Tudo foi excelente desde o atendimento à chegada, até à nossa partida. Ótimas instalações, situado em local deslumbrante e magnifico, campos de golfe de alta performance. Relaxante e ótimo para férias em família. As villas são excelentes e têm todas as comodidades necessárias para um ótima estadia. Piscinas magníficas.

De apenas ser uma semana.... 😭😭😂😂😂😂 mas iremos voltar com certeza.

O alojamento era muito espaçoso, muito confortável, cozinha totalmente equipada, com varanda com vista fantástica para a Lagoa de Óbidos / Foz do Arelho.

Na chegada à receção do empreendimento, percebemos que o nosso apartamento ficava a km da receção e sendo um empreendimento com dezenas de moradias e apartamentos, ninguém nos acompanhou ao nosso apartamento, pelo que,, andámos um pouco perdidos.... Não foi feita qualquer visita guiada ao mesmo.. Quanto ao pequeno-alnoço, optámos por tomá-lo no apartamento, dado que o restaurante ficava junto à receção e só indo de carro... Quanto ao acesso ao empreedimento, havia apenas uma entrada/saída... Para quem quer ir de férias, estacionar o carro e ir a pé à praia não é definitivamente o destino ideal ... .desde ter que pegar no carro para refeições, praia, compras... No caminho para o apartamento, percebemos que era um empreendimento ainda em construção e que não é obviamente um espaço tranquilo para férias. ..desde gruas por todo o lado, barulho de obras, camiões, motosserras... .

Beautiful modern architecture in a perfect setting. Staff in the restaurant was exceptional.

Customer service by the ladies at reception was not great. Called twice, nobody picked up. Reported the malfunctioning A/C via their WhatsApp, just to be told by a bot that it was out of hours despite reception supposedly being open for another 45mins. Next supermarket is 25mins away. They should have a mini market on site.

Villa totalmente equipada, acabados excepcionales y muy cómoda. Ideal para familias . Instalaciones excelentes, piscina, gimnasio, seguridad.

Local, estrutura do espaço

Limpeza a desejar. Questão do berço foi inaceitável, solução de back up zero. Mesmo depois de ter informado que o berço não estava no local, nada fizeram. À noite quando voltei a perceber que nao tinham colocado, a receção estava fechada e do hotel nao deram novamente solução.

Das Haus war wunderschön, es war alles notwendige da. Die Anlage ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt.

Was uns vor der Buchung nicht bewusst war: Die einzelnen Häuser haben offenbar unterschiedliche Besitzer und sind zwar zu etwa 95 % identisch, unterscheiden sich aber in einigen Details. So hatten andere Häuser beispielsweise richtige Liegen am Pool oder einen Sonnenschirm. Auch die Pooltemperatur war unterschiedlich – beim Nachbarpool wurde sie während unseres Aufenthalts auf 29 °C erhöht, bei unserem Pool war dies nicht möglich, da die Temperatur vom jeweiligen Besitzer vorgegeben wird (wurde uns gesagt). Etwas verbesserungswürdig finden wir außerdem die Kommunikation an der Rezeption. Wir wurden beispielsweise nicht darüber informiert, dass während unseres Aufenthalts Housekeeping ins Haus kommt. Auch Gärtner und Poolservice waren unangekündigt im Außenbereich tätig. Grundsätzlich hätten wir uns gewünscht, vorab darüber informiert zu werden, dass Mitarbeiter das Haus oder das Grundstück betreten. Noch etwas zum Housekeeping: Die MitarbeiterInnen waren für uns leider nicht als Personal erkennbar, da sie in privater Kleidung wie Leggings unterwegs waren und ihre kompletten Arbeitsutensilien in Müllsäcken und Einkaufstaschen mitführten. Eine einheitliche, dezente Arbeitskleidung und geeignete Taschen für die benötigten Utensilien würden hier aus unserer Sicht einen deutlich professionelleren Eindruck vermitteln. Die Wandertrails rund ums Gelände sind sehr schön - haben allerdings nur wenige Ausgänge (weil eingezäunt) und hiervon waren zumindest bei zweien die Tore defekt oder mit der Schlüsselkarte nicht zu öffnen, so, dass man die komplette Runde machen musste.

Me gustaría destacar la excelente atención por parte de recepción. Repetiremos el año que viene !

Geen winkeltje met directe benodigdheden. Niet fijn als je op zaterdagavond aankomt. Geen complimentary flessen water. Prijzig hoofdrestaurant.

