Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Had a great sleep in the bed,my motorbike was right outside the door around the back where I could see it,breakfast was nice,it set me off for the day of touring. Staff member I dealt with was very friendly an good to chat with. Would definitely stay here again if im down that way again👍 Anyone would be happy to stay here.
Nothing really,only thing i would have to say would be the shower was abit small for me as im not a small guy,but wasnt a major issue as i got it done was the main thing.

Il letto è davvero troppo duro! Il bagno molto piccolo, per lavarsi i denti bisogna aprire la porta, e se apri il tappeto per uscire dalla doccia non ci stanno le ciabatte. Anche la camera è davvero piccola, non sapevamo dove appoggiare vestiti e borse. Nell camera di fianco almeno c'era una sedia, da noi un piccolissimo armadio. E c'è una sola presa per la corrente. Attaccapanni solo due per il bagno, gli asciugamani sono pochi, piccoli non vengono cambiati, quindi ci abbiamo fatto due giorni. Niente shampoo, phon, saponi. Costa davvero troppo in proporzione. Forse per un giorno di passaggio ma non di più.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The quiet garden room was lovely, self contained, bright and airy. The little courtyard was nice to sit in and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good and well presented.
The bathroom was a little tight for space, but worked fine. The bins were beside our one of our windows, there was no smell just a little noise.

La colazione è fatta in casa ed espressa, all' arrivo viene richiesto cosa si preferisce mangiare. Noi abbiamo scelto uova, bacon, salsicce, pane, burro e marmellata poi latte, frutta e caffè. Nel centro del paese, staff cordiale. Consogliato

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Location and having the whole family in the same room (not over 2 rooms). Comfy beds. We had to leave very early as my husband was doing a triathlon nearby and the owner left out breakfast items for us and directed us towards the fridge and toaster which was very kind and accommodating.
Could do with a bedside light as there was no bed next to the main light switch. It was quite tight along the side of the double bed getting to the toilet and 3 out of 5 of us hit off the corner of the bed frame during our stay. My husband would have liked a tv in the room.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, wir haben unser Zimmer sehr kurzfristig gebucht aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Beim Empfang wurden uns auch direkt Tipps gegeben, wo wir am besten abends Essen gehen können. Vom Empfang wurden wir in einen Innenhof geführt, dort kann man zusammen sitzen, grillen und Spaß haben. Im Innenhof befinden sich mehrere kleine Häuschen und dort befinden sich die Zimmer. Wir hatten unser Familienzimmer im ersten Stock eines der Häuschen und es war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gab sogar eine eigene Küchenzeile und 2 separate Schlafzimmer. Es war alles zwar sehr klein aber gemütlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, sodass es wirklich angenehm und gemütlich war dort zu wohnen. Durch die Lage im Innenhof war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück gab es im Hauptgebäude und wir wurden gefragt, ob wir Spiegeleier, Rühreier oder gekochte Eier haben möchten. Es wurde alles frisch und extra für uns vorbereiten. Es gab ein typisches irisches Frühstück mit Ei, Würstchen und Speck und sehr leckerem Kaffee. Dazu gab es auch verschiedene Marmeladen und Toastbrot. Es gibt glaube ich keinen eigenen Parkplatz aber an der Straße konnten wir im März problemlos einen Parkplatz finden, direkt vor der Haustür.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Si trova sulla via principale dove si può parcheggiare comodamente. Per la colazione ci è stato chiesto cosa preferivamo ed ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative (e ci hanno anche dato delle ottime dritte su cosa visitare nei paraggi!).
Rete dei letti molli e forse perché è una camera poco usata un po' "polverosa". Bagno piccolino, senza phon ne sapone (che non abbiamo chiesto perché avevamo i nostri). Pagamento solo in contanti. Essendoci fermati solo una notte non abbiamo dato molto peso agli aspetti negativi.

Abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti (non accettano carte), meno male li avevo. Non hanno coperte più leggere rispetto al piumone che viene usato anche in inverno. Spero sia un problema temporaneo, ma gli scarichi di doccia e lavandino non facevano scaricare l'acqua col rischio venisse fuori da entrambi.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025We came from a 4 star hotel in glengarriff and my husband wanted to go to QC’S restaurant so this was our only option when booking. It was cheap and cheerful. But in all honesty it was way above our expectations. Our beautiful French honest was amazing from start to finish. Our room was clean warm and comfortable and we finished with a better breakfast home cooked by our French host simply stunning. All the beautiful extras fruit a brand new Carton of juice and jam that brought me back to my childhood. Highly recommend.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, es lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger im Badezimmer.
