Très bon accueil. La femme à l'accueil est superbe ainsi les hommes. Très bon endroit. Très propre. Très bon petit-déjeuner. La femme qui prépare le petit déjeuner et change les couvertures est superbe. Tout est bien vraiment bon courage.

Destaque especial para a Bela, que foi muito solicita comigo, se mostrando sempre muito disponível... Quarto limpo, café da manhã, limpeza . Super recomendo.

Única coisa que deixaria como sugestão, ventilador e luz na cama pra não precisar ligar a do quarto .

Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. In the summertime, the dorms are hot. Dorms facing the street are really noisy, there are live music right below the window until night.

賑やかな旧市街(バイシャ)にあり、アクセスがいい。 この立地で朝食付きはお得。 ベッドも個人的には寝心地が良かった。 チェックインが22:00くらいでしたが、スタッフがいないのでセルフチェックインしました。

Amazing location, close to the centre of town and close to multiple train stations but not too busy/loud in the evenings. Very large sized room and generous breakfast available for a long time each day. Shared bathrooms were clean and the showers had amazing water pressure. Staff were always nice and helpful :)

It was very hot (33 degrees C each day) while we were there (not the fault of the hostel obviously!) and the room had a small fan provided but it was very low powered and didn’t really do much even on the highest setting. The window was west facing so the whole room heated up every afternoon even with the curtains closed, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Also very thin mattress on the bed. Would probably be much more pleasant temp in the room later in autumn/winter/spring!

Breakfast was okay and common areas were nice :)

No AC in the rooms and during warm seasons they get hot and a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

It's a double-edged sword: the position is very central, though it can be noisy in the very morning and until midnight.

Das Einzelzimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen und war richtig schön eingerichtet.

Die Türe zum Badezimmer war komisch zum zu machen und es hat mir eine Ablagefläche im Zimmer gefehlt.

The female only room was comfortable, clean and the curtains provided good privacy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and found the hostel offered everything I needed such as easy late check in, free breakfast and baggage storage! Agree it is noisy till about 11pm but that’s the trade off you pay for being so central in amongst the busy streets. Saw lots of reviews about lack of security but this is not the case so much anymore at least for my room, need a code to enter the floor, and the door to the room can be locked.

Lo único las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado. Solo eso yo solucione comprando uno personal pero aún es verano y el calor se siente.

Gostei do atendimento pelo telefone e whatsapp. Fui muito bem atendida e orientada de como concluí minha reserva sendo que estava com algumas dúvidas .

Location is convenient and not too noisy despite being central. Breakfast is fine. Staff was nice. There is a big kitchen.

The shared bathrooms aren't great: there is no private space to dress/undress, the shower heads could be replaced, it wasn't always clean. We had a double room and it didn't look like on the pictures at all: more like a warm shoebox with a mattress sinking in the middle.

Nice accommodation. Bedsheets are very new and clean. The breakfast is a nice addition. Location is very central. Checkin was smooth. All worked well. Thank you.

Common showers could be cleaner, but it wasnt too bad. The bunkbed is also making some noise sometimes. But this is also normal in a hostel.

Me sorprendió para bien este hostel, es uno de los mejores de los que he estado en Europa. Super limpio, desayuno incluido, habitaciones compartidas muy cómodas y camas con privacidad (cortina) y rígidas (no se mueven al subir la escalera la otra persona de la cucheta). El personal muy amables todos!! Volveré!!!

The location is great, nice breakfast with everything you'd want, rooms comfortable, and the night receptionist was very nice and helpful

The bathrooms are not nice at all, the doors slide, don't cover 100% of the frame, one can see people half naked brushing their teeth. Not the end of the world, but... The worse are the showers, the base is bare cement, and there is absolutely nowhere to hang or put your clothes, clean or dirty, or even the trowel. There are no towels provided , I was surprised, every traveler needs one, but ok, it's a cheap hostel. What is not ok was that this is not clear when booking. For the €5 cost of renting, I could have bought a cheap one or booked another hostel that offers them. I felt a bit cheated. But the worst was how, the asian lady (apparently in charge) dealt with my complaint that this was not evident upon booking. She looked at me as a nuisance, rather than at least trying to have a bit of customer service awareness. You can charge even €100 for an essential item, it's your right, it's the customer right to but be clearly informed while booking! And if you get a complaint, try to look from the customer's perspective...

Good Location

The hostel couldn't even be at a better neighbourhood, there are only beautiful streets everywhere around it. The staff was kind and helpfull always. The rooms were clean, every bed has a curtain which makes it much more private and it has a little light, a shelf and an outlet too, so it is very comfortable. The breakfast was perfectly fine, simple but everyone can get full.

