Segara is a gorgeous resort on a beautiful quiet beach. We stayed in a very nice traditional bungalow with a large out door bathroom. The smiling staff is wonderfull and the restaurant serves very tasty food. It was all fabulous

- absolut nichts! Es war trotz angekündigter Baustelle (die kaum spürbar war und weswegen wir sogar einen Rabatt auf unser Zimmer bekommen haben) perfekt.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Frühstück am Meer, und sehr gute Auswahl, hervorragende Qualität mit sehr gutem Service. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr gut geschult. Die Abendessen waren auch hervorragend. Sehr gute Auswahl und sehr hohe Qualität.

Eine tolle, wunderschöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber, ruhig. sehr gute Küche, zum absolut fairen Preis für die Kategorie. Zum Entspannen erstklassig. Es wird ein Shuttle Service nach Selong Belanak kostenfrei angeboten, den wir auch 2 mal genutzt haben. Roller mieten ist unkompliziert. Alles in einem, ein Traum am Meer.... Für Leute die kein Roller fahren, vielleicht etwas abgelegen. Man braucht dann den Shuttleservice um wegzukommen. Fahrdienste stehen immer zu Verfügung, es werden auch verschiedene Touren angeboten. Also nur zu empfehlen...

Uns hat alles, aber wirklich auch alles gefallen.

Unica pecca: ci sono diversi cani randagi che frequentano la struttura (essendo tutto aperto). I cani non sono aggressivi, ma cercano cibo e talvolta posso risultare fastidiosi. Strano che non ci sia una particolare attenzione a questo aspetto

Es war alles top!

The staff, in particular the receptionist and restaurant personnel, were super accommodating and made our stay all the more pleasant.

The beach is unusable as you sink into the sand. Stray dogs on site were a constant nuisance, but most guests feed them, so they keep coming back. The bathroom outside doesn't feel private (although very well done). The resort feels remote and the entrance feels off. It's like you are entering a farm. Nowhere near value for money.

Beautiful beach location with nice villas. Simple but comfortable and clean with a minibar. Restaurant food was good and overall a nice place to spend time.

Not a lot to dislike. There was some construction going on at the time but the venue informed us and provided a discount which was appreciated.

I really enjoyed my stay at Segara Lombok. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. My room was clean, comfortable, freshly renovated, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also features a beautiful restaurant with a lovely setting, where I enjoyed delicious meals while taking in the scenic views. I appreciate the free shuttle to Selong Belanak beach, while other hotels and villas charge the guests for this service. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming, service was excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable and included barista coffee, which was a great touch, and I appreciated the overall hospitality throughout my visit.

Die Lage am Strand war wunderschön. Das Restaurant, der Poolbereich, die Bungalows und insbesondere das offene Badezimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben jeden Abend im Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr gut und auch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön ruhig. Noch nicht einmal Hundegebell und Motorgeräusche sind zu hören.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Für Ruhesuchende also optimal. Hier gibt es kaum Restaurants und auch nur wenige Aktivitäts- und Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Von daher haben wir unsere drei Nächte im Hotel genutzt, um zu entspannen. Wenn wir jedoch länger geblieben wären, wär es uns irgendwann langweilig geworden. Der perfekte Aufenthalt wär es für uns gewesen, wenn es noch ein Fitnessstudio gegeben hätte. Aktuell finden Umbaumaßnahmen auf der Anlage statt, das hat uns aber nicht wesentlich gestört.

Just nu när vi var där höll de på med en stor renovering. Vi hade blivit informerade om det och också fått rabatt så det var helt ok. Men bullernivån var såklart lite högre än vad man önskat på en sådan paradisisk plats. De hade dock stängt till byggplatsen på ett mycket smakfullt sätt och vi är säkra på att det kommer att bli fantastiskt när de är färdiga.

Unfortunately going through renovations but once done will be great. Hotel arranged a trip to the islands for snorkelling and Asier took us. Such an engaging and funny person. He is highly recommended.

There was no massage in-house, you had to ask from someone outside to come in and that was not flexible with availability. The food in the restaurant was good but could be a lot better.

