Appartement Hawai. Het is keurig met bad wc en kichenette. Alle gemakken in de keuken.

Alleen het matras mag iets beter.

Het was eenvoudig maar comfortabel genoeg om er te verblijven. Met een zwembad erbij heb je niet meer nodig om er een leuke vakantie van te maken. De host Debby was heel vriendelijk.

The location , the pool and the overall stay went very well.

The smell of the bathroom but the host was responsive to this issue.

De ruimte en locatie

Slaapkamer leek wel een bunker. Het beddengoed was stuk en had vlekken. Kussens vies. En een enkel onderlaken, waardoor je de vlekken op het matras zag. Verder was het een prima appartement.

L appartement que j ai eu n est pas fonctionnel . La cuisine est constituée d une plaque de cuisson et d une bouilloire . Si on veut se servir de la bouilloire il faut la brancher à côté du lit car le fil est trop court. Il n y a pas suffisamment d ustensiles pour pouvoir se faire à manger pas de machine à café . Le matelas est à changer il est tellement mou que mon sent le sommier. Dans la salle de bain le flexible de la douche est cassé et il n y a qu un filet d’eau qui sort du robinet donc obligée de se laver les dents et le visage dans l évier. C est dommage parce qu il pourrait être bien mais je pense que tous les autres appartements sont mieux. Dernier point c est très mal insonorisé et on entend les voisins comme si ils étaient dans l appartement. Un balai avec une pelle serait également les bienvenus

The location is good. The kitchen had enough to cook, and the bathroom was spacious

When we arrived at the apartment, there was a very strong smell of urine. We contacted Deby, and she said she had also noticed it but didn’t know where it was coming from, and that it could be a rat in the ceiling. The smell was so strong that it was impossible to stay in the apartment, so I looked for the source and found that it was at the back of the fridge, which was covered in cat urine. Deby sent her assistant to clean it. The bed in the master bedroom creaked with every movement, although the mattress was comfortable. Check-out is at 11:00, but the cleaning staff starts arriving at 10:00 to pressure you to leave. .

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment from September 23 to October 6! The room was simple but sufficiently furnished, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the warm and muggy weather. The location was ideal—close to two major supermarkets and just a short drive to Jan Thiel, Mambo Beach, Willemstad, as well as Caracasbaystreet. The option to rent a car made it easy to explore the island at my own pace. The property itself was great. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the company of friendly cats on the grounds. The apartments were well insulated, and I appreciated how quiet it was; I couldn't hear the neighbors at all. The neighborhood felt very safe, and I had no problem walking around during the day. The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to contact, always willing to help when I needed it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a convenient and peaceful area. I hope to return soon!

Maybe I just had a bad experience so the good things about this property are minimal. Affordable rates, hot water, in a secured and safe location. Renting a car from the property was cheap, but you must pay for insurance. Photos of the studio are mostly accurate. The hostess Deborah was nice and took care of the needs I had, but the problem was that they should have already been taken care of before arrival.

I was in apartment Ecuador in the front of the complex. The shower was dirty and filled with ants and gnats. Yes, I know they are normal but it looked like they had been there for more than a day. The drain in the shower clogged the first time I took a shower. No hand soap in the bathroom, an almost empty bottle of soap in the kitchen for dishes, a broken freezer door (I was told later a part needed to be ordered from the US). Although the mattress is soft, the bed was very squeaky. Cobwebs in the corners and a broken toilet seat. The cats like to congregate and eat right outside the door.

It is on a really nice location. Close to a supermarket and for the price you get everything you need.

But it is very basic. So there is nothing more then the necessities. Maybe some cleaning supplies to do dishes would be nice. Also a shower curtain is a good idea since it is in the middle of the kitchen/livingroom. There is no privacy if you are not a couple.
