המזרן והכריות היו ממש לא נוחים. אכלנו פעם אחת ארוחת ערב במסעדה של המלון ולא אהבנו בכלל את האוכל. בארוחת בוקר חסר ירקות

Amazing place , great location , places to walk to and eat, have drinks. Rooms simple but chic and incredibly clean. Really stylish restaurant. Great pool. The staff were just the best! Frederika , went above and beyond for us - she took us to her gym and we were welcomed with open arms! The waiting staff, we were a big group, ordering food and drinks to the pool and they were just so patient and helpful. We had the best 5 days, fun and chilled at the same time. Gorgeous breakfast. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and well made.

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kunt 24/7 bij hen terecht en niets is te veel gevraagd. Bestel je eten of drinken, dan wordt het gewoon gebracht waar je bent: op je kamer, bij het zwembad of in het restaurant. Ook kregen we dagelijks een update over de weersverwachting en wat er de volgende dag op het menu stond. Dat vonden we een ontzettend fijne service. Zeker na een rondreis door Italië met kinderen was die extra aandacht en service precies wat we nodig hadden om echt even tot rust te komen. De kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en waren voor ons ruim genoeg. Het zwembad was heerlijk en op temperatuur. Ook de locatie was top, dichtbij het centrum van Lecce. Al met al hebben we hier een ontzettend prettig verblijf gehad!

Er waren helaas redelijk wat wespen bij het zwembad waardoor het liggen op een ligstoel soms vervelend was. Maar daar kunnen zij niet veel aan doen.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet agri-resort. L’endroit est magnifiquement verdoyant et offre un vrai calme, parfait pour se ressourcer loin de l’agitation quotidienne. La nourriture était délicieuse, préparée avec soin, et les prix restent très raisonnables pour la qualité proposée. Le personnel était pour la grande majorité très accueillant et sympathique, ce qui a rendu notre séjour d’autant plus chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent à se détendre dans un cadre naturel et paisible !

Malheureusement, mon expérience au check-in a été très décevante. La personne à la réception était froide et manquait clairement du sens de l’accueil qu’on attend dans l’hôtellerie. Il nous a expédiés très rapidement, avec très peu d’explications. Quand j’ai demandé s’il y avait un espace bien-être (wellness center), il m’a simplement répondu “non” de façon sèche — une réponse qui s’est d’ailleurs avérée incorrecte. Il nous a donné la clé de la chambre et est reparti aussitôt, sans nous laisser le temps de signaler que la chambre sentait la cigarette. Ce qui est encore plus décevant, c’est que nous avons remarqué qu’il se montrait bien plus chaleureux avec d’autres clients, ce qui laisse un sentiment d’inégalité de traitement.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende! Zimmer groß und modern. Frühstück vielfältig und viele hausgemachte Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter- egal ob Restaurant, Rezeption oder Reinigungsdamen - waren sehr freundlich! Der Pool ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Abendessen gut und preiswert.

Der Pool könnte kühler sein in den Sommermonaten. Die Musikbox beim Abendessen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat gerauscht.

Prima dell'arrivo ho ricevuto una mail per il self check in (cosa che ho fatto). La mail comunicava un costo di € 5 a persona per il check in effettuato in struttura (cosa mai vista!). Acqua della piscina non del tutto limpida

Pas de borne de recharge ( pourtant indiqué dans le descriptif de la masseria ). Nous avons été très embêté par cela car les bornes aux alentours fonctionnent mal. Un soir , nous avons fais de nombreux kilomètres pour se charger car plusieurs étaient hors services. Nous n'étions pas loîn de la panne. Beaucoup de stresse avec 2 enfants en bas âge ...

C’était fabuleux !! Super calme après une journée de visite de Lecce, c’était vraiment agréable de trouver la masseria rifisa, un petit oasis pour se détendre au bord de la piscine, tout est fait pour nous entrés agréable, jusqu’à nous amener des boissons au bord de la piscine !! Et le petit déjeuner… vraiment exceptionnel. Un très grand merci, je reviendrai sans aucun doute à mon prochain passage dans le sud des pouilles.

היינו זוג בנופש ולקחנו חדר סטנדרטי. האבזור בסיסי ומספק, גודל החדר ממוצע, הריהוט במצב חדש ומתוחזק, חדר האוכל נעים והאוכל נהדר. שהינו 4 לילות ופעמיים נשארנו במקום לארוחת ערב שהייתה טעימה ומשתלמת עם אופציות צמחוניות לאשתי.

