Super freundlich, sehr sauber, guter Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen, Hundefreundlich

Locatie en het verblijf had iets warms hoe het ingedeeld was. Uitzicht vanuit je kamer was bizar mooi.

Douchekop was kapot en moest je in de hand houden. Iemand anders heeft aan mijn kaas gezeten wat in de koelkast stond met mijn naam en kamernummer erop. Vervolgens een briefje met dag diegene de kaas zo hoog nodig had. Erg jammer dit.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Beengten Zimmer, wenig Platz für private Dinge.

Familiär mit Liebe geführt. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gemeinschaftlich ausgerichtet und auf Vertrauen basierend.

Super vriendelijke, behulpzame uitbaters! Heel verzorgd verblijf met alles ter beschikking.

Badezimmertüre hat geklemmt. War ziemlich laut, diese zu schließen.

Sie war schön schlicht, aber alles da was man braucht. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit den verglasten Fenstern hatte ein tolles Ambiente in dem man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat

The staffs were super nice and the rooms were very clean, spacious and with and incredible view!!

The atmosphere was comfy, casual, well-maintained, and clean. If it weren’t for the communal kitchen area, I wouldn’t have thought it was a hostel at all, but rather a BnB or hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The mountain views were incredible. They are also very dog friendly.

Gefallen hat uns das nette Personal, und die Leistung im gesamten Hotel. Auch im mehr Bett Zimmer war es ok man weiß worauf man sich einlässt. 😉.

スタッフがとても親切だった。ロビーの窓からの景色はとても素敵だった。キッチンの調理器具やお皿など充実していて良かった。ドライヤーもフロントに聞いたら貸してくれた。

ホステルのカーテンなかった点と、ベッドが簡易的なので人が登ると振動がある。

Amazing place. Visited in August but I felt right at home, very cosy - I can’t imagine what it’s like in winter! Bedroom was spacious, decorated nicely, with a large balcony boasting a lovely view. Great facilities downstairs - many living areas, tastefully furnished with large lamps and large leather sofas. Whoever was running the music has great taste. One large window in the main living area with a spectacular view. You can grab drinks & ice cream from the bar at any point any point and pay on checkout. 7 minute walk from the train station, about 10 minutes into the centre of Ehrwald. On the last day it was raining and I felt very at home!! I would love to come back. Amazing hiking opportunities nearby btw - did the lake seebensee & drachensee hike which was spectacular.

Very minor things - no AC. Appreciate this may be more of a winter lodge but in August it was very hot. Pillow was large very flat, I had to fold it in half to sleep. Soap was funky but strange ? you had to spin the device around and it releases a fine powder - this is sparsely distributed and it felt like I wasn’t able to wash my hands properly throughout the trip, especially after a muddy hike!

Es ist super sauber und man kann sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist auch top. Das Frühstück habe ich zwar nicht probiert, aber sie werben mit regionalen, vegetarischen Produkten, was wirklich eine super Sache ist!

Für ein Hostel, in dem man ja mit anderen das Zimmer und alles teilt, ist es doch eher teurer, dennoch die preiswerteste Unterkunft in der Gegend.

I stayed in the hostel in August. The location of the hostel is very nice- a great base for walking/cycling through the valley- with plenty of reserved free parking space. Supermarkets are relatively close by (important when you like to cook in-house). I had a room on the second floor looking out on the valley, and the view was fantastic. That by itself made my stay. I really liked the hostel concept: There were often people chilling in the common area or preparing food in the kitchen, with plenty of opportunities for small talk or exchanging experiences, if one wished. On the downside, you do have people making 'private' calls for everyone to hear, and occasionally your food disappears from the kitchen, in spite of the nice wooden personal crates offered by the hostel. But if you can't handle that, then a hostel isn't for you.

At 7:30, the breakfast offered quite a nice selection of local vegetarian products, but one day, when I arrived at breakfast at 9:30, the remaining selection was limited (no more butter, only some cheese varieties left, ...). No one seemed to supervise or add supplies that were finished. It was at times very warm in the room (afternoon sun on the window), and no air conditioning. Luckily, I had brought a portable mini fan.

Enjoyed the breakfast, hosts were friendly and accommodating, location accessible to cable car and hiking trails near the Mighty Jugsplitzen.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit, selber zu kochen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und liebevoll zusammengestellt.

Świetna lokalizacja, widok na góry. Dostępny bezpłatny parking. Bardzo fajne przestrzenie wspólne na parterze, miło że pomyślano również o najmłodszych (są kredki, kolorowanki). Podobał mi się system zakupu napojów - w jednym z pomieszczeń były różne napoje w lodówkach (spory wybór!) oraz cennik (rozsądne ceny). Można było wziąć co się chciało i wpisać zakup do specjalnego zeszytu, a potem płaciło się za napoje zbiorczo z pokojem na koniec pobytu. Przyjemna ciekawostka.

Ekologia ekologią, ale dyspozytor do mydła w kostce (w formie zamkniętej tarki/młynka) to było dla nas trochę za dużo. Balkon okazał się współdzielony z lokalem obok, przez co nie czuliśmy się w pełni swobodnie.

