Localização, conforto e vista do quarto, estrutura de piscina e praia privativa do hotel. O restaurante italiano do hotel é muito bom!

A recepção no momento da chegada não foi a esperada. Chegamos às 2 e 40 da praia e o quarto ainda não estava disponível. Faltou iniciativa da atendente para nos fazer sentir bem vindos enquanto esperávamos. Os preços das bebidas e alimentos muito altos. É um hotel com perfil bem familiar com muitas crianças. Não é o ideal para um casal em viagem a dois.

The hotel is really lovely, laid out in multiple sections with lovely views while walking around. Good buffet breakfast selection with fresh Orange Juice, and omelets made to order; very wide range of fresh options from fruits and nuts, cooked options and breads / pastries. The hotel is really lovely, laid out in multiple sections with lovely views while walking around. There's 3 tennis courts and a pretty good gym, along with table tennis and multiple pools. The beach area is lovely, and they even ensure sunbeds aren't reserved excessively, which is great! The drinks and food delivered to your pool or beach sunbed via an app is a really nice service.

Not an issue for us, but the hotel is built on the side of a hill, so requires a bit of fitness to walk around - depending on room allocation (they do utilise buggies to help, but worth checking on this if mobility is an issue). Again, not sure this is really a 'not like', but this was our second time to the hotel, and part of it's charm is that it's a little remote so on this occasion we hired a car to allow us to see more of the island, which was a good move.

המסעדות של המלון יקרות מאוד הזמנו דרך הבוקינג שני חדרים כמשפחה אחת, וקיבלנו שני חדרים מרוחקים מאוד אחד מהשני. היינו שמחים לעדכון מראש מכיוון שלא ידענו ששני סוגי החדרים האלו ממוקמים רחוק אחד מהשני.

Локация по отношению к городу. Рестораны на территории между собой не дружат. В нижнем ресторане купили кофе. И решили перейти в верхний . Нас не пустили. При том что все куплено на территории отеля.

J'ai adoré être juste à côté de la plage. Il suffisait de descendre quelques marches pour se retrouver au bord de la mer. Il y avait toujours suffisamment de transats et de parasols.

Le personnel n'était pas très aimable. Cela a commencé dès la réception. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis les bienvenus. Un soir, nus sommes arrivés au restaurant à 21 h seulement et on s'est presque plus occupé de nous.

Very very nice beach , friendly staff , perfect breakfast and very good alacarte restaurant.

Rooms must be improved. The next room turns on the tv and all the sound is in your room. Also the tops in the bathroom is crazy. Why don’t you install just simply a normal top ? And why there is not any equipment in the balconies to prevent the flies ? And toilet windows are looking into the corridors , why don’t you close them and make a proper ventilation system ? As a summary of, all the rooms must be renewed. Finally once I entered to the hotel in midnight with my car. But there was no security person. You must install a barrier in the enterance for access.

We really enjoyed our stay, excellent location, excellent facilities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort has a private beach, and we swam each day., even the cheeky fish who had a nibble on my leg did not stop us going in each day ..we did not use the pools, but they looked inviting The room was well appointed, had a great view and really clean The options for breakfast was wide and covered all food tastes ...and we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice Just be mindful that there are alot of stairs

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Porto Galini. La struttura è immersa in un luogo di una bellezza unica, perfetto per chi cerca relax e meraviglia. Ecco i punti di forza che hanno reso la nostra vacanza speciale: Posizione e Mare: La vista sul mare è semplicemente incantevole, un panorama da cartolina a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La spiaggia privata è bellissima, comoda e con un'acqua cristallina. Camera: Spaziosa, estremamente pulita e confortevole, dotata di tutti i comfort e con un affaccio spettacolare. Colazione: Colazione eccellente e abbondante, con un'ampia varietà di prodotti freschi e di qualità per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Personale: Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff. Sempre sorridenti, premurosi, professionali e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con la massima gentilezza. Torneremo sicuramente!

