Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Vyhovovala nám lokalita blízko nádraží, snadná dostupnost metrem z letiště. Ubytování jsme vybraly také z důvodu možnosti pozdního check-inu. Strávily jsme zde jen jednu noc, ubytování bylo dostačující, čisté.
Komunikace byla třošku kostrbatá, i přes domluvu ohledně pozdního check-inu nám trvalo chvíli se na ubytování dozvonit. Nakonec vše ale dobře dopadlo.

The room was a good sized but the carpeted floor was not cleaned. It was dirty.The pillow was uncomfortable.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Right across the road to the bus and train station, which was what we wanted. The lady in reception was very pleasant and allowed us to check-in early.
The place could have been a bit cleaner. The carpet in our room looked as though it hadn't been hoovered for a while and the bathroom needed a decent clean.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Reached Campanha station close to midnight after a delayed flight. Had a booking for dormitory accomodation, but I paid a very reasonable price to be upgraded to a 'suite' (which describes a private double room with an attached bathroom). I woke up refreshed after an excellent rest.
A coffee machine would be a plus since the hostel does not provide breakfast.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Gostei de que o quarto estava bem organizado e tinha ar condicionado. A cama era bem confortável e o barulho das pessoas não atrapalhou minha estadia, pois a varanda/quintal era um pouco afastado.
Não gostei de não ter tapete ou toalha para o chão da casa de banho. Com isso, sempre que tomávamos banho, ficava tudo molhado. Acredito que tenha sido um lapso, um pequeno esquecimento na hora de organizar o quarto.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The staff are friendly, but communication is another problem, as they don’t speak English at all, which makes it difficult to explain things.... The location is good if you need to be close to the train station and metro.
I stayed at this hostel twice. The first time, it was okay, but unfortunately, my second stay was a completely different experience and I really didn’t like it. The hostel is honestly very dirty and definitely needs a proper deep cleaning. I even saw ants on the floor. I also felt quite uncomfortable because I was sharing a room with men who seemed to have been living in the hostel for a long time, rather than just staying there as travellers. Another big issue was the laundry. It is quite expensive, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to know how to operate the washing machine. The laundry area was extremely dirty and chaotic, with ants everywhere. I actually regret paying for laundry here. The situation with my clothes was also frustrating. The next day, some of my clothes had simply been thrown into a bag, while some wet items were left outside. As it was raining, I put them in the kitchen to dry because of the bad weather. I specifically asked the staff to put them outside in the sun once the weather improved. Unfortunately, they didn’t do it. When I came back in the afternoon, my clothes were still wet in the kitchen, so I had no choice but to pack them wet into my backpack. :/

The property itself is the quality of a 2 star hotel. Kind of cluttered. There is only 1 shower hall for both men and women. The shower stalls have opaque accordion doors that lock, but only the wet part, so you have to store your towel/clothes outside.

The cleaning was not good at all. I had a top bunker and as soon as I climbed onto it I saw crumbs. The pillowcase was clean but the pillow itself was disgusting. The floor was dirty, the bathrooms/washrooms were also dirty, there was mold on the caulk.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Me gustó todo más el poder cocinar, puedes hacer todo tipo de comida, hay una nevera grande dónde guardar los alimentos, el personal muy amable, todo es espectacular y más que al cruzar la calle tienes la estación de autobuses y el metro, supermercados, tiendas, panadería, farmacias, hay de todo. Yo los recomiendo al 100% cuándo vayan a Portugal les aconsejo quedarse ahí porque es de lo mejor, tienen un patio dónde puedes comer al aire libre, puedes fumar, hay enchufe para cargar el móvil y el internet wifi es buenísimo.

The check-in took a lot of time, the guy at the reception did not speak english. The bathroom was very smelly, the rooms were not soundproof so you can here any key turning in the next room. A lot of noise as the building is next to a construction site.

The hotel’s invoice service was very disappointing. I contacted them several times to request the correct invoice, but they eventually sent me an invoice belonging to another guest. I still did not receive my own correct invoice, and sending another guest’s document to my email also raises serious privacy concerns. The staff should handle invoices and guests’ personal information much more carefully.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Not much. When I first arrived here, I thought this was a nice place with a garden, but that soon changed. All I wanted was a place to sleep near the train station. Didn't care if it had bells and whistles.
Having staff walk into the room and turn on the bright lights while everyone was attempting to sleep. Yes, they accept guests until 12 am, but there are signs all over the place to be quiet after 9 pm, which the staff was not. Truelly disrespectful to those already there. They could do it more quietly and use different lighting to show the newcomers their places. In addition, the staff themselves were noisy after 9 pm, not following their own rules. In order to get to the downstairs bathroom, you had to squeeze past a refrigerator that just about left enough room. All in all, I finally got some sleep, but could not wait to get out of this place.
