El personal muy amable, las instalaciones están mantenidas correctamente. La relación calidad precio del restaurante es buena.

El desayuno es limitado en opciones. Cobran por opciones en el café. Los árboles tienen frutos que caen en el techo de las vilas haciendo ruido siendo muy molesto por la noche.

We had a wonderful stay in Solina that we extended a night extra. The place was a hidden gem in Carles & the bonus was the super friendly & accomodating stuff.

Clean and lovely staff

Air condition was not working, reported it multiple time from 3pm but was moved to a different room after 9pm. So instead of resting after all the activities, we have to packed and unpacked.

The resort was a great place to unwind & relax. The staff & Management always provided friendly and exceptional service. Thank you

GUESTS ARE HAPPY SEEING THE CALM AND FRIENDLY DOGS AND CATS. IT IS A BASIC HUMAN CHARACTER TO TREAT ANIMALS WITH RESPECT AND LOVE ESPECIALLY THE STRAYS WHO ONLY LIVE TO SURVIVE THIS CRUEL ENOUGH WORLD. KUDOS TO SOLINA’S TEAM FOR BEING KIND TO THESE ANIMALS.

Some amenities/facilities inside the room are old and damaged and insects are everywhere. They should invest in pest control and cleaning especially in Angga restaurant where big cockroaches are flying, and mosquitoes and flies are all over. It is not fun to eat like that. Also, food service takes time, and delayed, they are overwhelmed if there are a lot of guests. At least the kitchen team and the restaurant team should anticipate the flow.

It honestly exceeded my expectation in terms of everything! The spacious and comfy room, the amazing food, the available amenities, and the nature around. It really is ideal for family-oriented activities.

The beach is not ideal for swimming. At the time we were we were also advised against it as there were a lot of jelly fish.

Un peu isolé, pas le choix de manger à l'hôtel car il n'y a pas de resto accessibles aux alentours sans un moyen de transport. Nous sommes malheureusement tombé sur la saison des méduses du coup pas de baignades dans la mer. Heureusement la piscine est grande, agréable et très bien entretenue

Like the nature of the place, trees are beautiful, cleanliness, you can enjoy both swimming pool and the beach. Breakfast buffet is delicious love the mango juice.

Shower room floor and glass divider need some scrubbing especially the corners and edges other than that, I like the place.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We traveled with our seniors and baby, and everything was comfortable and relaxing. We especially loved the heated pool, which made our night swim so enjoyable. We were also happy that all the recreational activities were available. We had fun playing billiards, pingpong, and foosball, while our baby enjoyed the kids' playroom. The weekend activities were a great bonus, we loved the bonfire, band and the live singers during the Father's Day dinner. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Marky for going above and beyond in taking care of us during our meals.

The ammenities are okay but I think they were not able to maintain the beach area since this is our second stay here. But some of staff need some training. They were a bit rude in the restaurant. I was a it disappointed with how they handled informing us about eating in the restaurant while being a bit wet from the swimming pool beside it. The fact that the restaurant was placed directly beside the pool, gave the impression that we can eat there after swimming. I would suggest that they have some sort of dilineation of customers from the pool and those that are not so they can avoid issue with water.

I could not do a room upgrade thru booking.com, and i did a last minute cancelation. Solina went far and beyond to accommodate my request!

Multiple Electricity interruption during ktv was annoying. Kudos to hotel for having a generator!

Solina made my son’s birthday extra special with a wonderful dinner by the beach. The staff were all superb—very attentive, kind, and accommodating throughout.

We encountered a big cockroach in our CR on the first day, but the staff promptly responded and resolved the issue. Despite this, the overall service remained commendable due to their quick action and attentiveness.

Rooms were not super clean and could use some update. Also there was plastic waste on the beach that could be easily picked up by the staff, but was ignored. Staff was mediocre in general, except few exceptions who were great. Food was average, the traditional Filipino dishes were very blend, lacking taste. It was incomparable to dishes I ate just closeby at my g/f place in the same region. Also it happened multiple times that staff in the restaurant was cleaning up and we had to call them to make them aware of us, otherwise they would ignore completely us. It was unprofessional, I guess lack of proper training and no sense of priorities. When we asked for something like a ride to the front desk in a heat, we had to wait for minimum 15-20 minutes every time. When I compare it to my stays on Boracay or Palawan, the value for money was very low here, but the resort has potential to be amazing if they improve the staff.

The facilities, the friendly staff, the cute huts, food is more than okay.

First of all, the breakfast was great with so many options. I would never miss to order their omelette, toast some bread, and have coffee. All are amazingly delicious! The location is perfect. You can never miss a great sunset and sunrise. There are so so many things to do: kayaking, volleyball, foosball, badminton, billiards, pingpong which are all free. Then you have a karaoke room but you also have live bands. Not to mention, the smores by the sea. If you the beach isn't available, you have the beautiful sweimming pool by the resto. Wifi is great as well. We didn't want to go home, in fact, we extended one more day and honestly, if we didn't had work to worry about, we would have stayed a bit longer.

This is a beautiful property with all amenities, lovely gardens. We stayed in premium room which I would recommend. Food at restaurant is good.

For a property of this caliber the showers were terrible, no pressure and only occasionally warm. The staff at check in were inflexible and less than friendly

The place is very peacefully perfect. I like the poll clean and well maintained. The room is is perfectly cleaned and spacious.

Upgrade the table tennis racket.

Staff were extremely helpfull. They assisted us in booking activities and organising transport when our vehicle failed to show up. There was a good range of food on the menu and great quality.

The rooms were small and condensed. The in-room phone also did not work to order room service or contact reception.

Resort is very secured...we'll manicured lawns and landscape. Rooms were updated, spacious, and clean. Nice pool area w/ ample shades to enjoy it especially on mid-day.

The surrounding beach area is unkempt and unappealing especially during low tide...not a lot a things to do in the resort.

Beautiful setting, very relaxing. The pool is large and not crowded. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Most importantly, the staff are absolutely amazing and always helpful.

The only downside was when we inquired about oil fried foods were cooked in we were told vegetable oil and were advised there was no option. In a country where one of the best cooking options, coconut oil, is readily available this was disappointing and certainly limited our dining options.

Pool is amazing, Restaurant serves many different selections of good food. The staff is very friendly and helps. Make the state extra nice.

The resort is a true sanctuary for anyone looking to unplug. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful, with a quietude that’s hard to find elsewhere. We spent most of our time simply relaxing by the beach, listening to the waves rather than the usual tourist noise. It’s the perfect spot to reset and recharge. Also, enj oyed the bonfire!

The toilet definitely needs better ventilation, like an exhaust. Also, the beach is beautiful, but it’s a shame that trash from the next lot keeps washing up in the swimming area.

Die Live-Musik am Abend. Einfach nur schrecklich laut. Wenn ich in einem Restaurant essen gehe, will ich mich mit den anderen unterhalten! Das war aber bei dem Krach nicht möglich. Wenn ich laute Musik hören will, gehe ich in eine Disko! Das Management sollte hier eingreifen. Ich verstehe nicht, was diese "Musiker" denken.