Obszerny apartament dla 6 osób, z trzema sypialniami- każda z własną łazienką. Z pokoju dziennego i 1 sypialni zapierający dech w piersiach widok na ocean i lagunę, obszerny balkon ( w mieszkaniach na parterze z trawnikiem). Mieszkanie nowe, bardzo komfortowe, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka, czysto- sprzątanie co drugi dzień. Dostępna mała siłownia, dwa nieduże baseny zewnętrzne tuż obok apartamentów. To luksusowy kompleks, w granicach którego mieści się pole golfowe z restauracją serwującą bardzo smaczne dania. Miły, gotowy do pomocy personel. Bliskość oceanu i laguny.

Trzeba jasno powiedzieć, że obiekt jest nadal w budowie- prace budowlane toczą się naraz w wielu miejscach, co nieraz słychać i oczywiście widać. Patrząc na rozmach prac- będzie to trwało jeszcze długo ( w planie jest np. budowa hotelu). Obiekt nie ma własnego zejścia na plażę, aby do niej dojść konieczny jest spacer 1,5 km. Dostępne śniadania są wystarczające, ale bardzo monotonne.

Only three sun beds as the outdoor furniture, no chairs or table to be used outside. For a 3 bedroom/ 6 person house this is too little.

The Apartment was beautiful, clean very comfortable very big. The beds were great. The view was amazing. We loved it.

Twice we had electricity blackout, and getting the stuff to take care of it while the reception is not available which means after 8 PM is a bit challenging

Nous avons passé 3 jours à West Cliffs pour jouer au golf. L'endroit est parfait! Nous avions réservé un appartement de 3 chambres (nous étions 4) et le bien était génial: très propre, grandes baies vitrées, super literie, jolie piscine. Nous étions à 5 minutes en voiture du club house pour prendre notre petit-déjeuner. Nous y avons également diné un soir. Le personnel est adorable et le lieu agréable après le golf pour prendre un verre. c'était super! Un super plan pour les golfeurs.

Very nice, clean and well decorated

Moderno, pulitissimo, silenzioso, luminoso, con ampi spazi, elettrodomestici di alta qualità, materasso e cuscini perfetti . Addetti alla reception gentili e rapidi nel risolvere un problema tecnico.

Everything was great — an excellent place and a very good price. Large, new apartments with a wonderful ocean view. Modern and spacious, with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. A great beach nearby. The quality of the apartment fully met our expectations and matched the description perfectly.

Communication with reception via WhatsApp was a bit inconvenient. There were also some delays with cleaning. When we checked in, all the panoramic windows were dirty, which slightly spoiled the first impression. However, everything was taken care of as we went along. We stayed during the Christmas holidays, so the delays may have been related to that.

Allt på kartan var inte färdigbyggt, de gjorde att det var långt till en större Supermarket. Bil behövs om man inte vill åka taxi. Poolerna var inte uppvärmda även om de glatt visades upp att de fanns

La casa estaba muy limpia, nueva y bien equipada. El personal muy amable. El bar/restaurante muy bien. Comida muy buena, música en directo el sábado por la noche. Todo genial.

Gostamos de tudo, silêncio principalmente para descansar, e todo o envolvente.

Tudo excelente, nada a criticar.

The views were amazing! The apartments were spacious and clean. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic for breakfast and lunch!

Difficult to access if arriving at night. More lighting and clearly marked condo numbers would be helpful. However the security guards were happy to assist us.

Für den relativ hohen Mietpreis ein Haus mit Pool, dessen Pool aber, im Gegensatz zu den Nachbarhäusern, nicht beheizt wurde. Ende September, frischer Wind und der Pool aber bei nur 17 Grad ist in dieser Preislage nicht angemessen. Am zweiten Tag nach dem Bezug hatten wir eine SMS bekommen, ob denn alles in Ordnung wäre, worauf ich sofort die nicht eingeschaltete Wärmepumpe der Poolheizung reklamierte. Hat aber keinen interessiert.

We stayed in October so it was too chilly for the pool.

We were surprised that the pool was not heated. Considering it's a new house, floor heating would be normal. Mouldy smell in ground floor bedrooms. Carpet in master bedroom smelly. Flat needs a ground cleaning and removal of mouldy furniture (bedrooms).

Great property well laid out with plenty of facilities and supplies. IT that worked! Missing from house was a table jug for water and the BBQ didn't work, broken wheels and did not ignite. Needs fixing or replacing. Really excellent service from the front desk both before and during the stay. Always helpful, smiling and had all the answers to our questions. The resort is still under construction is some areas and that would have been good to know more about. Tried to exit the trail by the Boca restaurant and gate access did not work even though we had our access cards.