Chambre assez vieillotte. Literie peu confortable. Salle de bain assez petite. Cabine de douche très petite. Celle du mobil home occupé en juillet etait plus grande. Cache chasse d eau qui est tombé a plusieurs reprises Petites fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse du restaurant italien. Bref très déçu par la chambre qui correspond davantage à un deux étoiles en France Personnel pas très aimable sauf au restaurant italien

לא היו מים חמים במקלחת כשאמרנו לקבלה התנערו ולא ניסו למצוא פתרון למחרת בבוקר אמרו לנו שמטעמי בטיחות אין מים חמים במקלחות הזוי!!! המלון לא נח, המון המון מדרגות ולא תמיד היו קלאב קאר זמינים. הארוחת בוקר טעונה שיפור. חדרים מאד מאד מיושנים, עם אמבטיות וללא מקלחונים. לא ממליצה על המלון!!!

The location was excellent, with a variety of pools and a beautiful private beach. It was a truly special experience. The food and service at the pool restaurant were both excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

One downside was that getting around the property required climbing a lot of stairs, which could be tiring at times.

It was a good pleasure, great location, good facilities, really calm and unique.

Our triple room was a bit weird with the 2 floors felt small but otherwise it was good. Tennis court needs an upgrade.

Height of season but didn’t feel overly busy. Always free sunbeds and pool often with hardly anyone in. Beach is beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of steps but it kept us fit. It wouldn’t put us off coming back but just to be aware.

We had a wonderful vacation at the hotel. From the very first moment we felt a pleasant, inviting and meticulous atmosphere. The rooms were clean, cozy and well-kept. The hotel facilities are spacious and clean, the pools are excellent and the beach is amazing. The food was excellent, varied and of a high standard, and the staff was courteous, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A point worth noting is the sense of space. The hotel was fully booked, yet at no point did we feel crowded. On the contrary, the feeling was calm and comfortable, in the pools, on the beach, in the dining room and in the common areas. We enjoyed every moment and would be happy to return.

Large, clean and modern rooms, with nice balcony and amazing sea view. The resort has a beautiful private beach with crystal clear water - a big advantage during Mid August where most beaches around the island are busy.

While the facilities were really good, I can’t say the day about the reception staff. Although I requested 2 rooms located in proximity (we were 2 adults + 3 children), and followed up twice before arrival and during the first 2 days of stay, the rooms were in the same building, but on a different floor and section of the building. I felt that the receptionists weren’t too interested to accommodate our request, and o would expect more from a 5-star experience. There were few other occasions where the receptionists were rude - again, I would expect a better service orientation from an €900/night, 5-star hotel. The second issue, which again, I would expect better from a top grade hotel, was that the only place in the resort serving drinks and coffee was the pool bar, which was 150 stairs away from the main lobby and where our rooms were located. Not a great joy when it’s 35 degrees outside. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but that was for stuff use only (and no coffee machine for n the rooms). Lastly, a rental car is a MUST if you plan to stay here - there is nothing in walking distance and taxis/uber are barely available in this part of the island.

The hotel was absolutely stunning with beautiful views day and night. The rooms are clean and large with a decent sized balcony and clothesline. Breakfast options were extensive especially the omelette section which I thought was great. The hotel offers large pools which was great for kids along with the beach as well

Our room was very different than the one in the pictures. It had very little natural light. The toilet has no exhaust fan and the bed mattress was just a 10cm foam uncomfortable mattress which is weird for what supposed to be a 5 stars hotel. No iron board provided in the room also.

Mi é piaciuto tutto,la mia camera era proprio di fronte al mare e ho goduto di albe meravigliose.Personale gentile e disponibilissimo.Anche se il checkin era previsto per le 15.00 siamo arrivato prima e ci hanno dato la camera con grande disponibiltá.Spero di tornare e lo consiglio vivamente.

