We only stayed here for one night, but we wish it was longer! The host was so welcoming and the room was perfect - clean & well air conditioned. Our host helped us get an early morning taxi to catch a boat to the Floating market. It is so worth the stay here!

Host was very welcoming and helpful booking buses and trips. Room was nice, clean and comfortable in a good location for exploring and for restaurants and coffee shops.

Bathroom was a little cramped.

We chose Buddha homestay or one night to do a floating market/Makong 1/2 day tour. Turned out to be the best choice. Our hostess Kieu Giang arranged everything for us with a local .we didn't have to sit in a big tourist boat and we could support the local people instead of a big business. What a fabulous tour it was ,and I highly recommend staying here and booking with the homestay. Kieu is also a master with translation on the phone so you can have entire conversations with her :) When we arrived we were greeted with water,cookies and a giant piece of watermelon. Kieu also arranged our sleeper bus back to Ho Chi Minh for us..such a sweetheart. We are 3 seniors 71,77&77 and were very comfortable here.

Vị trí ngay hồ Huỳnh Cương, phố ẩm thực Đề Thám nhiều quán ăn và cafe trong phạm vi đi bộ. Đầu hẻm là Cơm Tấm Bà Cụ Phòng nhỏ phù hợp giá tiền, rất sạch sẽ, ở thoải mái. Có ban công nhỏ xinh xắn. Nước nóng, máy lạnh, tủ lạnh đầy đủ. Đặc biệt internet tivi cho homestay.

Thiếu bàn nhỏ để laptop làm việc. Homestay nên không có thang máy (chấp nhận được)

The host was very nice and helpful. Nice lady, communication with translate app. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will gladly stay again if I'm in the area.

La gérante est exceptionnelle, très gentille et attentionnée. Elle nous a beaucoup aidés pour choisir nos visites et faire un tour en bateau ! La chambre double avec balcon est très agréable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L’emplacement est idéal pour un nuit à Can Tho, à 15 min à pied de l’embarcadère.

La nuit peut être un peu bruyante, mais cela nous a pas posé problème.

The owner is SO sweet and the stay was super comfy. Slept so well here and really well located near the lake and lots of restaurants. Loved it!

Die Besitzerin war äußerst hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat für mich auch die Weiterfahrt organisiert und mir Tipps gegeben. Eine tolle Lage, mitten in der Stadt, nahe beim See. Zimmer sogar mit winzigem Balkon. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bardzo miła właścicielka. Po przyjeździe zaoferowała wycieczkę łodzią dla dwóch osób. Pokój raczej mały ale jest wszystko co trzeba na szybki nocleg. Bardzo fajna była też paczuszka na wynos, miły gest.

Jest dosyć głośno dla osób słabo śpiących (wieczorem słychać okoliczne knajpki, od rana budzi kogut 🙂)

Very lovely owner, she does not speak English but she uses Google translator as a pro, always ready to help you and answer your questions. The room was nice and tidy, at a walkable distance from the night market and main port

The lady who owns/runs Buddha Homestay is such a lovely, kind, and serene person, which makes this Homestay a very good and convenient place to stay when in Danang. The property is just a stones throw from the famous bridge and busy night market. Our room was comfortable and clean and we slept well. When we checked out we were sent on our way with instructions for taking a local bus and were given some snacks for our journey. We hope to return one day

Obiekt usytuowany w lokalnej dzielnicy dzięki czemu z bliska można się przyjrzeć lokalnemu życiu. Bardzo czysto. Gospodyni mimo, że nie mówi po ang. Bardzo sprawnie posługuje się translatorem. Pomoże w organizacji wycieczek. Polecam!

The owner was very kind and helpful. She uses google translate to communicate but she is also helping on whatsapp. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean, and aircon was also working which was needed in the humidity here!

Only downfall is that the water in the shower wasn’t hot.

Clean and in a great location. I was made to feel really welcome. My host was adorable, always smiling and quietly singing to herself. She couldn’t speak any English but had her translation app with her so we could communicate so no problem! I would highly recommend this place.

Schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten direkt bei der sehr netten Dame vor Ort eine Bootstour zu den schwimmenden Märkten buchen.

