol...what wi-fi...we did speed checks and were lucky to get 1MB speed well when it actually worked, oh and one day the owner didn't pay the Internet bill, so no Internet at all. Fire safety....doesn't exist here. No smoke alarms or sprinkles/fire extingushers...no signage for escape routes. We think we found the stairs downstairs...but when we opened the door...there was a huge German Shepard dog standing there...scary. No smart TV, just a few hundred Arabic channels a 2x English channels. There is basically nothing to visit in Cario except looking a Pyramids and then the new museum...which was pretty rubbish...took about 2x hours max to visit. The whole of Cario is filthy, nothing to see, no real city centre to visit and from start to finish literally every person we met wanted to scam you for money...including the boarder control at the airport who wanted a bribe. Don't visit this place, be warned.

The Entrance on ground floor was extremely dirty! 1st Floor at reception much nicer however they can work on overall cleanliness.