A me é piaciuto tutto ma se proprio devo trovare qualcosa consiglierei di mettere dentro il bagno qualche mensoletta per i prodotti igienici personali che per due adulti e un adolescente era veramente un pó difficoltoso,peró era tutto compensato da tanta bellezza nel circondario e quindi ci siamo adattati.Grazie Porto Galini!🥰

מלון במיקום מצוין , בריכות גדולות, מועדון ילדים מקסים עם חוף פרטי מושלם. חדרים נקיים ומרווחים. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, הצוות עזר ודאג שלילדים האלרגיים לא יחסר כלום.

הזמנו 2 חדרים למשפחה, ומיקמו אותנו בשני מבנים שונים. לא מתריעים מראש בעת ההזמנה אילו סוגי חדרים ממוקמים באותו אזור כדי להימנע מהפרדה לבניינים שונים. אחד החדרים היה חדר עם 3 קומות צר וחנוק כך שלא ניתן אפילו לפתוח בו טרולי, לא ראוי לאירוח לאור המחיר היקר של המלון. לאחר התעקשות ארוכה וסירוב מצידנו לקבל חדר כזה הוחלף החדר. הצוות סירב לעזור , וטען שהמלון מלא , עד שבמפתיע נמצא חדר ורק לאחר שעה ארוכה של המתנה.

The setting is beautiful and the pools are great for children of all ages. We loved how empty it felt despite the hotel being full.

The hotel is lovely but does not get the basics right - the bed and the breakfast are theirs weakest points, which is such as a shame as the location, the beach and pools are wonderful. The aircon units need immediate attention as they are rattling creating noise in the rooms. We opted for sleeping without aircon in the 30C heat but would hear other units as well as everything else in the rooms as walls are not soundproof.

This resort is gorgeous, offers plenty for families and is well located. You need a car for this island no matter where you stay, but the beach here is beautiful and restaurants are great.

They do not have modern hair dryers. They have outdated, weak hair dryers installed in the bathroom wall and they’re terrible. Staff did not have another hair dryer they could offer.

La posizione e la spiaggia privata della struttura rappresenta un surplus.

Rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo la porta del bagno era trasparente e dunque la mattina la luce penetrava da prestissimo. Inoltre il kit cortesia ci è stato fornito solo un giorno al nostro arrivo e non sostituito nei giorni successivi, considerando il soggiorno di 9 giorni.

המקלחת בחדרים הישנים מאוד קטנה ,צפופה וללא מדף או מקום להניח כלי רחצה . מכיוון שהמלון ממוקם על צלע הר, יש לקחת בחשבון שימוש במדרגות רבות במרחבים הציבוריים ( כ150 מדרגות מהמתחם התחתון ליד חוף הים ועד למתחם העליון ,הלובי ושער היציאה )

Essendo un 5 stelle mi sarei aspettata un frigo bar in camera fornito di acqua fresca e qualche altra bevanda . Gli ombrelloni forati in spiaggia non erano funzionali ,c’erano tante persone che si spostavano continuamente per cercare l’ombra . Ho chiesto un asciugacapelli più potente perché quello in camera era scarso e NON ne avevano uno decente da darmi . Le piscine molto belle ma purtroppo nessuna delle due era adult only per garantire un po di relax .Un 5 stelle non può avere certe mancanze

The hotel is located near to private beech, have 2 outside pools, one inside pools, three restaurants with good food, but very expensive. The sunbeds and ambarellas are free of charge and also free of charge rent of sup, or kayak, that you can not find in other hotels. The sandy beach very well organized near to the rooms and restaurants with very good beech restaurant. The breakfast is very well organized, with variety of meals and last until 11 a.m. Each room have parking place for car. The rooms are with enough space and well equipped, toilet very good and very clean. The bad can be better, with more comfortable bad mattress. Very well hotel resort, very well manage, very quite, perfect for relaxing short summer holiday.

