The mattress was led on a solid block of concrete, very uncomfortable and dangerous. I split my toe by hitting it as it was very sharp. No water in the bathroom sink. TV didn't work. It was in the ruff end of the town. Rats and rubbish everywhere outside the property. Took ages to find it reception was in a phone shop.

Kleines aber Feines Guesthouse, Zimmer sind Modern und mit liebe zum Detail gepflegt Wichtig : Die Klimaanlage bläst nicht direkt auf das Bett was schlafen viel angenehmer macht. Badezimmer Praktisch eingerichtet, sehr grosser Kühlschrank in jedem Zimmer Geschirr in Zimmer für die Benützung der Küche.

Verkehrslärm ist deutlich hörbar, mich hatt es nicht gestört. Matratzen sind relativ hart. Musik vom Pup für mich kein Problem, bin Abends um 22:00 Schlafen gegangen

La femme de ménage est adorable

Établissement dortoir sans aucun charme et très bruyant (route et bar avec de la musique live le soir) la première plage est à 10mn à pied mais polluée impossible de s’y baigner … il faut un scoot ..la famille du loueur vit sur place dont un Viel homme qui crache en permanence ds les parties communes..

Comfortable and clean room, with a garden outside where it is possible to drink and eat. The location is very near to nice restaurants and massage centres, just 5 minutes by walking to the famous Seafood Market.

Easy access basic needs fine - have been back many times

Particularly this time an elderly constant drunk German pervert (with glasses) who seems to stay there long term molesting guests by starring into the units with a beer can in his hand - the hotel management didn’t do and don’t do anything against it!!!!

Personnel très sympathique, chambre propre et bien située en plein centre de Rawai. Prévoir un scooter est indispensable pour aller à la plage de Nai Harn et se déplacer facilement dans les environs, c’est le plus important. Prévoir une raclette pour la douche ça évite les glissade.

alheureusement, l’établissement est trop proche d’une route très passante, ce qui le rend assez bruyant. Nous entendons également le restaurant et ses concerts live jusqu’à minuit. Cela dit, ce point était moins gênant pour ma part.

Close to the beach and the venues, Lotus minimart is right next to you. The bus stop is not too far away either. Reasonably quiet. There were a couple water bottles and some coffee as a compliment.

No shower curtains = water goes everywhere. No mop to clean up either.

They wanted double the money as written in the insert as deposit

It was a very comfortable room, the staff was kind and we really appreciated the free drinking water and we'll stocked kitchen (oil, sugar etc).

It may have been different if we were in a different room, but the bar next door playing live music was very loud - even with earplugs we could still hear it. It's worth keeping in mind!

La vicinanza di un locale di musica dal vivo comportava che di notte si sentisse un po' di rumore Ma prima di mezzanotte la serata era già finita, per il resto era tranquilla e silenziosa

Lage top, sehr gemütlich. Besitzer sind so freundlich!! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unseren Freunden weiter!

Leider konnten wir nicht wirklich Netflix etc. gucken, aber das brauch man in diesem wunderschönen Land nicht!!

Very good location

Väldigt prisvärt. Finns ett allmänt pentry där man kan laga sin egen mat och platser utanför att sitta på. Små rum men väl ordnat för att bara så bekvämt som möjligt med tallrikar, bestick, kaffekoppar, glas och vattenkokare. Kaffe fylls på varje dag.

Städerskan var jätteduktig men det enda vi kunde klaga på var att hon glömde alltid nåt såsom duschkräm, hårschampo eller toalettpapper. Annars städade hon jättebra och plastade in nydiskade tillbehör för mat och alltid rena handdukar.

De binnenplaats en de lokatie vlak bij zee.

De matrassen zijn erg hard en personeel met name de man was niet erg vriendelijk en ook niet behulpzaam.

Allowed us to check in a day earlier after we mixed our dates up! Lovely space with great access to everything in the area!

Good location and nice amenities

Bathroom has a lot of mold going. Due to the lack of any windows water dries longer. Some of us had a dry cough because of it, which has stoped the next day we left.

The room is quite spacious and clean. It is in the perfect location for visiting the fish market and within walking distance of a mix of western bars and beach restaurants, to sit and watch the sunset.Some nice massage shacks overlooking the sea as well I recommend the burger bar for a change if you ever get tired of Thai food which i dont but makes a change

facilities at the resort are limited. A swimming pool would have been great as its quite far to walk to a decent beach

Nice facilities, close to the beach

I liked the sitting garden area outside the room and the close proximity to the pier.

It was very hard to find the resort as the signage is very poor and there is no parking immediately available.

Everything was great! The room was very clean, almost perfectly clean, I would say:) But I was most impressed by the level of detail they provided for guests. They had everything you could possibly need (even mosquito spray!) and all this for a very affordable price. There’s also a kitchen, making it a perfect place for long-term stays (if you like the area).

I did have the worst located room although I asked two months before to allocate on away from the street

It was some unique experience in Phuket. I liked specious bed and room. First i needed to get to use to shower but at the end worked out well. Room was cleaned everyday, never had a problem with it. Good wifi and value for money.

If you would like to have vacation next to the beach where you can not swim- for sure thats a place. Close restaurants and lots of massage places to go. I just felt a bit far from beaches. 7 min by scooter to closest small beach( which i did not have and needed have a grab app). 40 min to phuket town, 30 min to phatong beach. Depending what you like

The room is very clean and well provisioned. Including room safe, AC, fridge, kettle, coffee supplies, bottled water x2 supplied daily, plates bowls and cutlery, chest of drawers, space to hang clothes, drying rack, laundry basket, umbrellas, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Power socket and small lamp table beside the bed. Great value.

If you are a light sleeper and need to go to bed early, the music from nearby bars might be annoying. Communal seating in the courtyard was directly in line with my sliding glass door. The doors have a mirror tint, but this is less effective when it is not bright and sunny, or when you turn a light on inside. There are only blockout curtains.

Once I walked in I felt very positive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and has everything you need including free drinking water. I extended my stay straight away after checking in.

It can get pretty noisy at night by the neighbouring bars but I wore earplugs and had good sleep.
