Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel

Das Personal war immer super freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, egal ob am Empfang, im Restaurant, Poolbar oder am Strand und auch Kidsclub. Dafür bekommt das Hotel von uns 10 Sterne und 100 von 10 Punkte. Spa-Behandlungen waren erstklassig. Die Paddel-Stunden mit einem Lehrer war super. Der Lehrer war sehr freundlich, es hat sehr viel Spass gemacht. Das warme Essen beim Abendessen/Buffet entsprach 4 Sterne. Ansonsten waren jedoch alle anderen Speisen beim Buffet, im griechischen sowie japanischen Restaurant oder am Strandbar erstklassig.

Dass die Zimmertür sehr hellhörig war.

The beach was extraordinary, the rooms and hotel facilities were very clean, the breakfast and dinner was rich. The food at the beach and pool bar were also delicious. The staff was very helpful in many occasions.

The spa was large and offered many options, however, in some spa rooms the aroma and scents were too pungent for us.

All-round excellent luxury resort with spacious organization, greenery all around the place, top-notch materials used in the construction, geared towards the comfort of customers, great facilities such as infinity pool, a pristine beach and sea, and very accommodating of (small) children.

- A touch isolated from Nea Moudania or Nea Poteidaia, where only a pricy taxi can take you; - The breakfast buffet was very good, but I have seen bigger and better ones in other hotels; - The hotel is owned by the Chaika family, close associates of Putin, so lots of oligarchs here.

No place for cycling

The property was beautiful, clean, modern and overall fantastic. The staff was exceptionally kind the service was phenomenal. We stayed there with our two children and were so happy with everything!

Amazing resort. Very friendly staff. The beds and the room were very comfortable. Very nice and clean beach. Great food at the restaurants.

There is nothing around the hotel. You need to take the car fir everything. The food and drinks are expensive.

האוכל במלון לא מתואם לאנשים שיש להם רגישות לגלוטן. זה הדבר היחיד שהייתי רוצה לציין שחבל. למלון מצויין כזה הייתי מצפה שיהיו יותר אופציות ללא גלוטן.

Great views, clean rooms, great for the whole family

We had a wonderful stay at Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, while the entire property, including the pool and beach areas, was kept in excellent condition. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the restaurant: the food was consistently excellent, fresh, varied, and very well prepared. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. Overall, the hotel offers a high standard of comfort, service, and hospitality. It was a genuinely enjoyable experience, and we would gladly return.

This stay was supposed to be for our honeymoon as well as my birthday. The hotel’s website explicitly states that they provide special treatment and room upgrades for honeymoons. Joke's on me; they completely ignored it, even though I mentioned both occasions when making the reservation and again upon arrival. They ignored my birthday entirely—not even a cake was provided, despite seeing other guests greeted with one. To make matters worse, we weren't even helped with our suitcases, and the staff, in general, was not very helpful. I would definitely not give this hotel 5 stars, and I certainly wouldn't pay this much again for such a mediocre stay. Overall, I am deeply disappointed.

המלון מקסים, נעים ורגוע,כל האווירה טובה , אחלה חדר אוכל,וחדרים בכלל… הצוות פשוט היה ווואוווווו, שירות ברמה הכי גבוה שיש! השתדלו כל כך לעזור ולסדר לנו את כל הטיול!!!

We was regular guests before 10 years and now we decided to come back, but unfortunately we really regretted…. It seems that the hotel is completely abandoned without any maintenance…very rude staff and awful food…dirty everywhere…. It becomes in a standard 3 star hotel…. Pity…..

Beach bar Jasn with the guys as Albian, Konstantinos and others make the stay unforgetable. It is our second time here but we come again for surre. Thank you.r

Нормален летен хотел. Нищо особено. Закуска на средно ниво, вечеря също. Хубав басейн, но много малък.

Определено звездите не отговарят на това, което се изисква. Не почистват стаите всеки ден, защото явно не им стига персонал. В ресторанта за обяд се чака близо час и половина, а сметките са доста солени. Вечерята е до 21.30!? На плажа всяка шатра се заплаща по 100 евро, уж върви с плодове и вино, но не ги получавате. Самият плаж не е хубав. Басейнът от друга страна е страшно малък, шезлонгите са недостатъчни. В стаята с гледка море, същото се виждаше съвсем леко само в единия край на терасата.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were always clean, and everything was well organised. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They did a lovely surprise on my husband’s birthday. Without us even mentioning it, they brought a birthday cake with a candle to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was modern, clean, and well maintained, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The beach is absolutely stunning and was definitely the highlight of the hotel - beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing.

The only downside was the service. While not everyone, some members of the staff came across as unwelcoming and at times a bit rude, which took away from the overall experience. A friendlier and more approachable attitude would make a big difference.

У нас был люкс с потрясающим дизайном и обслуживанием в номерах. Так же в отеле высокого уровня СПА Афродита и профессиональные специалисты, посещали два раза. Чистейший пляж, ресторан а ля карт с видом. Нареканий нет абсолютно никаких. Но главное преимущество этого отеля - это его сотрудники . Обязательно вернемся снова!

We were waiting more of an hour and half for the room to be ready. The waiters on the beach were no so polite and they didn't bring some nuts with the beers. We should remain them 3 times to bring it.