Parfait éco-lodge élégant sur une magnifique plage,

Un endroit tout à fait exceptionnel. Espaces communs (restaurant, piscine, espace devant la plage, suffisamment vaste pour toujours conserver son intimité, suffisamment petit ( 10 bungalow en novembre 25) pour rester un lieu extrêmement calme et relaxant. Le personnel est super sympa, très attentif et bien formé. Les petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux, la carte variée (de la salade bien réalisée au cheeseburger au gorgonzola excellent en passant par quelques options locales ou véganes). Les plats sont bien réalisés, goûteux et gai avec des produits frais. Les chambres sont belles et simples, les salles de bains impressionnantes. Nous étions dans un des 2 bungalows directement en face de la mer. Une rare expérience. Même quant il a plu (très fort) le spectacle était magnifique !!! Pour se relaxer et juste profiter des installations c’est l’endroit parfait. Mais l’hôtel propose aussi toute une palette d’excursions dans l’île à des prix abordables (que nous n’avons pas testées tant nous étions bien sur-place). Pour résumer c’est un endroit au luxe non clinquant sur une plage de rêve.

Absolument rien qui ne nous a pas plu! Le bruit de la mer est très présent mais quand on vient dans un tel endroit c’est que c’est aussi un peu ce que l’on vient chercher !!!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft auf Lombok war einfach traumhaft! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf die tropische Umgebung. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit regionalen Zutaten. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig zum Entspannen, aber direkt am Stand. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und lokale Highlights versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Lombok authentisch, komfortabel und herzlich erleben möchten!

Very well presented, small bungalow resort and right on the beach. The staff are amazing - super friendly and helpful. You can rent a scooter to explore the south of the island where the roads are quieter and it is easy to get around.

Breakfast options were exellent and satisfying , we loved the location and the staff they were all very helpful and polite . The dining menu was very good we totally loved every meal we had , the casual sun lounges and thatched gazebos were our favourites to sit and enjoy one of your fabulous iced latte,s or a delicious cocktail or a bintang. We will recommend your resort to all of our friends and we would one day love to return for another relaxing holiday break.

The only thing i could suggest would be a small amount of snacks like chips chocolate biscuits dips etc for sale at the bar or reception would be great. But i qouldnt change anything about your wonderful resort.

Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Rund um das Hotel gibt es nichts – keine Restaurants oder Bars – und wir haben das überhaupt nicht vermisst. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns durch die ganze Speisekarte probiert, und jedes Gericht war geschmacklich hervorragend. Das Frühstück war mehr als reichlich: Man konnte sich aus der Karte ein Hauptgericht, ein Heißgetränk, einen frischgepressten Saft und dazu eine große Fruchtplatte auswählen – perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Anlage mit den Bungalows war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es wurde den ganzen Tag über an allen Ecken gereinigt, der Strand gekehrt, Blätter entfernt – alles war top in Schuss. Die Bungalows haben ein wunderschönes Außenbad, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg. Besonders schön war es, abends im Bett zu liegen und dem Rauschen der Wellen zu lauschen – pure Entspannung. Ein Highlight war auch die Massage direkt vor unserem Bungalow – unglaublich erholsam in traumhafter Atmosphäre. Zusätzlich kann der hoteleigene Fahrer Gäste zu Stränden oder zu einem weiteren Massagespa bringen, wenn man das möchte. Es bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Der Pool war wunderschön und es gab immer genügend Liegen und Plätze zum Zurückziehen – nie das Gefühl, dass etwas überfüllt war. Jeden Tag gab es am Pool frische Handtücher, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Zum Baden ist der Strand wegen der starken Wellen nicht ideal, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, da unser Fokus auf Entspannung lag. Einmal haben wir über das Hotel eine Tagestour zu den Secret Gilis gemacht – sehr schön, wenn auch ein langer Tag. Fazit: toller Service, wunderschöne kleine Anlage, sehr gepflegte Bungalows mit traumhaftem Außenbad, leckeres Essen, köstliche Cocktails, absolute Ruhe, schöne Massagen – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

Nichts – nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Moskitonetze um die Betten wären schön. Da es diese nicht gab, mussten wir mit Klimaanlage schlafen, was für mich etwas unangenehm war. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit und schmälert den traumhaften Aufenthalt in keiner Weise.

Lieu de rêve, hôtel très confortable, propre et personnel aux petits soins. Destination paradisiaque. Hôtel vraiment parfait les équipements sont très bien entretenus, la chambre est spacieuse et très agréable notamment avec la salle de bain en extérieur, tout est très propre. La navette pour la plage de Selong Belanak est un plus également.

La piscine est certes magnifique mais à compter de 16h celle ci est à l’ombre . Un petit détail qui ne gâche pas le séjour . Et heureusement que celle ci est présente en fin de journée car la mer est inaccessible . Un endroit paradisiaque où l’on aimerait rester plus longtemps . On a adoré !

