Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Spacious shared room. No bunks, just regular comfortable bed. Self check-in, easy to understand. However I didn't meet the landlady. I was acccomodated in the second building with nice and quiet backyard.

Only the kitchen was a bit neglected. The electric kettle didn’t work.

Fenster können nicht gleichzeitig abgedunkelt und geöffnet sein Andere Gäste haben sich nicht an Hausregeln gehalten (Lärm bis 00.30 und dann ab 6.00 wieder)

Quarto demasiado pequeno, nem sequer dá para ter mesa de cabeceira,a unica janela que tem é pequena (40x50cm), a casa de banho tb é mt mt pequena, para sentar na sanita tem de se deixar a porta aberta e a porta do chuveiro tb. Quando chegamos o quarto cheirava a lixivia, é mt humido. O pior de tudo, na hora de tomar banho o chuveiro nao tinha pressao nenhuma, foi dificil conseguir lavar o cabelo. Para além de a temperatura da agua ser inconstante.

The room was very small and not very clean, bathroom was very very small, common areas were not clean, it was hard to contact the host (called multiple times but didn't get any answer and we had to wait 30 mins for the check-in after a long walk)

Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir die hilfsbereite Art des Teams – freundlich, aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gern weiterempfehle.

L'ho trovata in ottime condizioni, perfettamente pulita, bagno molto bello con una doccia ampia. Giardino interno con tavolo dove poter mangiare, lavatrice e stendini all'aperto. Self checkin con codice, molto comodo. Il paese è piccolo ma ci sono diversi posti dove poter mangiare. Io consiglio un locale vegetariano Cantinho do Mercado, mangiato benissimo e il personale molto disponibile.

The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hostel to other travelers.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026La habitación con baño privado estaba limpia y daba al patio común, pero en la publicación de Booking aparecía como si en la propia habitación hubiese cafetera, lavadora, microondas, incluso patio! Y pagamos 75€! Mal.
Le dijimos a la propietaria este problema de la descripción de la habitación que habíamos reservado en Booking y ni nos contestó. Literalmente desapareció del WhatsApp. Luego la escuchamos que había venido al guesthouse y no sé dignó a decirnos nada. Ya había cobrado, y como tienen capacidad como para diez personas mínimo, y todo lleno, le da exactamente igual. Mañana vendrá otro cliente y si no se queja, mejor. Bravo. Un secador para al menos cinco cuartos. Qué pena que seamos sólo cajas de dinero.

The hotel’s location is convenient and can generally be considered good. However, there are significant drawbacks. In the kitchen, the dishes were poorly washed and had grease residue, and the dishcloths had an unpleasant smell, which creates a sense of poor maintenance of the shared kitchen. In addition, the toilet seat was broken and kept falling down. It is also worth paying attention to the overall organization of the stay. The owner lives on the property and strictly controls guests’ behavior: you are expected to speak quietly, and playing music is not allowed, which creates a feeling of constant monitoring of guests. At the same time, there is a strange inconsistency in the rules: in the morning, the owner loudly cleans the yard, while hired staff freely use the shared kitchen, eat at the table, use the refrigerator, and spend time in the house as if they were guests. Overall, the impression is mixed: a convenient location is combined with an uncomfortable atmosphere and poor organization of basic household conditions.