Property was excellent and perfect for a family of four. There was regular cleaning and when we had any issues the team were quick to respond and update you.

Nothing to be honest it was what we wanted and expected.

The villa was beautiful and we had a super stay overall. Rooms were spacious and the views around the golf course and sea were lovely. However, we were approached very rudely by the neighbour next door who claimed we shouldn’t be making noise outside on our holiday. This was a real shame. As a holiday let, this shouldn’t be an issue. Especially when the villa is advertised for families.

Wonderful space for us and our two teenage boys. It was nice to have a pool on the property, though it is small. Easy walking distance to the beach and the restaurant. Lovely location and condition.

The place is amazing, incredible views. The villa is beautifully designed and spacious. It’s truly a gorgeous location. The beach is breathtaking (but public). Breakfast is lovely. This place must be incredible for golf enthusiasts!

If you don’t like nature - it’s not the place for you. We had a dead frog in the pool upon arrival. The lovely staff took it out but then we realized we had a frog colony in our pool - so we couldn’t use it. The kitchen quickly filled up with an insane amount of ants. Since we’re not in the habit of killing other creatures, all this posed a problem - mainly not being able to use the pool we spent so much on. It’s not a resort per se - it’s a golf resort. There are no actual activities. We planned to participate in many activities that appeared on the site - but they were all external. We were given complementary tennis court time, a lovely gesture, but throughout our stay there were no available slots in the court or the rackets were broken (this was the answer we got at reception!). In general, they are facing home owners and not tourists, they don’t really know how to deal with random guests. The lovely cleaning staff arrived in the evening before our departure- a strange timing. Since the villa is close to the ocean, the towels never dry, so why wait three days before changing them? Updating that two weeks after our stay - we still have not received any sort of acknowledgment from the property re: frogs in our pool.

The views towards the sea were excellent and the Boca beach restaurant was excellent (strangely not recommended by the resort!). Golf course design was good.

The resort staff were cool but the Golf Course staff apart from the very jolly Caddies who seem to work hard and do know how to make guests feel at home. They were all quite serious and did not look like they enjoyed working there at all. The first night was in a ‘Townhouse’ which was surrounded by multiple construction sites in a barren, dusty, isolated and deserted part of the resort. One of our children likened it (in an unflattering way) to ‘Dubai’ - when they were woken up to the sound of pneumatic drills and construction vehicles and piles of aggregate on the road outside our window. The resort management relocated us after we pointed out the obvious issues (despite them saying this wasn’t possible earlier), but then had the nerve to charge us an 'upgrade fee' for the smaller property we moved into (albeit it did have a small plunge pool). They did not make any of this clear to us when we booked - how can they think people would not see this as an issue when they are paying for a 5 Star resort? It completely beggars belief! Also, we went to book the tennis court but were told that 1 of their 2 tennis rackets was damaged, so tennis was not available. What '5 Star' multi-million pound resort only has 2 tennis rackets? FFS Twice when we entered the office area, reception staff were sitting on their mobile phones, which were quickly hidden. After we settled the bill in the reception office and left, they had the nerve to email us to say they had undercharged us!

Local incrível. Villa de 3 quartos muito bem equipada. Decoração ótima e a zona exterior com tudo impecável. Piscina ótima. Muito sossego. Quando o tempo não ajuda para usufruir da piscina há caminhos dentro do resort para caminhadas até a praia.

Sijainti rannikolla piti lämpötilan näin kesällä noin 10 astetta viileämpänä päivällä kuin muutama kilometri sisämaassa. Erinomaiset rannat ja golfkenttä. Käytössä oli kaksi uima-allasta. Hienot näkymät merelle. Meitä oli matkassa perhe, 5 henkilöä. Kolmen makuuhuoneen asunto oli tarpeisiimme juuri sopiva. Erinomainen keittiö, hyvät ruuanvalmistusmahdollisuudet ja mukava ruokailutila.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage.

Achtung: Baustelle. Sie leben auf einer Baustelle mit Lärmbelästigung von 7:00-16:30 Uhr täglich. Direkt gegenüber werden Häuser neu erbaut. Ca. 30 Bauarbeiter, Kran, Baufahrzeuge und Maschinen sind permanent im Einsatz. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme zu booking habe ich keine Antwort erhalten und für dieses Haus 550 Euro pro Nacht gezahlt. Aktuell ist es unverschämt, dort Häuser zu vermieten und die Urlauber für viel Geld auf einer Baustelle wohnen zu lassen. In der Beschreibung wird davon NICHTS erwähnt!!!
