People working there are very nice specially Ms Silvana. Location, golf cars.

Games area supplied by 2 AC, 1 not working at all, the other is very old working very weak. So it was very hot room.

Great facilities and a great location. I would especially recommend asking for Silvana Samir from the Guest Relations team. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely gets things done. Her assistance really made a difference to my stay.

I would rate the hotel 4 stars rather than 5, mainly because the service can be quite slow, although this may be due to the hotel being fully booked.

מלון מצוין! החוויה שלנו התחילה כבר ביום הראשון, כשהגענו כזוג עם ילד. מנהלת הקבלה, סילבאנה, עזרה לנו מאוד בשדרוג החדר ודאגה לכל הבקשות שלנו. היא אף נשארה בקשר איתנו לאורך כל השהות ודאגה שהכול יהיה לשביעות רצוננו. למלון מיקום מצוין ממש על החוף, והנוף מהחדר היה מרהיב. הצוות אדיב ושירותי, והחוויה הכללית הייתה טובה מאוד. בסך הכול, נהנינו מאוד מהשהות ובהחלט נשמח לחזור בעתיד.

הנקודה היחידה שלדעתי דורשת שיפור היא האוכל – יש מקום לשדרג את המגוון ואת האיכות.

الفندق جميل جداً هادي ومريح ل عائلة مافي ضجة وزحمة ، الموظفين جميعهم لطيفين و خدومين و الخدمة كانت سريعة بكل شيء ، انصح فيه للراحة والاستجمام واكيد رح ارجعله دايماً

الطعام بالنسبة إلنا كان مقبول، وهذا ينطبق بشكل عام على دهب وليس الفندق فقط. البوفيه كان يغيّر الأطباق الرئيسية يوميًا، لكن التنوع ما كان كبير، وبعض الأيام كانت الخيارات أقل من المتوقع وما كانت جميع الأطباق مناسبة لذوقنا

Guest relation "Silvana" was so nice and helpful. She arranged my 8th anniversary cake for me and my wife , was very cute.

Every thing id really good, the staff is so welcoming especially reception Mr Emad from the restaurant’s team. And Silvana from guest relation service.

Variety of food needs some improvement. And they were not filling the mini bar even when we asked for.

حجزنا شامل كل شيء لاكن عند دخولنا باليوم الاول دفعنا الفطور وعند خروجنا دفعنا الغداء غير ذلك لا يوجد سناكات بالخارج او فواكه او اي شيء تطلبه تدفع عليه حتى كولا تدفع عليه الاكل محدود وغير متنوع نفس الاكل كل يوم لا يمكنك اخراج الطعام الاكل فقط بالمطعم واذا ارت انت تخرج كعك فواكه اي شيء يجب ان تدفع بالمقابل توقعت وجود شعب مرجانيه لا يوجد

Before booking, I read several reviews, and my biggest concern was getting around the resort because I was traveling with elderly family members. However, once we arrived, I found that there was no problem at all. The golf carts were always available to transport them comfortably from one place to another. The hospitality was excellent. A special thank you to Silvana for her daily care and attention throughout our stay. The beach is beautiful, the rooms are spacious although they are a little dated, and the Sea View Room is absolutely stunning. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Ammar at the breakfast buffet. The golf cart drivers and the lifeguards were also extremely helpful and cooperative. About 85% of the food was very good, with delicious flavors and well-prepared dishes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort.

The beach is beautiful. However, access is via stainless steel stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or anyone who has difficulty using stairs. but for us was not an issue.

The mounain landscape was so beautiful, the place itself is also family-friendly, and the staff was very helpful!

Wifi access was very limited, so the staff offered a signal amplifier, but it was never delivered to our room! The beach was the worst thing about the stay, it was very rocky and would cause injuries if you don't have special gear and shoes!

The location of the hotel is quiet and peaceful, outside the town. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming especially Ms. Silvana and the house cleaning crew. They were very supportive and helpful in everything we needed. The food was fine, but limited variety in some items. Overall, it was good enough.

The beach is too small and the dock as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, and what truly made the experience special was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Mr. Sameh and Silvana for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and continuous support throughout our stay. They were always available, genuinely cared about our comfort, and did everything they could to make our experience enjoyable. A big thank you as well to Mahmoud from Housekeeping, who kept our room spotless and was always friendly and helpful. Ibrahim at the pool was attentive, welcoming, and always greeted. We also had a wonderful experience at the spa. The resort itself is peaceful and quiet, away from the crowds, making it the perfect place to relax. There are plenty of swimming pools, so it never feels crowded, and the sea is calm and beautiful. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice to have more daytime activities around the pool.