Am already wrote about the place and thankfull to write again : l booked for four weeks in advance this hostel , am having no complains just forgot that am 70 years old and need a private place , the owner a young man didnt hesitate and charged me only for the 10 days that i was there and no more , big thanks ; another employee , a woman named Isabel was / is extremly friendly and helpful , viel danken 😁

Het uitzicht aan de achterzijde

Aan een drukke weg. Verder was het meer een herberg dan een hotel.

De sfeer in het hostel was heel gemoedelijk. Mede dankzij de vriendelijke medewerkers en de gemeenschappelijke ruimte die zo mooi, huiselijk en knus is. Je kan er makkelijk contact maken als je wil, maar ook rustig zitten in je eigen ding doen. En het prachtige uitzicht! Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker en uitgebreid met verschillende kazen en jams uit de regio.

Wonderful large common area, very very clean. Room was big and bright with an amazing view.

Habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die common areas sind gemütlich (und mit gutem Geschmack) eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist grandios, Küche gut ausgestattet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sauber ist auch! Jederzeit wieder!

Thanks for the flexibility regarding the luggages and your availability for advices. Well situated also, bus stops near by and easy to go on different hikes Very clean

La vue depuis le logement est incroyable, que ce soit de notre chambre, du balcon commun ou de la salle de repas ! Parking juste en face, une cuisine commune pour se préparer à manger, frigo à disposition ☺️

Un peu bruyant en début de nuit mais que la première nuit. Les inconvénients de la cuisine commune : vaisselle pas forcément essuyées et rangées, pas toujours de la place pour se faire à manger

Nice location, great room and so nice village

Les parties communes ont beaucoup de charme. On peut préparer son propre petit déjeuner dans une cuisine mise à disposition, puis le prendre dans la salle avec une magnifique vue. La chambre avait une très belle vue sur le Zugspitze.

On entend un peut trop le bruit du couloir, la porte n'isole pas assez phoniquement.

The hostel is set up perfectly with lots of lounge spaces, beautiful views and a small kitchen for communal use. We had a room with a balcony and mountain view which really topped off our stay! The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I would 100% recommend and we will return.

The only downside was not having any form of air conditioning, or at the very least a fan in our room. This would have made our stay perfect.

Felt like a resort; lots of facilities, well maintained rooms and amazing location. The sauna and record player were the highlights for me.

The trash cans almost never got emptied in the bathrooms. The rest was perfect!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Feels like home. Very cozy, all you need is available. Great place to relax and recharge battery after long hiking tours.

This was our kind of place. Relaxed, friendly but not in your face, clean and well organised. Rooms basic, but smartly laid out. The hotel retains retro charm, and we loved the cooking facilities. Veggie breakfast is also available and was great. Location wise, so easy to get about without a car. Local buses ace, lots of cycling, walking and beer drinking to be had. We would definitely return.

Very beautiful hall, old furniture and big panoramic window with view on mountains. Access to kitchen, fridge on the floor. There is balcony in the room. A lot of place for staff in bathroom.

Location is spectacular. The lounge area has an incredible view of the surroundings mountains and the host was very welcoming and helpful, even with all the questions I kept asking him.

To be honest, I think this hostel was a little too pricey for what its worth and although breakfast was nice you had to pay an additional fee, which just makes your whole stay quite costly as a solo travel on a budget.

I simply cannot say enough amazing things about Mellow Mountain Hostel. The check in process was easy, the hostel were exactly as described, and we had a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly kind and gave us many good suggestions/tips for the area. Really could not recommend end a place more!!

My only slight improvement would be on the amount of normal serving bowls! When cooking out own meal that was the only thing we struggled to find. But the larger bowls they did have worked fine too, (more of a preference thing for sure)

Wir hatten eine preiswerte Übernachtung für die Tiroler Zugspitzarena gesucht und sind fündig geworden. Alles da, 2er Zimmer ganz sauber, ein sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Haus , in allen Dingen exzellent organisiert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gern wieder! Liebe Grüße, Ulrich

Lovely view lovely staff

Fint läge, fint boende, bra frukost, trevlig personal.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the cooking facilities were very nice. They were very understanding and accommodating when we accidentally washed away the receipt for our bouldering session and allowed us to get it reimbursed. The darts board was also very fun to play with.

They undersold themselves - if they said they offer free bouldering sessions and a hang board, we would have brought our climbing shoes!

Großartiges Frühstück <3

Sehr sauber, man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Ich hatte erst etwas anderes gebucht, aber 20€ pro Nacht für den Hund waren mir dann doch zu viel... Ausserdem ist man in der Gegend ja eh meist draussen. Super netter Empfang, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Everything was perfect. I can't put in words what I felt. The overwhelming warmth of the place, the people (of the hostel as well as each and every traveler), the facilities and location.

Eine Top Unterkunft mit netten Betreibern. Wir durften sogar schon eher einchecken und konnten den Regentag in den gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsräumen verbringen.

Het personeel is supervriendelijk en hoewel er niet de hele dag iemand aan de balie aanwezig is, zijn ze erg makkelijk te bereiken.