Struttura molto bella, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Parcheggio comodissimo. Stanza spaziosa, luminosa e silenziosa. Piscina fantastica, aperta fino a sera. Personale gentilissimo e attento: Chiara, che abbiamo conosciuto a cena al Ristorante, attenta, presente ma non insistente, ma anche tutti gli altri! Una menzione speciale va al cibo, sia a colazione sia a cena. Prodotti a chilometro zero di ottima qualità. Devo dire che una colazione così varia, ricca e di qualità si trova molto raramente. Concordo con l'altra ospite che ha fatto notare la maleducazione di alcune persone che si servivano al ricco buffet, o magari si facevano anche cucinare le uova, per poi lasciare tutto nel piatto! Veramente maleducati, noncuranti e poco rispettosi, del cibo (bene prezioso) e del lavoro altrui. Anche a cena piatti ottimi, abbondanti (anche troppo!) e prezzi contenuti. Tutto molto buono. L'atmosfera, in generale, veramente piacevole.

Qualche suggerimento: la camera era spaziosa ma con pochi punti di appoggio, importanti soprattutto per chi si ferma diversi giorni; pur essendoci lo spazio mancava un tavolino con la sedia. Il porta abiti (non era un vero e proprio armadio) era molto piccolo (quindi impossibile disfare la valigia) e non c'era possibilità di appoggiare la valigia. Il bagno era piccolissimo, privo di porta asciugamani e senza spazio per appoggiare il beauty case o anche semplicemente l'asciugacapelli. Ho dovuto prendere una sedia dall'esterno per appoggiare il beauty fuori dalla porta del bagno. Inoltre, dal momento che gli ospiti vanno al mare o in piscina, la possibilità di avere uno stendino per appendere costumi e asciugamani, anche se mi rendo conto non siano molto belli da vedere in una struttura così elegante. E' vero che ci sono degli stendibiancheria sul terrazzone della struttura, ma sono troppo scomodi e lontani. Infatti quasi tutti appoggiavano costumi e asciugamani sulle sedie esterne alla camera, Infine (ma questo ovviamente non è colpa dei titolari!) l'incuria e la sporcizia del territorio circostante. Il Salento, in alcune zone, è così: ricco di oasi di bellezza (come Masseria Rifisa e tante altre strutture), spiagge stupende, località meravigliose, ma al di fuori di queste il territorio è trascurato, abbandonato, sporco. Distese di ulivi morti, all'apparenza abbandonati, sporcizia ovunque e campi bruciati e devastati dagli incendi. Un vero peccato.

C'ero stata già in questa struttura per un percorso spa con cena. Stavolta ci sono ritornata per un pernotto e Per usufruire della piscina. Stanza pulita, ben tenuta e soprattutto tecnologica e moderna. Personale accogliente sempre pronto a rispondere per qualsiasi evenienza o problema. Piscina leggermente riscaldata in serata visto il vento forte. Mandando un messaggio WhatsApp puoi prenotare e gustare a bordo piscina un aperitivo o qualcosa di tipico pugliese. Ho avuto la conferma che la cena è ottima, prodotti tipici km 0. Prezzi davvero convenienti. Personale di Sala molto attento e cenare all'aperto con quell'atmosfera creata dalle luci è qualcosa di romantico e favoloso. Colazione ottima con numerose varietà salate e dolci. Ci ritorneremo volentieri ❤️

Tutto incantevole. La piscina pulitissima, il servizio in piscina sempre perfetto . Qualità del cibo dalla colazione agli spuntini in piscina eccezionale. Per la colazione c’è un menu per le uova dedicato. La sig Lucia super gentile e presente in sala . Torte casalinghe formaggi e verdure km0 ampia scelta di succhi freschi fatti da loro e sempre diversi. Camere spaziose arredate con gusto. Personale disponibile ed estremamente cordiale. La direttrice Francesca attenta e premurosa con ogni singolo ospite. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro del paesino. Nei pressi della piazzetta del paese si può passeggiare , gustare un aperitivo e assaggiare direttamente da un forno dei panzerotti superlativi. Vi è anche una palestra di crossfit a due passi dalla masseria. Varie stradine per jogging. A mezz’ora circa si raggiungono le spiagge più belle. Per degli stabilimenti onesti chiedere alla direttrice! Vi saprà consigliare la soluzione migliore!!!!❤️ps. A 15 minuti ce la casa del latte…. Chiedete di Daniele…. Vi farà assaggiare i nodini ancora caldi!!!!

