Todo. Ha sido sin duda el peor hotel de todo mi viaje por Malasia y eso q no fue barato. Todo estaba increíblemente sucio. El baño olía fatal. Tuvimos que pedir que lo limpiasen y aún así seguía estando asqueroso. Faltaban toallas, la televisión estaba rota la puerta que daba a la terraza no cerraba y la puerta de la habitación tenía agujeros.Los muebles estaban viejos y rotos. no lo recomendaría jamás.

La literie était sale et ne sentais pas bon à notre arrivée. Les équipements sont assez vieux et pas confortable ( le lit). Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique et il n’y a absolument rien autour de l’hôtel

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La struttura è bellissima, con una piscina al suo interno. Eravamo in luna di miele e ci è sembrato il posto perfetto dove trascorrere un paio di notti, prima di spostarci sulle isole.
Ci è piaciuto tutto. L’unica nota negativa è che la sala giochi era in manutenzione durante la nostra permanenza.

Das Hotel ist total abgewohnt. Das Frühstück nicht ansprechend. Der Pool komplett überfüllt - kaum bis keine Liegen. Straßenlärm in der Nacht. Preis-/Leistung unterirdisch. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Toilet was horrible. Toilet bowl was cracked and sellotaped. The bowl even moved when we got on it. The tap cannot be closed tightly the water came out. Almost rm500 per night but got horrible toilet, even the light was dimmed. Haiyaaa

The hotel was not as clean as expected. The towels looked old and worn, with noticeable yellowing. The pillows were in a similar condition. When we arrived, there was a sales booth on the premises, but the music was excessively loud at night, which was quite disruptive.

At night, there was quite manu activities for children available. Breakfast was okay, had diverse menu and it was okay in terms of taste
Although the resort already arranged many activities for guest but the timing was quite short, up untill 10pm only. Might need to extend the time up to at least midnight, especially during weekend.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The resort is located within walking distant to the beach…very peaceful and calming…surrounded by cluster of lakes… A lot of small restaurants and warungs nearby either by walking or driving to the small town area…easy access to options of food… big swimming pools for both adults and kids…
The property is a bit old… requires repair works and maintenance to the rooms, bathroom and walkways to freshen it up and make the areas more lively and nicer.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026there was nothing in particular that was even great to me. everything was mediocre. we arrived late at night but the staff were very helpful and attentive. other than that, everything was less than average.
Cleanliness of the room was subpar, i literally found a wet towel in the closet and a ramen carbonara wrapper on the floor. The cushions were worn down with some tears and the tv was just old. linens and towels are old and u ca see yellow spots on them. but it definitely fit the price. It might be good for families but for adults, i wouldnt recommend more than a one night stay. The room is spacious af tho.

Perkara yang saya suka: Lokasi hotel sangat baik dan kawasan hotel luas. Staff hotel mesra dan membantu. Kemudahan hotel agak lengkap seperti gym, dewan mesyuarat dan kawasan riadah untuk aktiviti sukan. Parking mudah dan kawasan sekitar hotel selesa. Bilik besar dan selesa untuk keluarga. ------‐-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I stayed at Tok Bali Beach Resort for 1 night from 16 May 2026 until 17 May 2026. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. What I liked: The hotel location is good and the overall hotel area is spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has good facilities such as a gym, meeting hall, and recreational areas for sports activities. Parking area is spacious and convenient. The room was large and comfortable for staying.
Namun ada beberapa perkara yang perlu diperbaiki: - TV channel sangat teruk dan hampir tiada siaran yang boleh ditonton. TV juga sudah lama berbanding hotel lain yang kebanyakannya sudah menggunakan Android TV. - Line telefon untuk CelcomDigi langsung tiada dalam bilik. - Ironing board dalam bilik sudah uzur dan alas iron board terlalu nipis. - Sabun tangan di sinki tiada disediakan. - Tiada extra pillow disediakan. Untuk breakfast pula agak mengecewakan: - Coffee dan tea perlu bancuh sendiri menggunakan uncang yang disediakan. - Cornflakes biasa dan coklat rasa kurang fresh. - Tiada omelette station. - Tiada telur separuh masak. Harap pihak hotel dapat memperbaiki perkara-perkara ini kerana hotel ini sebenarnya mempunyai potensi yang baik dari segi lokasi dan kemudahan. ‐----‐‐---------------------------------------- However, there are several areas that need improvement: - The TV channels were very poor and almost nothing could be watched. The TV is also outdated compared to many other hotels nowadays that already use Android TV. - CelcomDigi mobile line coverage inside the room was completely unavailable. - The ironing board in the room was old and worn out, and the ironing board cover was extremely thin. - No hand soap was provided at the sink. - No extra pillows were provided. The breakfast experience was also disappointing: - Coffee and tea had to be self-prepared using tea bags and sachets provided. - The plain and chocolate cornflakes did not taste fresh. - No omelette station. - No half-boiled eggs available. I hope the hotel management can improve these areas because the hotel actually has good potential in terms of location and facilities.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Zwembad maar bijna geen ligstoelen en als die er waren, waren ze kapot. Personeel heel behulpzaam, vooral Shafic en Farhin. Die waren altijd beschikbaar en super.
Het hotel zelf, oud en versleten. Bedden ook slecht, best vies. Badkamer had lekkage. Het ontbijt was niet ons ding. Veel locale mensen, voor hen was het prima. Het eten in het restaurant was top voor lunch en avondeten.

Room and sofa cleanliness were not up to the expectation. The light from the corridor could penetrate through the translucent glass on the door entrance, spoiling the night sleep. Breakfast was not on par with comparable resorts.