Tôi thực sự thích cách mà chủ homestay giao tiếp thân thiện với mọi người. Cô luôn luôn quan tâm và hỏi han mọi người mọi lúc mọi nơi để biết tình hình sức khỏe của mọi người cũng như biết là mọi người có cần cô giúp gì hay không. Chủ Homestay có một kho tàng kiến thức du lịch luôn á. Cô biết rất nhiều địa điểm nổi tiếng cũng như ít người biết ở Cần Thơ và cô hướng dẫn rất tận tâm. Đặc biệt, ai mà là Phật tử thì cứ chiều chiều tầm 6h hay 7h thì đi chùa đọc Kinh chung với Cô rất là thiện lành luôn á.

Clean, Nice, Comfortable, Located in a super nice neighborhood. The owner is super cool short loud friendly Vietnamese lady. So perfect. If I liked city’s I would totally negotiate a long term rental from her.

Tout ! La propriétaire est tellement gentille. Elle ne parle pas anglais mais on se débrouille avec les traducteurs et c’est même assez marrant. La chambre était top : lit confortable, télé, eau chaude, et l’emplacement en plein cœur de la ville est agréable.

Absolutely perfect place to stay Cần Thơ, ended up extending my stay 3 more days, the room was very clean, the location was nice, just next to some lake and very near of Ninh Kieu Wharf, AC worked without any problems, had many charging plugs, it even had own fridge which I loved and shower had as hot water as you wanted and owner lady was so friendly, kind and helpful in every possible way which made my stay absolutely amazing! Cảm ơn 🙏

Zelo prijetna lastnica, ki nam je pomagala z vsem kar smo potrebovali. Na našem potovanju po Vietnamu je bil najbolj pristen in topel sprejem in najtežji odhod. Zelo se je potrudila in nam pomagala. Soba je bila za nas dovolj velika in čista. Kopalnica je majhna ampak prav to je za nas posebnost, da vidimo preprosto življenje Vietnama.

Mon séjour ici était parfait. Kieu Giang est d’une gentillesse profonde et sincère, sa joie de vivre est un havre de paix. Ses conseils, sa disponibilité et la chaleur familiale qu’elle insuffle au Homestay ont fait de mon passage un de mes meilleurs souvenirs au Vietnam. Le lieu est idéalement situé, dans un coin animé mais légèrement en retrait de l’agitation de Can Tho, ce qui permet de s’en extraire en trois minutes de marche, pour mieux y replonger… tout en partageant une vie de quartier typique ! Ce fut un honneur de résider ici. Une rencontre gravée à jamais dans ma mémoire et dans mon coeur. Merci milles fois !!

Excellent location, clean, comfortable. The host auntie and I communicated through translation app; she is helpful and kind, providing budget-friendly tour options for my consideration, but was not pushy. She also guided me toward best locations to resolve some unexpected personal challenges I was navigating. Upon my checkout, I was pleasantly surprised when she provided me with a small takeaway bag of prepared fresh local fruit and snacks for my commute. Thank you for your generous hospitality!

L'hôtesse était très sympathique et m'a aidé à organiser mes visites à Can Tho et mon bus de départ. Au top!

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief hervorragend. Sie spricht nur minimal Englisch,aber kompensiert das mit App problemlos Sie hat uns auch Tagestrip organisiert und auch Weiterreise Tickets für Bus + die Taxifahrt zum Busbahnhof+ Minibusfahrt vom Busstop. Das hat uns die Weiterreise sehr erleichtert. Für den Low Budgetpreis Recht guter Raum.

Das hat jetzt nichts direkt mit der Unterkunft zu tun,aber in der Straße liefen riesige Ratten herum,die konnte man vom Balkon aus gut sehen. Nachbarschaft war abends relativ laut..

Owner is the nicest person ever. I meant to stay for three nights but took two more because I had a flu/fewer on the first morning. The owner cooked me vietnamese breakfast and even brought me ginger and honey tea in the evenings. Even gave me some cinnamon tasting vietnamese medicine. Couldn't ask for more. On the fifth day the fewer was gone and got to leave to Phu Quoc with peaceful mind. She also helped with the futa-bus reservation and transportation to the bus station.

Die Unterkunft wird von einer älteren Dame geführt. Die Dame ist sehr nett und fürsorglich. Kümmert sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Auch Ausflüge können bei ihr gebucht werden. Sehr zu empfehlen diese Unterkunft

Le logement est un petit peu excentré du centre ville ce qui permet d’être au calme. Mais tout se fait a pied très facilement. Pour moi, l’emplacement etait donc idéal. Et la femme qui gère cette homestay est vraiment adorable. Elle fera tout pour prendre soin de vous et vous aider dans vos besoins.