Rabbrividivo quando a colazione alcuni ospiti tornavano al tavolo con i piatti stra colmi di cibo. Ovviamente non riuscivano a finirlo e lo lasciavano poi tutto lì. Totale non curanza del prossimo e spreco esagerato del cibo. Veramente scandaloso . Dei gran maleducati. . Per i futuri ospiti spero che faranno attenzione e che si serviranno la giusta quantità.

Siamo rimasti entusiasti di questa masseria. La pulizia è davvero al top, sia per quanto riguarda le camere che il ristorante e gli spazi esterni. Il giardino è curato nei minimi dettagli e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l'ottima idea di tenere la piscina aperta per gli ospiti fino a tarda sera. Anche sul fronte culinario siamo rimasti super soddisfatti: il cibo è ottimo, sia a cena che a colazione, consigliamo dolce alle noci... fantastico! Ottima anche la posizione, poco distante dal paese. Parcheggio in struttura. Stanza ampia e luminosa A fare la differenza, però, è lo staff: tutti estremamente gentili, educati e simpatici. La masseria y su entorno es bellisimo, las instalaciones tienen todo lo necesario para una linda estadia. La zona de la pileta es muy aprovechable después de un dia de mucha recorrida.

Comoda para llegar , estacionamiento propio , limpia , desayuno riquísimo y cerca de todos los lugares más inconicos del sur de la Puglia , a 15 minutos de Lecce , 30 min de otranto

The hotel is well maintained, and the service at breakfast was pleasant.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience. When we first arrived, we were given a room with an extremely small bathroom. The toilet and shower were so cramped that it felt more like a hospital bathroom than one in a hotel. After our first night, the hotel did upgrade us to a larger room, and we appreciated that. Had this been the only issue, I would have been satisfied. Unfortunately, another incident changed our overall impression of the hotel. We entered the sauna while another couple was there. Apparently, they had reserved it in advance and later complained about the lack of privacy. We completely understand their point of view, and once we realized the situation, we left We didn’t know that the sauna had to be reserved in advance. What was disappointing was the way the reception handled the situation. Instead of speaking to us politely, the receptionist chose to send us messages in a tone that I found unprofessional and disrespectful. I have attached screenshots so that others can judge the style of communication for themselves. From the moment we arrived, I felt that we were treated as if we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. Hospitality is not only about the facilities but also about the attitude toward guests. Sadly, despite the room upgrade, the overall approach and communication left us with a very negative impression.

Her resort ligt buiten het dorp en in de omgeving is niet veel te beleven. Hier heb je echt een auto nodig. Het is allemaal goed georganiseerd

La struttura è moderna e curata nei dettagli. La piscina, immersa nel verde, concede un bel momento di relax unito alla possibilità di gustare un ottimo aperitivo (la pizza è fantastica!). Punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente il buon cibo proposto e non ultima la comodità di poter cenare direttamente lì senza doversi mettere alla ricerca di un ristorante. È stato un weekend molto rilassante. Grazie Rifisa, ci siamo sentiti come a casa!😌

Ambiente accogliente e rilassante, con una zona piscina e solarium davvero bella! Il cibo è ottimo, dalla colazione alla cena, prodotti di qualità a km 0. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e le camere sono molto pulite. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere le località più conosciute del Salento.

Great stay and excellent service! We booked a 3-night stay at this lovely hotel. Our first night started a bit rough due to a noisy air conditioner, but when we requested a room change the next morning, the staff took full responsibility immediately. They moved us to a much nicer and more comfortable room. We were highly impressed by their professionalism, attitude, and excellent service. The hotel itself is charming, featuring a beautiful pool, plenty of parking space, and a superb breakfast. Overall, we had three wonderful nights here. Thank you so much!

A beautiful place. The staff was amazing. They went out of their ways to help us. We forgot some cash in the room and they did a bank transfer to return it to us since we were far away. My wife is a vegetarian and the waiter at the restaurant make a lot of effort to give her anything she wants to be satisfied. The food was fresh and great. The pool was amazing, In a very quiet place.

מקום באמת מושלם, הבריכה, המיקום, הצוות הכל היה מעולה! ארוחת בוקר ממש סבבה (קפוצ׳ינו,לחמים, גבינות, ביצים וכל מיני מתוקים) מנקים כל יום את החדר ומחליפים מגבות הצוות היה ממש נחמד והאוכל בבריכה היה מצוין (פיצה אחת הטובות)

Tout était parfait, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, très propres, décoration sobre avec goût, belles voûtes au plafond, literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner et les repas étaient variés et bons. Super piscine avec eau chauffée et transats au milieu d'une belle pelouse Très bon accueil du personnel. Bel emplacement au calme en pleine nature proche de Lecce.