The hotel and grounds were amazing. Clean, tidy and well looked after. The staff were all so friendly and polite and were always happy to help. We particularly enjoyed speaking to Nikos in reception; he was really friendly and helpful. Victoria in the restaurant at breakfast and Alexandros by the beach bar were also very helpful, always smiling and efficient. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment especially Anna and George but also the dancers.

We would have liked more vegetarian and vegan options for food as we felt restricted in choices.

The best most luxurious hotel in Khalkidiki the suites are extremely spacious and comfortable the food is excellent and the staff is friendly and welcoming specially Tatiana The biggest and most impressive spa I visited in all Greece We will definitely come back.

Uzun zamandır gittiğim en temiz en güler yüzlü en güzel otellerden biriydi. Açık büfesi çalışanları güzel odalarıyla çok memnun kaldığımız bir yer oldu.

Manchmal war störend Putzpersonal, sie klopften an die Tür aber es kommen sofort rein und die Heizung hat uns gefehlt es war im Mai etwas kühler.

1. Поисках ъпгрейд на стаята, което ми струваше 150 евро допълнително. 2. За резервации през booking дават по-лоши стаи. 3. Въпреки, че си тръгнахме 1 ден по-рано, не ми беше възстановена част от сумата. 4. Градинарят започваше да бръмчи с машина и да подрязва храстите и тревата от 08:00 AM. 5. Когато времето е лошо, няма какво да се прави. 6. Цените в а ла карт ресторанта са увеличени 100% спрямо миналата година. 7. Канализацията е лоша и банята винаги се наводнява.

Otvoreni bazeni i SPA su odlični. Plaža i ležaljke takođe. Sobe bi mogle da budu renovirane. Nema mogućnosti za šetnju, sem u krugu hotela.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The most frustrating aspects was the spa policy. Children are only allowed in the spa area for one hour per day, which is extremely limiting and inconvenient for families. Even worse, it seemed like the water temperature was intentionally kept very cold, making it unpleasant and practically unusable. I would not recommend it, especially for families looking to relax and enjoy the spa facilities.

I want to share my impressions of the stay and the attitude of the staff at the Nar Hotel in Halkidiki so that other people do not find themselves in our situation. We are a family with two children and made a reservation for the hotel for 4 nights after we were assured in advance by the hotel that because the weather forecast was bad, the indoor pool in the spa area was heated and could be used by the children. The other activities were also working. When we arrived, things turned out to be quite different. The indoor pool was only available for children from 12:00-14:00, if it was raining heavily, but not if it was cold, and the heating in the pool was not working at the moment. The billiards is in the neighboring hotel, and it is broken, there is only one PlayStation and there is no account because there is no internet…… , in the lobby, where the children were glued to their phones on the sofas due to the lack of entertainment options, the guests were allowed to smoke cigars and cigarettes. I asked Anastasia at the reception if she could speak to the manager Apollonis, but the answer was that he was at home and would sort things out tomorrow. We waited until the morning, when the answer was that access to the indoor pool for children would be decided day by day, depending on whether it was raining outside, even though it was cold and they had nothing else to do. We had to change hotels to avoid ruining our children's vacation, and all we got from the hotel was "Goodbye" and they said there was nothing they could do, that was their policy.

Thalassia, Nena, Varvara and Eleni were excellent in their services. The facilities are super clean and look very special. I would happily return again.

It is indeed a beautiful hotel but I wouldn't give it a 10 and for this price, it should be a 10. I specifically booked it because it said that it has heated pools and no pool was warm, even the one in the spa. I travelled with a one-year old in April and warm water in the pool was a must for me. Also, one of the reasons I booked this hotel is their kids club, which was closed! The location isn't great since there is absolutely nothing in the proximity but that isn't important since the hotel should be enough. Exepct for this issues. the hotel is beautiful and if everything worked as said and if everything was open, it would be a 10

Beautiful family hotel

Прекрасные пару дней в копилку воспоминаний) Остановились передохнуть перед вылетом домой, но пожалели, что не получилось побыть дольше! Прекрасные завтраки и отличный ресторан,все было вкусно всегда! Территория идеального размера- нет ощущения что ты отеле, нет толпы, как будто в саду гуляешь ) Детский клуб, шикарные бассейны , чистейше море- все сложилось прекрасно для нашей семьи) Ксения на ресепшен- отдельная благодарность!! Все возникающие вопросы решались так спокойно и уверенно, чувствовалась забота и сопричастность) спасибо!

Personalen på hotellet var fantastiska, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

Kändes daterat och opersonligt. Tråkig restaurang, kändes mer som en kantin. Området utanför hotellområdet var trashigt.

Schöne Pools und Strand, Zimmer modern und sehr großzügig. Das Essen war frisch und lecker.

Pool war 2 Tage wegen einer privaten Veranstaltung geschlossen. An der Rezeption hat man mich mit Wartungsarbeiten vertröstet. Das finde ich bei einem 5-Sterne-Resort, welches mit seinem Infinity Pool wirbt, enttäuschend. Beim Frühstück kann besserer Kaffee angeboten werden, leider nur angerührter Nescafé.