L'endroit est charmant. Vraiment très bien situé et l'hôte a été d'une gentillesse et d'un accueil exceptionnel. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable. Qu'elle belle expérience de vie, pour moi, au Vietnam. L'hôte vous assistera pour y faire de bons choix en ce qui trait aux sorties et petites expéditions à Can Tho, si vous désirez. L'endroit est très propre. L'air climatisé et les autres commodités fonctionnent très bien. La communication avec l'hôte est excellente. Un endroit riche en Énergies positives, alors sans aucun, mais aucun doute, lorsque je retournerai à Can Tho, ce sera là que je voudrais me loger.

Die Homestay-Mum Kiều Giang hat uns mit einer vietnamesischem Süßigkeit (Erdnussbonbons) begrüßt und uns gleich zu einem Gang in die Pagode eingeladen, wofür sie uns ihre Fahrräder gegeben hat - das war eine echt schöne Erfahrung, und wir sind ihr sehr dankbar dafür.. Sie ist außerdem sehr darum bemüht, eine gute Bootstour zu vermitteln und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Sie hilft auch dabei, Wäsche waschen zu lassen, und am letzten Tag hat sie uns ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen besorgt :) Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am See (viele Cafés) und an der Để Thám-Straße (viele Restaurants), und vor der Tür gibt's sogar tagsüber einen Stand mit 3 verschiedenen Bánh-Snacks. Drumherum wohnen eigentlich nur Einheimische, so dass man sich "mitten drin" fühlt. Die Shuttle-Services vom FUTA und Vũ Linh kommen bis in die Nähe des Homestays. Das Zimmer ist einfach und zweckmäßig, der Balkon eher klein.

Obwohl die Homestay-Mum sehr bemüht darum war, Informationen mit uns zu teilen (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Busverbindungen), war die Kommunikation via Google Translate leider nicht immer so reibungslos. Die Treppe in die oberen Stockwerke hat eine relativ niedrige Decke, schwierig für große Menschen. Der Balkon ist leider zu klein, um sich darauf aufzuhalten. Leider liegt in Hörweite eine Bierkneipe - aber auch praktisch für Bier und Essen -, die teilweise bis nach 23 Uhr Betrieb hat, mit lauter Musik. Und am letzten Morgen hat jemand um 5 Uhr in der Früh relativ laut Musik aufgedreht, aus welchem Grund auch immer 😖

Morgens läuft laut Musik vom Shop nebenan. An sich stört es aber nicht, da man für die Aktivitäten wie Floating Market sehr früh aufstehen sollte. Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

la posizione e' perfetta, la signora che lo gestisce e' un vero tesoro e ti aiuta con tutto. Si tratta di un vero homestay e si respira la vita autentica di quella casa, se vuoi nel pomeriggio puoi andarenanche con lei alla pagoda ad assistere alle pratiche buddiste! Le foto della camere e dei bagni non corrispondono alla realtà, sono sicuramente più datate ed essenziali anche se comunque pulire!

Very helpful and very kind and nice staff ! She really took the time to help me organise my trip my visit visits and my travels to Cambodia ! I highly recommend !

Property is about 20mins walk or short Grab ride from the dock, which seems to be the main tourist area of Can Tho. Neighbourhood feels authentic. I didn’t see any other tourists :D Room was clean and comfortable. AC was wonderfully strong! Host speaks minimal English, but able to get by with Google translate.

The next door restaurant kareoke was a bit loud the first night I was there. But it was easy to block out with ear plugs. My room was on the 3rd floor, up a narrow staircase. Was totally fine with me, but if you have mobility issues you might have problems.

Everything was great! The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location was convenient and easy to get around. The host was very kind and even offered us candies, biscuits, and local food when we checked out. A wonderful stay overall!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns bei der Ankunft bereits diverse Touren und Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt hat. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein, AC hat super funktioniert. Wir sind abends einmal mit ihr mit zum Tempel und der Prozession, was sehr interessant und lustig war.

Die Dusche war eher kühl, dass Bad sehr klein. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war über eine Treppe mit geringer Durchgangshöhe, ab 1.9m Körpergrösse wird es eng. Floating market Tour war eher enttäuschend, aber da kann unsere Gastgeberin nichts dafür.
