The price of theme park and the timing

The room is spacious with balcony. The view is stunning facing the lake and golf course. The kids loved the hotel very much. There a lot of activities to choose from. Water theme park (discount voucher for hotel guest), outdoor games like ATV, archery, paint ball.

The survival park is little bit run down.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Their warm and attentive service made the whole experience even more pleasant.

The lift. I experienced an issue where the lift door opened halfway and the lift seemed to be hanging or stuck for a while before continuing down. Thankfully, it eventually managed to reach the lobby safely.

Lift is quite slow since it is a combined public & school holiday as the number of guests surges, but still tolerable. Would appreciate more discounts for the activities for hotel guests since each activity has to be paid separately

Spacious room, delightful malaysian breakfast, politeful staffs and next to the waterpark.

Cleanliness was a problem spotted during our stay: 1. Cleanliness of the waterpark especially at the children slides area near to the male toilet. Algae was spotted with bare eyes since the yellowish colour stood out really well proving that it has not been cleaned regularly. 2. Room curtains in Room 407 were super dirty and dusty.

Booked bilik tatami, harga agak tinggi. Ingatkan dah masuk sekali tiket waterpark, rupanya dapat diskaun saja. Salah sendiri.

Breakfast not many choices. Meehoon goreng wasnt great. Only one line for main course and egg stations . Big crowd over the weekend and school Holiday. You have to look for own seats .. no staff assisting to find seat for breakfast.

Honestly, I really loved how close to nature the location is especially when you’re travelling with a four year old. We spent time at the survival park where my child could run freely in the open fields, and also enjoyed the waterpark. It’s not very big, but my kid had such an amazing time there. The highlight for us was definitely the animal island. The animals looked well taken care of and clean, and it was really special seeing my child connect with nature in such a genuine way.

On the downside, the room felt a little dusty. I understand that occupancy may not always be high, but it would make a big difference if rooms were given a quick refresh before check-in especially the bedroom area, including the curtains and bedding. A bit more attention there would really improve the overall comfort. As for breakfast, it was decent but not particularly memorable. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and overall experience.

1) The family can stay together in one room. 2) Riverine Splash is fun, and the staff are friendly. 3) The breakfast is delicious. 4) Unlimited complimentary mineral water refills are available, which is convenient for guests since the hotel is far from the city. 5) The view and environment are nice which helps to relax.

1) There are many small ants in the room, even though there is no food. 2) The air conditioner is very noisy. 3) Some of the lights do not work. 4) The bathtub cannot hold water.

The variety of activities

Everything is with price. Breakfast was not exceptional at all. For RM50 per pax, not worth the money.

Extra activities available such as waterpark are all within walkable distance, spacious property, helpful and friendly staff

The check in process is smooth, attentive staff, and the room is huge for a two bedroom apartment type with a balcony overlooking the water park and river. I love their restaurant and the food is tasty and affordable. Buggy is assessable upon request to bring you anywhere around the property.

No proper signage if you want to go to the mini zoo.

The costs for activities are quite expensive, have to drive quite far for lunch n dinner.

We liked the size of the room, although it felt a bit empty because it was so spacious—almost like a studio apartment. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the parking lot and waterpark, but it was quite nice since we could also see the mangroves and boats passing by in the morning.

We didn’t really like the floor—it felt dusty even though bedroom slippers were provided. Housekeeping should probably mop the floor each time they clean the room. When we first checked in, the bathroom was fine and had no smell, but on the second night, after the upper floors were occupied, it started to smell like a sewer.

I really like the view and the bedroom. Channel 5 always has interesting movies to enjoy at night. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed, and the shower has strong water pressure — perfect for a relaxing stay.

The price didn’t include entry to the water park, which required an additional payment of RM48 per person. For 8 people, it cost a total of RM384 — just for 2 hours of playtime.

The apartment is very cosy and conformable. My family in law is very happy.

Some facilities need to be paid. Maybes can review it back. Facilities like playground no need to paid.

我很喜欢那里的泰国餐，他们的椰水特别好喝，还有哪里的肉和炒饭绝了！还有自助餐很好吃太多东西了

我觉得那些玩的时间都是在特别早上还有下午晚上的很少，就让我觉得很伤心，因为我们只能很早起来才可以玩

The property is very family friendly. The adventure park and the water park are walking distance. They also prepare a buggy for more convenient.
