Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I liked the location. I liked that they had daily activities. I liked that they had a very simple breakfast. I liked the modern key system. And the twenty hours security.
I didn't like the very small luggage lockers. I didn't like the lock mechanism to secure the locks.

As camas são confortáveis, apesar de eu ter pedido camas embaixo por causa do meu problema de mobilidade (uso muleta) e no primeiro dia me puseram em uma cama praticamente inacessível para mim. A localização é fantástica, a cidade muralhada por si só já é um ponto turístico maravilhoso.
Da cama que me colocaram no primeiro dia. Da falta de informações sobre pontos turísticos e mercados próximos.

Avisé que llegaba entre 4 y 5 pm, y asi fue. Mientras mi esposo se daba un regaderazo, yo estaba acostada. Y dos hombres entraron a la habitación y justificaron que iban a arreglar el aire acondicionado, tuve que levantarme y decirles que no iba a ser posible. Avise en la recepción y si aceptaron que iban arreglar y que ellos no sabían que ya estaba ocupada la habitación. Esa falta de comunicación interna hizo que no tuviera confianza en dejar por tanto tiempo sola la habitación, sentia desconfianza en la noche. Ese pequeño y gran detalle hizo una diferencia.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location is just perfect. Located in down town close to most of the attractions. The airport is a 15 minutes ride. The facilities are good in case you don’t have plans to go out. A nice pool next to the bar, and a terrace for sun tanning.
If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. This is not the property’s fault, but guests can be really noisy.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026I had a great stay here. The location is excellent, with everything I needed nearby, and the place has a really good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. My private room was spacious, comfortable, and a great place to relax. I also paid extra for breakfast, which was simple but good and a nice option to have. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again!
One downside was that the windows are a bit old and don’t block much of the street noise, so it can be somewhat noisy at times. The fan in the room was also not working. Since the room is quite large for the air conditioning unit, having a working fan would make a big difference. It would also be helpful if they provided an electric mosquito repellent.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La nota positiva è la posizione, nel pieno centro della città vecchia, a pochi passi da tutte i principali spot turistici. Il personale è gentile, la colazione è accettabile.
La struttura non risponde alle foto che si trovano online, che la mostrano curata e splendente. L'edificio è datato e non rinnovato, con mattonelle ingiallite e ingrigite che danno la sensazione di desueto (non e' possibile capire nemmeno il livello di pulizia). Il problema principale è dettato dalla parte ostello. Ho dormito varie volte in ostello e non ho mai riscontrato situazioni simili. Rumore a tutte le ore (chiacchiere anche a tarda notte, porte che si aprono e chiudono continuamente, aspirapolveri notturni, bagni sul corridoio e lavandini sul passo) - il tutto rende davvero impossibile riposare bene. Inoltre per dare un'immagine: indumenti stesi ovunque sulle balconate ad asciugare (tutto il giorno). Praticamente per entrare in camera dovevamo passare davanti a una balconata con mutande, calzini e magliette di tutti gli ospiti dell'ostello stesi ad asciugare. Il primo giorno si sono anche dimenticati di rifarci la camera, nonostante fosse un servizio incluso nel prezzo.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026L’emplacement est au top, proche de tous les quartiers touristiques de Cartagena, la piscine fait vraiment du bien et le rooftop est agréable ! Les dortoirs sont plutôt bien équipés et les pièces communes également.
Il nous manquait un drap sur le lit pour dormir, nous avons dû dormir sans rien. Sûrement un oubli. La douche n’était pas très propre et usée.

J’ai eu un mauvais début de séjour car la mauvaise chambre m’a été attribuée et lorsque j’ai prévenu que mon lit semblait déjà utilisé j’ai du me battre pour qu’on me donne le bon. Je précise tout de même qu’une boisson m’a été offerte pr le désagrément. Les parties communes sont vraiment sales, surtout les douches et toilettes. Les chambres de 14 finissent par être très sales et j’ai l’impression que personne ne passait nettoyer. Le tarif n’était pas si avantageux pour la qualité

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Good location, social vibe, bunk beds were nice, comfortable, quiet with lights and fans in each pod. Staff were friendly and it had plenty of space to hang outside of the dorms (as long as it’s not raining)
The kitchen need a lot of improvement. There is a big lack of utensils, only one kitchen knife to use and the fridge isn’t large enough. The sink was also half collapsing down through the hole it was mounted in. It’s also technically only available from 10am, though I was able to get my stuff out the fridge to do some fruit, yoghurt and granola, but you can’t cook before 10am. The music is also put on too loud too early, the bar and kitchen are connected so you can’t escape it if you want to make dinner, and it’s difficult to talk to other guests, especially if it rains as everyone has to gather in that small area.

I didn't enjoy that the room only had one bathroom and shower for 14 beds
