Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We got more than assumed for the cost of this accommodation. The working staff were super nice, every small thing in the buildings were thought through and everything was super clean.
Location is a bit far away from everything but if you have car, then that is no problem.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Väldigt trevlig personal/familj, känns som hemma. Lugnt och fridfullt men ändå nära till allt, fina rum och bra utrymme. Kommer verkligen komma tillbaka, väldigt varma rekommendationer.

Reviewed May 19, 2026There were only a few other guests when I stayed here, but the common kitchen is big and could easily accomodate a lot of people. It's quite close to big roads, and I was worried that road noise might be a problem, but luckily I was wrong. It's very peaceful and quiet. This was a perfect location on my bicycle trip to Stockholm.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2025This is a great place, exceptionally clean. It has everything you need, the rooms are cosy, the kitchen is big and nice, landlady is so kind and personal. I felt like at home. The nature nearby is also great. Highly recommend this place.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2023As a travel-weary 75+ in a foreign country, I received the warmest welcome imaginable. Yildiz went out of her way to make me feel at home and comfortable. The accommodation was so clean and bright, and Yildiz made me a superb evening meal and breakfast next day.All my thanks to her, she is quite rightly proud of her establishment. If I get the chance to go to Sweden again, I shall head straight for Håknäs Vandrarhem.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2022Fabulous place to stay if you are passing by or staying for longer in the area. If you are tired of overpriced chain hotels this reminds you how wonderful places can be. Excellent hospitality from the owner who could not have been more helpful throughout. I will return very soon
