Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Muy muy bien ubicado la verdad perfectamente, muy limpio y con áreas comunes para estudiar o estar con gente, el desayuno estaba bastante bien aunque el pan no era el más bueno del mundo, las habitaciones tenían buen tamaño casi siempre estaban con baja ocupación en una habitación de 4 había unas con solo 1 o 2 personas.
Las camas son incómodas, tipo das muchas vueltas en la cama literalmente dormía unas 3h en total

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Posizione vicino al centro, colazione organizzata, ma metterei qualcosa di dolce. Tavoli per sedersi e mangiare, struttura bella ampia.
Mancaca il cestino in camera anche se erano fuori è scomodo ogni volta usvire, mon c' era un pronto sono rimasta con i capelli bagnati, chi parte per un giorno non si porta il phon. Carrivo odore in camera e nei corrodoi, poltrone molto sporche e divano con un pezzo pendolare sotto al 1 piano . Ascensore che funzionava non tanto bene.

Das Bett und die Kissen waren leider etwas unbequem. Es gab keinen Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer. Im Zimmer hat ein Mülleimer gefehlt Die Dusche war leider etwas problematisch / hat nicht richtig funktioniert

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026I like the fact that the hotel asks each guest to throw their used sheets in the bin after their stay, which ensures the cleaness of the sheets. The staff were nice. The breakfast was decent since the city of Brussels was not fully awake on a week-end morning. The most fascinating thing is the location. Not only is the yotel located at the very center of the city, the bell sound of the church is soothing.
However, I could not develop the same amount of trust for the bed itself. I went into the dorm and saw a dead fly on top of an upper bed, which really lowered my overall impression of the yotel. Also, the toilet which was supposed to be shared by all of the people living on this floor was not very clean.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Останавливалась здесь дважды. Особенно мне нравится расположение -10 минут ходьбы от вокзала. До Grand-place столько же. Транспортом не пользовалась. Есть женские номера на 4 человека с душем и без. Общий санузел чистый, удобный, с другими постояльцами я там не пересекалась. Кровати тоже удобные. Есть завтраки, вполне сытные, но отсутствуют яйца и выпечка. Я просила персонал разогревать бутерброды и мюсли в микроволновке.
Напрягало, что в душе нет полочек и крючков в душе и вода включается нажатием буквально на 20 секунд. Постоянно нажимать и при этом мыть голову проблематично.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026L'ostello è basico ma ne ho apprezzato tantissimo la funzionalità. La pulizia ben oltre le aspettative, bagni, pavimenti, letto, tutto pulitissimo. Le stanze sono stra-essenziali ma hanno tutto ciò che serve, dagli armadietti locker che si sbloccano con un euro (e poi te lo restituiscono), ai materassi incerati per garantirne l'igiene, allo shampoo e sapone per le mani in doccia. La colazione, anch'essa, basica, ma variegata: marmellate, pane, latte, cereali, yoghurt. A 9minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e poco più dal centro storico, comodissima la posizione. Le zone comuni, comode e ben organizzate, anche per tenere un po' di cibo in frigo e possibilità di comprare soft drinks e birra alla reception! Una piacevole scoperta. Lo consiglierò sicuramente!
La prima notte abbiamo notato un po' di freschino (era settembre) ed abbiamo risolto con una doppia coperta, visto che il termosifone non era potentissimo ma forse solo perchè era ancora praticamente estate. Forse un po' di umidità trapela da alcuni muri (ma no muffa), magari sistemerei queste piccole cose, ma tutto ok.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Zoals een hostel hoort te zijn: vlak bij een historische kerk gelegen, alles was netjes. zowel sanitair als kamers als gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, basic doch correct ontbijt met versgemalen koffie, dit alles aan een opklapbare prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.
Het enige wat ik bij het ontbijt miste was een eitje, op welke wijze dan ook.

Considerar que no tiene aire acondicionado y las piezas se calientan mucho. Las duchas y baños estan en el mismo lugar por lo que se siente un poco pública la ducha. El wifi nunca me funciono y cuando pregunté no me lo pudieron solucionar.

La ducha es como la de los gimnasios. Tienes que ir apretando un botón para que salga el agua. Las camas un poco duras y la almohada incómoda. El desayuno un poco justo y el pan no se puede tostar.

La colazione e i letti sono nella norma, ci si può aspettare tuttavia di più. Le camere sono molto tranquille e i bagni per piano a sufficienza. Il personale è cordiale e le stanze in comune interne ed esterne accoglienti.
La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore e la camera non era dotata nemmeno di cestino per le immondizie piccole. I letti (eravamo in un letto a castello) abbastanza scricchiolanti.

The beds are uncomfortable and have terrible pillows. It's also very noisy, both from the outside and from other rooms, so you won't get a good night's sleep. For that price, we have stayed in much better hotels The "bathroom" feels like a prison shower. Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gepflegte Atmosphäre, preiswert, JH-Mitglieder werden bevorzugt, tolle Lage, gute Busverbindung, gut telefonisch erreichbar. Frühstück inbegriffen. Modern eingerichtet, funktionell - kein unnötiger Luxus-Schnickschnack, traditionsbezogen mit Bezug auf Breughel, künstlerisch sehr anspruchsvoll gestaltet, idyllischer Innenhof, direkt neben einer Kirche - einer Scate-Circus und einer Pommesbude - prima :)
Einziges Minus: Keine Küche, Küchenecke mit Alibifunktion. Mikrowelle ist mickrig, Kühlschrank zu klein, Geschirr kaum vorhanden, kann man nicht spülen. Das fällt deutlich ab gegenüber dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck. Meine Meinung: Zur Jugendherberge gehört eine Kochgelegenheit. Schaut Euch mal bei Meininger um! Braucht ja nicht so luxuriös zu sei. Aber Spaghetti kochen sollte man schon können. Wenn ich einen Vorschlag machen darf - nur konstruktive Kritik! Es wäre genug Platz für einen Umbau: anstelle der großen Toilette, von der es ja noch eine zweite gibt - eine geräumige Küche anzulegen. Dadurch würde das Hostel viel an Atmosphäre gewinnen. Und auch der Innenhof würde belebt. Aber jetzt genug gemeckert. Insgesamt eine außergewöhnliche Herberge!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026I really like this hostel. I feel safe in it, it is close to everything, I even discovered there is a direct bus to Midi (48), which is really helpful around midnight. This time I was a little disappointed that, although I wrote twice that I would be coming after midnight, the night receptionist kept asking me about my identity, wanting to see my reservation even before he let me into the building. Probably just doing his job....But otherwise good as usual.
I disliked a little the bells from Chapelle beating every 15 minutes from 7 o clock on. But it has nothing to do with the hostel.

En plena época de calor fue muy incómodo que no contaran con A/C o ventiladores, tampoco con ventanas que pudieran abrirse por completo. En la noche era muy complicado dormir bien y en la mañana el calor intenso te hacía despertar desesperado

La cama es un poco dura y la almohada de muy mala calidad, a la hora de ducharte tienes que estar apretando un botón para que salga agua y solo sale como por 10 segundos y tienes que volver apretar y volver apretar, es tedioso bañarse así!!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026It is a good option to stay near the city center when you are traveling alone. The breakfast was good and they offered gluten-free options. It has a nice common area to read/rest. They offer only female rooms, which is really appreciated
The shower in room 105 floods the whole room every time. Also, the sensor lights don't work very well, so you end up showering in the dark. It was really annoying In general, it was somewhat clean, but at night the bathrooms were a mess.