We have double bad superior room with balcony and see view but located just above the restaurant for breakfast and near to the chimney of the central AC system and ventilation from the kitchen, so there is noise during the day and smell of food at the balcony. We ask the staff of the reception on the day of arrival to change the room for the same but on different location, but it not possible because of not availability, what is very disappointing for us. The management of the hotel should know for these and not sell this room, or sale with discount (room No 98)

Eccellente resort in ottima posizione personale sempre gentilissimo pulizia impeccabile colazione superlativa a buffet la cena sempre a buffet ma meno, per quantità e qualità, buona. Il mare praticamente a ridosso bellissimo . Giro in barca con Nicolas bellissimo. Di certo non economico ma è un resort a 5 stelle la qualità si paga. Magari l unica pecca se si vuole cercare il pelo nell uovo è la mancanza di serate nel resort. Consigliatissimo

This is a delightful resort with a beautiful beach and facilities. The staff are amazing. The stairs are challenging but the winding path is a pleasant walk and also has shade if the stairs look too foreboding!

The spa is excellent but the booking system is complicated and the operation is focused on private use of some facilities, such as the sauna and steam room, which seemed unnecessary.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet- diese Auswahl an frischen Früchten (ca. 12 unterschiedliche) Brotsorten, Nüssen, Müsliriegel, offene Marmeladen, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Omeletten, Pancakes, … Immer eine gekühltes Wasser am Tisch. Das Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmerreinigung sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein eigenes Häuschen (3 Etagen)- so schön mit Dachterrasse und Meerblick Strand und das Wasser sind wunderbar

Nothing I loved it all

An excellent location hotel with high end facilities. What really stands out is the full team from the restaurants staff to the lifeguard, and the housekeeping / room service teams, that maintain the level of cleanliness and service to very high standards! Great food options and cuisine!

Everything was great. Although we didn’t try the spa area, some helpful services (e.g. hairdressing or beauty / dépilation options) that would elevate their status even further were missing.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Lage perfekt, sehr ruhig und nicht weit von der Hauptstadt und von Nidri entfernt.

נסענו משפחה מורחבת של 20 אנשים והתפרסנו בשישה חדרים ברחבי המלון, וסה"כ נהנינו מאוד מהאירוח בו. החדרים מרווחים ונוקו כל יום והמיטות היו נוחות והמזגן היה יעיל. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וטעימה. הבונוס העיקרי היה החוף הצמוד והאפשרות לקחת בו קיאק או סאפ. וגם העובדה שיש שתי בריכות הייתה מועילה והילדים ממש נהנו לעבור מאחת לשנייה. נהנינו גם מהאפשרות להזמין ארוחת צהריים וערב במלון עצמו. אנשי הצוות שהיו איתנו בקשר היו מאוד נחמדים

הדבר העיקרי שהפריע הייתה קטנוניות מצד נציגי המלון בתהליך ההזמנה -עוד לפני ההגעה - כאשר הם דרשו תוספת תשלום גבוהה מזו שמצויינת כאן בבוקינג על הוספת מיטה באחד החדרים. אפשר לציין לשיפור את העובדה שבחדרים אין מספיק שקעים לחיבור מכשירים חשמליים כדי להטעין פלאפונים או לפטופים בנוסף על הקומקום. כמו גם שהמרפסת, לפחות בחדר שלנו, לא מקורה - ולכן לא ניתן היה לשבת לאכול בה בשעות הצהריים מרוב שהשמש והחום היו חזקים בחוץ

nonostante le regole fossero di non mettere gli asciugamani e occupare i posti , le persone lo facevano lo stesso sena mai essere sanzionati:

The private beach was really gorgeous and much appreciated vs the very busy beaches on the rest of the island. Free use of kayak and paddle boards were great too. Really appreciated the tranquility seeing how busy else where was

The rooms are so tiny with very little storage and too much furniture in taking up precious space. I couldn’t have stayed here more than a few days due to this. Shower was tiny and someone on the larger size would struggle to shut the door. Air con not very good.