Everything specially Ms. Silvana, she was amazing, she did un upgrade for us, and when she knew that we were in a honey moon she decorated our room and she prepared a nice cake for us. She was always available.

The hotel is very clean, with beautiful landscaping, a great pool, and a well-prepared beach that’s easy to access. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. A special thanks to Sylvana at the reception for her exceptional hospitality and genuine care. She, along with the entire reception team, made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I’d also like to thank the entire restaurant team for their excellent service and delicious food. Special appreciation goes to Executive Chef Ahmed and Chef Ashraf Zaki for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding effort.

Misleading Advertising and Disappointing Stay

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel is officially rated 4 stars, as confirmed by the hotel signage and management, yet it is promoted in many places as a 5-star resort, which creates unrealistic expectations. The biggest issue was the cleanliness, especially in the buffet restaurant. The hygiene standards and food safety were below what I expected. The food selection was limited, repetitive, and lacked variety throughout my stay. The hotel was also extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. Restaurants, pools, and common areas were often overcrowded, and the overall experience felt stressful rather than relaxing. In addition, the hotel does not seem capable of comfortably accommodating the large number of guests it accepts, which affects both the quality of service and the guest experience. Overall, I believe the hotel should be marketed according to its actual official rating. While the staff tried their best, the overcrowding, limited food variety, and cleanliness issues made this a disappointing vacation. I would not choose to stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. We had an issue with our booking upon arrival, but the team handled it professionally and with genuine care. A very special thank you to Mr. Sameh and Ms. Silvana for their outstanding support. They quickly resolved the booking issue, upgraded our room, and even generously offered us a late check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable.

منتجع و فندق رائع و طاقم عمل ممتاز و شكر خاص للأستاذة سيلفانا من خدمة العملاء على حسن الضيافة و الاستقبال. زيارتي كانت قصيرة بسبب وجودي في شرم الشيخ قبل المجيئ للفندق . لكن بسبب ما وجدته بالتأكيد ستكون أقامتى أطول في دهب و في هذا المنتجع الجميل.

Location

The state is beautifully located on the water. It is a good mix luxury still within a local time. Specifically Silvana had been so kind and wonderful. She was an accommodating to us and seem to solve all of our issues with ease.

Retac Dahab is by far my favorite hotel in Dahab, and this was my fourth stay here. One of the things that makes this resort truly special is its unique stone-built architecture, which blends beautifully with the surrounding nature. The front sea view room was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Red Sea and creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What keeps bringing me back is not only the beautiful location but also the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. We received a very warm welcome, and every request we made was handled promptly and with great care. A special thanks goes to Ms. Silvana from customer service team for her outstanding cooperation, kindness, and hospitality throughout our stay. She truly made us feel valued and at home. I would also like to thank Mr. Khaled M. and Mr. Alaa from the kitchen team. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious meals available at every service. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly noticeable, and they always made sure that guests were happy and well taken care of.

As for future improvements, it would be wonderful to see more water activities available at the resort, such as a diving center, snorkeling programs, and other sea-related activities that would further enhance the guest experience.

The accommodation was Awesome! Thanks to Mrs,Silvana she did her best for making our stay memorable and smooth.

It should be noted that I was on holiday. A very busy period. Despite this, the service was very good. From all the staff. Especially from Salvana, she took care of everything and gave me her direct phone number if I needed anything. And she would send me messages twice a day. Checking that everything was okay

The hotel was not long enough for the amount of people. The staff needed to be increased

This respect exceeded my expectations, it was amazing. The view, the rooms, the vibes, the staff all were superb. Silvana Samir from the staff and guest relations was amazing, anything I needed, she took care of. Any issues that came up, any extra care I needed was taken care of all up to my flight was delayed in and out, and they took care of me and helped me through my travels and accomendations. Will visit again soon.

That my vacation ended and I had to leave.

Our stay in Dahab was truly memorable, and a big part of that was the wonderful hospitality at the hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the team made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. What stood out the most was the kindness and positive energy of the staff. Silvana, Nur, and Ahmad went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care created a very special experience. Places are often remembered for their views or rooms, but in this case it’s the people who made the difference. Because of them, this hotel feels like a place we’d be happy to return to again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A very special thank you to Manager Silvana, who was always there for us and at our service throughout the entire stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and care for the guests made a huge difference and made us feel truly valued. I would also like to thank receptionist Karem for his warm hospitality and helpful attitude throughout my stay. All of the staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.