For me this kind of shower head is very strange and uncomfortable but I think this is totally a preference kind of thing. The lockers are pretty small, but for the important stuff it is enough.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The elevator was nice given that most residential buildings in Lisbon don’t have one. It’s right in the thick of the most tourist-y area of downtown if that’s what you’re in to, but it’s loud and not as charming as other parts of the city.

The bathrooms. Wow. I get that it’s a hostel, but that was bad. I showered with the lights off so I couldn’t see what was around me. The curtains on the beds were super flimsy. Mine fell down a few times and there were some questionable stains on the inside.

Extremamente sujo, banheiros nojentos, cozinha suja, talheres e utensílios sujos, derrubei um fone de ouvido em baixo da cama, quando fui pegar fiquei horrorizada com a nojeita que estava la, cama com cortina improvisada que caia o tempo todo, um horror. Quarto sem ventilação, passei calor a noite toda, totalmente desconfortável.

Preis Leistung war sehr gut, Matratze bequem, Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend, sauber.

Handtücher waren nicht inklusive, Leihgebühr 4 oder 5 Euro, wäre gut das vorher zu wissen... Keine Terrasse

Comode aree comuni e molti bagni e docce al piano che venivano puliti. Camera ben organizzata.

Purtroppo per quanto l'ostello fosse pulito nelle zone comuni, ho preso le cimici da letto (bedbugs) nella camera femminile. La ragazza alla reception ha subito cercato di pulire il materasso ed effettuare un rimborso. Talvolta capita😔 però sarebbe da mettere fuori uso il materasso e la struttura del letto per poter ripulire a fondo, invece è stato dato a qualcun'altra lo stesso giorno...

Aamupala oli perushyvä, leipää ja jogurttia. Huone ja vessat oli siistejä. Sijainti oli tosi hyvä, metro pysäkit vieressä ja juna-asemalle kävely matka.

Suihkussa tuli vaan kylmää vettä. Huoneissa ei mitään ilmastointia vaan tuulettimet, joten helteillä oli vaikea nukahtaa. Myös ikkunat oli tästä syystä koko ajan auki, joten kadulta kuulu melua huoneeseen myöhään. Joku myös varasti minulta ja joltain toiselta käteistä.

Absolutely 5 star hostel. Everything was great. Staff were very courteous and helpful. They guided me to the best possible place to pick bus for airport. Rooms are very clean as the attached toilet and shower. Overall 10/10

La stanza non aveva tanta luce...e quei letti a castello murati...non aiutavano a vivere meglio quella percezione. Non ho sofferto il caldo...ma si aveva quella sensazione che non passasse aria, c'erano dei ventilatori...ma non c'era circolo d'aria. Purtroppo la mia vicina di letto ha trovato delle blatte, proprio dopo poco il mio arrivo e questo inevitabilmente ha condizionato il mio soggiorno. Colazione essenziale, ma per il prezzo pagato...non mi sarei aspettata di più effettivamente

L’emplacement, notre chambre était mignonne, le personnel était agréable.

Il n’y avait pas de porte, mais seulement un filet pour délimiter la porte d’entrée des salles de bain. Ce serait bien que ce soit une porte fermée

Cute hostel in Rossio area. The position is great, right in the center of Lisbon. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast is a plus! The dormitory room are well decorated, clean and cute.

Would have appreciated an extra electicity socket by the bed. If you have more than a device to charge the struggle is real. The locker in the room is small (only fits a cabin luggage). There's a baggage area where you can keep extra luggages on the 4th floor, but it's not ideal, and also not accessible at every hour. As it's located in a busy central area be aware of the noise at night. Didn't really mind the chatter from people enjoying themself in the street, but the truck collecting rubbish at 2am was a bit annoying tbh

Il fatto che era centrale

L’ostello e’ così come si vede in foto. Ha due piani al 3 e 4 piano del palazzo. Io ho alloggiato al piano terzo. L’ostello è tuttavia pulito ma i bagni lasciano al quanto a desiderare. Occorrerebbe investire qualche euro per metterli a posto. La ragazza di colore che puoi trovare la mattina è molto cordiale e gentile. Mentre non posso dire la stessa cosa di quella che copre il turno del pomeriggio. Ecco la mia brutta esperienza. Che racconto.La mia prenotazione era di due giorni e comprendeva anche la colazione. Il secondo giorno dovevo partire molto presto, pertanto ho richiesto alla ragazza del pomeriggio di poter avere una fetta di pane ed un po di marmellata in quanto non potevo sennò usufruire della colazione. Non credo sia una cosa folle..La risposta alquanto arrogante e inadeguata è stata che la colazione si può fare dalle dalle ore 7.45. Ho provato a farle capire che avevo la colazione compresa e chiedevo una cortesia. Ma mi ha risposto che la Colazione si doveva fare in ostello e non era possibile preparare nulla da portare via. Inoltre ogni volta che ho dovuto interpellarla aveva un fare alquanto scocciato

La habitación muy cómoda y la cama privada con buen espacio, luz privada, enchufe y un pequeño espacio para dejar cosas. Ubicación inmejorable y muy buen trato con el personal.

