Staff cordiale ed efficiente, posizione ottima, buona colazione soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo. Camerata grande. Ho apprezzato anche di poter lasciare il bagaglio in un ottimo locker dopo il check out

Compagne di stanza pessime. All’una di notte ancora palavano tra di loro, e rispondevano al telefono. Certo questo non dipende dalla struttura ma le regole dovrebbero essere chiare, perché non tutti sanno come ci si comporta in ostello.

Excelente! Tiene su propio bar de cerveza! La recepción en inglés entrega toda la información, la pieza compartida limpia, un poco calurosa pero hay ventana y ventilador, cada cama con su numero y su locker amplio asignado. Tambien con toma de corriente y luz individual. Los baños, las duchas muy limpias y agua caliente, secador de pelo. La ubicación, en zona tranquila a 10 minutos de caminata al centro. Todo muy bien!

Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Hostel mit gemütlicher Bar und Restaurant im Eingangsbereich. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage ist recht zentral mit einem kurzen Fußweg ins Zentrum der Altstadt. Dorm Räume waren groß und man hatte ausreichend Platz. Es gab einen Vorraum mit großen Spinden, für die man kein eigenes Schloss braucht. Bäder waren geräumig und getrennt von den Dorms.

In unserem Schlafsaal waren recht offensichtliche Spuren von Erbrochenem an einer Stelle der Wand, am Boden und teilweise an der Leiter des eines Bettes. Das kann man eigentlich kaum übersehen, wenn man dieses Zimmer gescheit putzen würde, also stellt sich einem hier die Frage, wie oft und wie gründlich die Zimmer geputzt werden. Die Betten in den Dorms sind grundsätzlich recht alt und scheinen etwas abgenutzt. Für den Preis eines Dorms finde ich es auch nicht so gut, dass man die Bettwäsche selbst beziehen und auch wieder abziehen und runter bringen muss.

easy check in. easy check out. i like that staff is so friendly. lots of bathroom stalls for showers and toilets, never had to wait or feel uncomfortable. lgbt safe. great for economy, the whole power card thing, in my country USA we dont really have that so i liked that. everything was clean, i liked that we had to bring sheets down because that tells me that they do laundry and clean their sheets a lot. i found it very comfortable. they have a good luggage storage system, felt it was very safe, secured, and easy.

its 24 hour facility so the bar and people can be up all night, sometimes a bit too loud.

• The lockers are huge - basically a full-size wardrobe for your belongings. I travel quite a lot, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen lockers this spacious in a hostel before. 👍 • There are also secure lockers available for luggage after check-out, which is very convenient if you need to leave your belongings at the hostel for a few more hours. • The 4-bed room was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to move around. • My room faced a quiet street rather than the inner courtyard, where guests tend to hang out, so it was very peaceful and quiet. • Very friendly and genuinely helpful staff. They went out of their way to find a convenient solution for me when I needed some extra time at the hostel after check-out.

• The room had three windows, but two of them couldn’t be opened at all, and the third could only be opened partially. As a result, the ventilation wasn’t great. The spacious room helped, but it would have been much better to have more fresh air. • The water pressure from the tap in the toilet near my room was very strong and couldn’t be adjusted, so water tended to splash everywhere. It would be better if the flow could be reduced a little. The taps in the bathroom with the showers one floor above were perfectly fine, so this seemed to be an issue with that particular tap.

The property is in a great location in Bruges. Since the town is so small, everything is very convenient and easily accessible. There’s a mini market and several restaurants right across the street, which was really convenient. I actually really liked that the bathrooms are outside of the room. In my experience, they were always clean whenever I used them. The room itself is very spacious, and the closets provide plenty of storage space. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the property or the room itself—everything was great! Also, the elevator was a PLUS!

Upon arriving, I was assigned a bed and locker number, but when I entered the room, someone was already using the bed I had been assigned. I spoke with the staff, and they asked if I could switch to another bed, which was fine with me. I specifically asked them to update the system and make sure I had the correct bed and locker number. However, the next day, another guest checking in was assigned the same bed I was now using. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to have to go back to the front desk and explain the situation again. Other than this issue with the bed assignments, my stay was okay.

Struttura pulita, a pochi minuti dal centro, staff accogliente. Camera spaziosa con bagno annesso, anche questo spazioso e pulito. Diverse prese in camera, Locker per ogni occupante, tavolo con sedie , ventilatore e wifi. Tessere elettroniche per entrare sia nella struttura che nella camera. Dormito benissimo, anche se consiglio di portare dei tappi per le orecchie essendo presente un bar in struttura

It was clean, staff were nice and the location was walkable.

There were no thing we didn’t “like” but we needed to check out before 8 a.m. but the reception was closed and we had to call them to find out how to check out that early. Although they were helpful and handled the situation quickly.

There was a blonde woman at the reception who treated the guests very badly (and employees too)

Very spacious room, 4 bed dorm with excellent lockers. Private shower boxes with vanity. Good balance between outside and inside socialising area. Super breakfast to set you up for the day.

Service upon check in below par. More interested in the screen than attention to some sort of welcome. Very soft matress. Almost felt like a hammock, but stable bunk beds.

Ostello carino, molto vicino alla piazza centrale della città. Sorge in una zona tranquilla con poco traffico per cui si dorme senza problemi. Buona la pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni. Camera molto grande, per 4 persone c'è spazio in abbondanza. Bagno in camera. Letto comodo.Possibilità di lasciare la propria valigia prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in. Colazione a buffet buona con discreta scelta di prodotti. Prezzo per pernottamento + prima colazione valido, soprattutto considerando gli alti costi degli hotel a Bruges. Di sera è piacevole trascorrere del tempo al bar al pian terreno, dove bere una birra e chiacchierare. Cucina in comune con frigorifero utile per tenere l'acqua al fresco.

