Solo recibían turistas Pero no lo informaron en ningún lugar, me obligaron a no avisar en la app y ellos pusieron que no fui Pero la realidad es que no me dejaron hospedarme obligándome a buscar otro hospedaje a las 9 de la noche.
Cómo dije, pésimo que no avisarán que solo es para turistas. No lo informan en la página y me parece una falta de respeto. Al menos podrían haber hecho una excepción por la hora Pero no. La verdad horrible experiencia.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026It was clean and had a nice ambience. The staff, especially enso , was very helpful and kind. He provided detailed written information on nearby attractions and amenities which were very useful. The location was superb.
The only thing was that the window opened onto main road and the traffic sounds could be heard all day. Other than that it was great.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026I had booked a bed in a dorm as the hotel was full and they did not have a full room for me. The stay was OK. The breakfast was OK. The staff was helpful. They even told me where could I eat in a nice manner, It was fair value for my money.
The checkout time is rather earlier in the day. The property was crowded.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026As a traveler, I’ve stayed in hostels all over the world, and this is honestly the worst one I’ve ever experienced. The only positive thing was Lorenzo. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were extremely rude. They would literally shout at guests and even get angry if you asked for something as small as a tissue. After staying alone for a few days, I booked a larger private room because my girlfriend was coming to visit me. When she arrived, they refused to let her in simply because she was from Mendoza. I’ve never seen such a ridiculous rule in any hostel. To my fellow travelers: life is unpredictable—you might meet the love of your life in Mendoza or simply want to spend time with someone you meet while traveling. If that happens, this hostel won’t allow it, even if you’ve paid for a bigger room. Their policies are unreasonable and make no sense. On top of that, the hostel is very old, poorly maintained, and falling apart. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

1. Very dirty bathrooms. Also tiny and wet. Seem to be rarely cleaned. 2. WiFi never worked from room. Connection always unavailable or dropping off saying "internet not available" 3. Staff refused to check in second guest for second day, despite the double room being available for 2 people at the same price.

Desde nuestra llegada el 9 de julio hasta nuestra salida el 12 de julio, su atención fue constante y sincera". Hizo nuestra estancia inolvidable: "El hostel en sí es excelente, pero es el personal como Enzo quien realmente lo eleva de una buena estancia a una experiencia inolvidable. Es el mejor".

One of the receptionist acted quite weird during my check in, he said I had to cancel one of my reservations because in the sistem he couldn't charge me separately. I couldn't cancel one of them that was for 1 night and the other one that was for 3 night booking.com was charging me 9usd of I cancel. So I told him I couldn't and he got upset and said that I did wrong my reservation and ask me why. I did 2 separate reservations because I changed my bus to arrive to ther schedule so I added 1 more night in the hostel. I asked him why I couldn't pay for both and he gave me nonsense answers but finally he said that the hostel gets charged more if there is 2 reservation instead of 1. I don't know but looked very sketchy, because for what I saw later was that the hostel uses Cloudbeds, which is a platform to manage reservations and I had work with that before and what this receptionist said it didn't make any sense.

Reviewed May 10, 2026El recibimiento, ya que se había levantado la reserva porque según el joven que me recibió yo no la había confirmado, lo que otro integrante del equipo, pudo leer en WhatsApp dicha confirmación. De una habitación para 4 personas se me alojó en otra de 8 personas por una noche, que no obstante la cantidades fue grata la convivencia, en cambio finalmente fui alojado en otra de 4 personas ( extranjeras) quienes algunas no favorecieron dicha convivencia.

Having dogs everywhere wasn't a good thing. I'm a dog lover too, I have a dog myself. But having dogs all over the hostel, in the seating areas, the dining areas, everywhere, wasn't a good idea.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Vooral goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Prima hostel, prima ontbijt, warme douche, dichtbij busstation.
Mijn matras was erg dun, aan het eind van de nacht voel je de lattenbodem eronder. Douches zijn gecentraliseerd dus ver van de kamer, en wat weinig douches voor het hele hostel (nu geen last van maar als het hostel vol is kan ik me voorstellen dat je soms moet wachten). Al met al is het prima voor hoeveel je ervoor betaalt.

La cucina è un po' piccola, non offre tanti posti cottura ma dipende sempre da quante persone al momento soggiornano.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026La distancia que estaba del centro y todos los parques. Las instalaciones también son muy buenas hacen eventos propios del Hostal y que te permite compartir con mas gente.
El espacio en algunos lugares es mas antiguo y en el camarote no me toco como con respaldo por un lado creo que eso podria mejorar.

La verdad la atención deja mucho que desear. Cómo que si te pasas 1 minuto de la hora del checkout. Ya te están apurando y te lo dicen de mala manera. Y otra es que tienen televisión y no te dejan mirar . Solo ponen fútbol

La ubicación es excelente, pero lo mejor es el personal super atentos todos, destaco a Enzo que un fenómeno, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites . ¡Súper recomendado!