A localização sem dúvidas é o ponto mais alto do alojamento. É um ambiente limpo e apresentável. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Cama são confortáveis.

Os chuveiros são bem ruins, chatos de regular e por pressão pra apertar toda hora. A cortina da minha cama soltou junto do ferro e acabei ficando sem, elas não são bem presas. Se demorar a chegar pro café, pode ser que não tenha reposição, mesmo dentro do horário.

Nice location, clean and quiet Friendly staff

Location was convenient but was a little suspicious as it was in the middle of every touristy restaurant. Also the front door was open sometimes which anyone can just walk in, there is no security in the ground floor.

The bathroom in the hostile really ruined the experience. It was the worst. It constantly smelled like sewage and no matter if the cleaning people cleaned, the stench from the toilet area were still present. That alone made me not want to eat ANYTHING from the free breakfast bar.

Vissa av toaletterna saknade lås, ingen handtvål, inte så bra städat. Personalen blandade även ihop min bokning vilket gjorde att jag behövde flytta ut ur rummet två gånger under min vistelse vilket var omständigt

A localização é excelente, no centro de Lisboa, com fácil acesso ao metrô e um supermercado bem em frente. O quarto individual é confortável e ainda oferece uma garrafa de água de cortesia. Outro ponto muito positivo foi a possibilidade de deixar as malas no guarda-volumes e até tomar banho antes do horário do check-in, o que foi muito útil após a viagem.

O café da manhã foi um pouco fraco, embora isso possa ter acontecido porque chegamos perto do fim do horário. O banheiro estava sempre limpo, mas o sistema do chuveiro não é muito prático, pois é preciso manter o botão pressionado para a água continuar saindo, e ela desliga rapidamente. O atendimento também variou bastante dependendo do funcionário. Apenas uma recepcionista foi realmente muito simpática, atenciosa e nos recebeu de forma muito acolhedora.

Localização incrível, bem no centro de Lisboa e ao lado da lindíssima praça do Comércio, ambiente jovem e limpo, funcionários educados, cama muito boa, café da manhã muito bom. Foram ótimos dias, custo benefício é realmente excelente pois por esse preço de diária na localização está ótimo.

Acho que só o fato de não ter recepção de noite/ madrugada e se vc precisar fazer check-in ou check out precisa mandar mensagem. Mas nada de difícil também.

2nd floor female bathroom was always dirty and Could possibly need to get cleaned more frequently . Also big problem was there was no aircon in any of the rooms . This is a big issue specially being in a room with 8 people and currently with the heat wave in Europe aircon should be a basic need in big rooms and can be improved on

Tudo maravilhoso. As atendentes Bella (portuguesa) e a outra não lembro o nome foram super simpáticas e gentis. Localização PERFEITA. Com um supermercado em frente à porta de entrada. Com toda a certeza voltarei a ficar lá.

Só um ponto... o barulho ao fechar a porta. Até mesmo os funcionários quando iriam mostrar o quarto aos novos hóspedes deixavam a porta bater. Se for evitado e avisar na hora do check-in seria muito bom.

Ubicación, tienes bastante cerca todo. Puedes dejar maleta antes de check in o después del check out y usar las instalaciones sin problema. El desayuno normal,que está incluido en el precio.

Limpieza deja bastante que desear, podrían prestar mas atención a algo tan importante. Falta de aireacondicionado con el calor de verano también se nota mucho,aunque te pongan ventiladores.

Everything was fine

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the location was absolutely great and convenient. The staff members were very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was fair and okay for the budget.

​The temperature was super hot during my stay, making it quite uncomfortable, though I understand this was due to the weather and nature rather than the hotel itself. There was also a little bit of noise coming from outside the room. As a vegetarian, my main issue was at breakfast: the cheese and meat slices were placed in the exact same container, and the same serving tongs were used for both. I really did not like this cross-contamination and hope the hotel can separate them in the future.

This is a typical budget experience, and you get what you pay for. The included breakfast was very basic and the hostel is not the cleanest (although the staff try hard, it is an old building and a big turnover of people). I stayed in 4 bed female only dorm for one night. I found the bed comfortable and slept well but it was very warm in the room and no proper AC, just a fan so something to be aware of during the summer months. Because of the location and lack of AC you have to sleep with the windows open and it is very noisy but I used earplugs and it was ok.

It's in an old building and bathrooms for women are open so anyone can see from the corridor to the inside. Would be nicer if they put some shelfs in the bathroom so one can put clothes there while taking a shower.