In camera faceva un pò caldo, l'aerazione è scarsa a causa di una finestra fissa non apribile ed un altra schermata che fa passare pochissima aria. Considerando le ampie dimensioni della stanza qualche armadio in più ci starebbe bene. Non ci sono tapparelle, al mattino presto entra luce. Caffè a colazione un pò acquoso.

Great stay, nice bar downstairs. Luggage storage after checkout which is always a bonus. The bathrooms etc. were pretty standard for a hostel but was clean. Great location!

Hostel jest umiejscowiony kawałek poza historycznym centrum, ale nadal blisko i w nowym budynku. Pokoje i łazienki bardzo czyste, jedynie konieczność wkładania karty do pokoju w celu uruchomienia elektryczności nie całkiem praktyczne - światło pali się cały czas, także w nocy. Wszystko dość sprawnie zorganizowane. Miła obsługa baru.

Niestety savoir vivre dzisiejszych podróżujących w hostelach staje się problemem. Krzątanie się o 1 w nocy przez godzinę i palenie latarką nie pozwalają spać. Podobnie sprawa klubu na dole - do późna w nocy da się słyszeć rozmowy na dziedzińcu. Niestety brak podwójnych szyb w oknach. Kłopotem ze strony hostelu jest fakt, że rano są otwarci od godziny 8. Nie ma możliwości przeczekać czy zjeść wcześniej śniadanie/kawę.

Helpful staff, luggage storage for early arrivals, spacious room, comfortable bed, mosquito net in the window. Nice bar with budget-friendly prices (and I really liked the post-punk music selection played at the bar during our evening hangout!). Great location - right in the beautiful historical city center but aside from the busiest tourist area. Nice view from the room's window.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They reacted swiftly to my questions. The breakfast was all right, the room spacious, and the facilities (kitchen, toilets, etc.) were fine too. I particularly liked the inclusive atmosphere in the hostel. It is wheelchair-accessible, and you generally feel that this is a safe space for everyone. Of course, the "quality of life" strongly depends on the other guests. In this respect, it was mostly okay. Some guests were very friendly, greeting you and smiling, while others totally ignored your existence, both in time and, to some extent, in space (the only thing they couldn't do was walk straight through you :-D). Both were fine, although I preferred the former. The location is simply excellent. It is worth the price.

The most difficult thing for me was sleeping. Due to the decorative metalwork on the windows, it was almost impossible to sleep with fresh air coming in from outside. The blankets were worn, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. I guess this is going to change, since some brand-new mattresses had been placed in the corridor. Sometimes, people tend to have loud conversations in the courtyard just below the windows. I accepted this; it was a hostel, after all. The alarm in the middle of the night was also a surprise, but these things can happen. On the other hand, the cleaning work in the kitchen at 6:30 could at least have been announced in advance. There had also been some loud construction work on our floor — it would have been nice to know about that in advance, too.

It has that youthful vibe. There's a space for meeting people and playing some games while music is playing in the background. I think there was karaoke too. And don't worry, this music doesn't even get to the rooms, so there is zero noise pollution. The rooms are very well kept. I had no bad experiences.

This isn't much of an inconvenience, and I believe it could be resolved in the twinkle of an eye by the hotel. The toilet on the ground floor, the pressure of the tap could cut through diamond 😅😅. You can't use the tap without getting splashes everywhere, including on yourself.

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue, sin duda, el personal. Fueron súper majos y atentos en todo momento. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y, además, tenían taquillas donde podías dejar tus cosas, lo cual era muy práctico. La ubicación también era excelente, ya que estaba cerca de todo y resultaba muy cómodo para moverse.

En cuanto a los aspectos que menos nos gustaron, reservamos una habitación privada para dos personas, con baño privado, pero nos dieron una habitación que estaba justo al lado de la zona común exterior donde los jóvenes se reunían por la noche. No nos avisaron de que podía haber tanto ruido y, aunque entendemos que es normal que haya ambiente en un hotel de este tipo, a la 1:30 de la madrugada todavía había bastante gente haciendo mucho ruido fuera. Nosotras queríamos descansar y dormir, pero el ruido nos impidió estar tranquilas y descansar como esperábamos. Creemos que estaría bien avisar previamente de esta situación o, si es posible, asignar este tipo de habitaciones a personas que no tengan tanto problema con el ruido.

Nice location and clean ♥️

Accommodation in a very good location. As I experienced, there is some program every day. Of course, this is mainly heard in the room with the window open, but it did not bother me. I like music and can sleep with any noise. What surprised me a little was the breakfast... it was listed on the Booking page as "continental" and noted "vegan"... I thought it would be a normal breakfast... but there was no meat at all... This is of course not a big problem... but I was surprised. The staff, however, was very nice and helpful.

El personal es muy amable. Brujas es una ciudad preciosa y la ubicación del hostel es excelente. El desayuno por el precio está muy bien. El hostel es muy lindo. Podes guardar tu equipaje en un armario con contraseña, lo que lo hace muy seguro.

Por la noche funciona un bar en el hostel pero te ofrecen tapones para los oídos por el ruido. Mi habitación era compartida y uno de los chicos que se hospedaba era muy sucio, por lo que el baño de mi habitación quedó inutilizable por la suciedad durante mis dos días y tuve que utilizar los comunes del pasillo.

The location is perfect, not too far from the square. The bar is pretty amazing too, good night life to interact with people. Rooms were clean with clean sheets. Overall my experience there was excellent!

No character at all to the rooms. Only one overhead light. No option for ready lamp. Lumpy pillows - poor quality. Couldn’t open curtains for lack of privacy from next building. Mold in the grout in the showers
