Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Loved my stay here! It’s a social Albergue and had a communal dinner for only 10€ that was delicious. The beds were comfortable and they had many showers and bathrooms to use. The sitting area/ garden area above was lovely. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s close to the center of Caminha and right in the Camino trail.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Das beste Hostel! Auf Wunsch und für 10 Euro extra wird am Abend vegetarisch gekocht. Inklusive Salat und einem Getränk nach Wahl. Es war wirklich toll, mit so vielen anderen Pilgern am Tisch zu sitzen und ins Gespräch zu kommen. Die Mitarbeiter machen alles mit viel Liebe und man hat das Gefühl, mehr als willkommen zu sein. Im Dachgarten gibt es Hängematten und ein Solefußbad entspannt nach den Kilometern. Zusätzlich werden dort gegen Aufpreis Massagen angeboten.

Potešila práčka i umývadlo na ručné pranie, dostatok miesta na sušenie, možnosť zapožičať uterák za 1 €, milá záhrada, bazén so slanou vodou na unavené nohy... Majiteľ vie, čo pútnik na Camine potrebuje. Albergue má svoje čaro.
Boli sme veľmi spokojní..

They had plenty of space for people to talk and give comfort to pilgrims- and epsom salt foot bath, and outdoor shower and a delicious pilgrim dinner and an amazing masseuse who is so great working with the challenges of pilgrims- walking long distances - he was great at relaxing the muscles and reducing the soreness

W pokoju brak okna, ale to drobiazg, gdy planujesz tylko spać.

The building is definitely old so the toilet and showers are quite small, and I felt that there was less privacy than at my other hostels, although the beds were comfortable.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Het is een heel gezellig, knus hostel, met een heerlijke buitenruimte en heel veel sfeer. Het is duidelijk met passie opgezet. De host kookt voor de pelgrims. Dat zorgt voor zoveel verbinding.
De bedden, het beddengoed en de faciliteiten zijn wat verouderd. Maar nog steeds prima en comfortabel. Er zijn niet heel veel douches en toiletten.

Mi è piaciuto essere accolta al check in dalla proprietaria, che mi ha mostrato la casa e dato varie informazioni utili per il giorno dopo (es. Dove prendere la barca). Nell’ostello si trovano le lavatrici e il lavandino esterno dove lavare i panni. Si trova anche un terrazzino dove poter rilassarsi e bagnare i piedi dopo una lunga giornata di cammino. La cucina è ben fornita, anche di condimenti per potersi cucinare la cena. Si trova a qualche passo dal centro! C’è la possibilità di avere asciugamani e lucchetto a pagamento.
L’unico difetto è che la mia stanza si trovava vicino alla lavanderia quindi fino a quasi mezzanotte si sono sentiti i rumori delle macchine in azione. Ma oltre questo nulla.