We loved our stay at Segara! The bungalows are amazing, and right in front is a stunning beach. With only 10 bungalows in the resort, it never felt crowded, which made it the perfect place to relax. The swimming pool was great, and the food at the restaurant was delicious (especially important since there aren’t many other dining options nearby). The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, very comfortable, and well-maintained. We also appreciated being able to rent a scooter directly through the resort, and there were plenty of options available for booking trips and activities.

The highlight for me was definitely the beautiful beach right in front of the resort — calm, clean, and perfect for relaxing or just enjoying the view. 🌊 The breakfast was fantastic every morning — lots of delicious options and fresh ingredients to start the day right. And I have to give a big shoutout to the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

If I may suggest one small improvement, it would be the access road to the hotel, which could be made a bit smoother or more clearly marked for new visitors. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

We stayed in a superior bungalow and it was a wonderful size, very comfortable, the ocean/garden view was beautiful, and I really loved the outside bathroom.

The only potential downside which actually has nothing to do with the hotel itself is that there isn’t much else to do around the hotel unless you drive/use a scooter. The hotel does provide a driver if you want to go anywhere fairly local, but essentially your only options are to enjoy the lovely hotel facilities!

We cannot fault our stay at Segara. EVERYTHING was exceptional, we arrived late due to flight delays and change in transport from flight to ferry, but Segara staff were very accommodating, organising a driver to pick us up from the ferry terminal, welcomed us with drinks and refreshment towels and the restaurant was still open to have dinner. They even organised a bike for us for the morning. The staff were so beautiful, we felt very welcomed and looked after the WHOLE time. The food was very very good, I am coeliac and they even had a gluten free menu which they always remembered to bring out when we sat down to eat. The room was gorgeous and clean, the photos online do not give it justice. The grounds including the pool and beach were so luscious, we felt like we were in a movie. We will most definitely be back. We miss it already and can’t wait to stay again!

Food was sensational and a beautiful relaxing destination

The resort is small and beautiful, the swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant is good and the staff is helpful. The room was amazing, the bed was very comfy, but the most amazing were the outdoor shower and bathtub!! We could hear the waves from our room... Very enchanting to sleep with the sound of the waves.

The beach is quite steep (I didn't expect that) and it's the ocean so the waves can be quite strong. There was no water kettle in the room, it would be nice to add it.

Great place with great people. We enjoyed very much our stay. The food was delicious and the view gorgeous. The see is quite wild with some bigger waves. However not problematic if you are a good swimmer. The hotel provides a shuttle to a nearby beach which is ideal for swimming and surf beginners. The hotel can also organize different activities for you such as snorkeling.

I had the most amazing stay and didn’t want to leave. The whole place is pure bliss from the bungalows to the outdoor areas. The beach is lovely and quiet, and the free shuttle to Selong Belanak is great if you want something more lively. There’s a great intermediate/advanced surf spot right in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had wanted to go to Segara for a while and it was worth the wait. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel – it truly is the best place to stay in Lombok! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, but a special shoutout goes to Akhmad, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and comfortable, stylish rooms. Does Segara Lombok have all the ingrediënt to be your slice of Heaven? You Choose. The resort is very beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The whole staff goes out of their way in a very pleasant and relaxed way. The combination of their kindness and training is very succesfull. The food is delicious with a lot of healthy options. The bungalow has a drop-dead bathroom and is very, very clean. The Pool is big with enough beds and some shade. From every spot on the resort you are enjoying the spectacular view of the waves of the ocean. The prices are above for Indonesian Standard but so is the service and here is where you can choose: is this your slice of Heaven? YES if you enjoy all of the above, not minding that you travelled half of world and payed a lot of money to escape your worklife just to find that this little resort allows evereybody to work on laptops in their beautiful restaurant, having live meetings and online meeting about margings and profits and investing and so on on speakerphone in the restaurant all day long ( meaning from 7.30 till 22.00..) and not just one, but a lot!! Having your fresh, delicous lobster listening to meetings about Investments, margins and profits… And there is the surfers and backbackers who are allowed to sleep on the only two loungesets in the restaurant area or to spend their entire day on the gazebo’s on a free, refillable bottle of water, meaning that you, as a paying hotelguest do not have the option to use one of the gazebo’s because they are all taken by the time you finished your breakfast…. So, again: a big YES if you do not mind all of this or a big NO if you do. You choose.