Le seul petit reproche mais dont la Direction n'est nullement responsable puisque le personnel ne l'a pas vu, est qu'un couple se soit permis des ébats dans la piscine en fin d'après-midi, alors que nous nous y trouvions avec 2 enfants....

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, made the bed, and provided fresh towels every day. We had booked a Junior Suite, but due to a technical issue we had to spend the first night in a lower-category room. The following day, the staff helped us move our luggage to the Junior Suite and offered us a complimentary aperitivo as compensation, which was very generous and much appreciated.

Overall, the hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star one. Breakfast was quite basic and not particularly memorable. It would also have been nice to have complimentary water available for guests by the pool, which sometimes were there and sometimes I had to ask them to put it there. Unfortunately, we had a significant issue with ants in our room. Despite removing many of them, more kept appearing, and they were even crawling on me while we were sitting at the table in our room. Because of this, we could not leave our bags on the floor. The hotel provided insect spray, but we were not offered another room or any additional compensation for the inconvenience. We mentioned several times that we were celebrating our honeymoon, and while we were not expecting anything extravagant, a small gesture would have made the experience feel more special. In the end, it was the lack of attention to these small details that left us disappointed, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Nous avons adoré notre semaine dans cet hôtel avec un gros coup de coeur pour la piscine chauffée qui est tombée à pic avec la météo mitigée :) L'hotel était bien situé pour profiter à la fois du calme et des environs ! Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon. Super joli cadre !

Il y a un manque de rangements dans la chambre surtout pour une chambre familiale avec un enfant, nos affaires sont restées pour la plupart dans les valises et rien non plus pour faire sécher nos serviettes, affaires de plage et de piscine, ..

Posto incantevole, tutte le maestranze bravissime, Chiara Fabrizio, Lucia in sala, (che saluto),camere pulitissime,TUTTO IL personale gentilissimo, colazione abbondante e buonissima, cene squisite con tutto del territorio, piscina riscaldata e tranquilla, che dire...ringrazio per la splendida mini vacanza!!

La nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente. Nelle foto della struttura e della camera non era evidente la presenza di un ripetitore/antenna nelle immediate vicinanze della nostra camera. Se ne fossimo stati a conoscenza prima della prenotazione, sicuramente avremmo scelto diversamente. Per raggiungere la camera era inoltre necessario salire circa 30 gradini. È possibile che questa informazione fosse riportata nella descrizione, ma considerando che la struttura era a conoscenza del fatto che viaggiassimo con un bambino di un anno, sarebbe stato apprezzabile ricevere un avviso o una sistemazione più adatta. Con passeggino, bagagli e temperature elevate, fare continuamente sali e scendi sarebbe stato particolarmente scomodo. La risposta ricevuta dalla ragazza all’accoglienza, “io non ho figli”, ci ha lasciati perplessi. L’esperienza di essere genitori non è necessaria per mostrare comprensione verso le esigenze di una famiglia con un bambino piccolo. Forse un giorno capirà quanto possa essere impegnativo. Segnalo inoltre che, poco dopo il nostro arrivo, alcuni ragazzi che giocavano a calcio hanno colpito con una pallonata la nostra auto parcheggiata all’interno del parcheggio della struttura. Un forte odore di bruciato ci ha accolti ma per correttezza sottolineo che era dovuto a un incendio e di certo ciò non è imputabile alla struttura. Un altro aspetto che non abbiamo apprezzato è che molti servizi risultano essere extra e a pagamento. Considerando il prezzo richiesto, riteniamo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia adeguato. A nostro avviso, nella stessa fascia di prezzo è possibile trovare strutture decisamente migliori e più competitive.

La struttura carina,la piscina sembrava più grande dalle foto ma bella e con acqua sempre calda.molto tranquilla.struttura e camere pulite,con ogni comfort.colazione dolce e salata servita in alcune cose anche al tavolo.consiglio per staccare e rilassarsi immersi nel verde e a poca distanza da tutto. Staff molto ospitale e sempre a disposizione per ogni esigenza.

La struttura cercata per ospitarmi con una sedia a rotelle ma purtroppo alcune zone non sono accessibili, tipo la spa(che ho usato come regalo per una coppia di amici che pultroppo non hanno gradito poiché con solo un piccolo bagno turco ed una sauna e spogliatoi all'interno e l idromassaggio era quello comune per tutti all'esterno )e le suite che avrei voluto prenotare.altre stanze hanno 2 gradini alti all'ingresso e con la sedia diventa un problema,ma bravi comunque a rimediare cambiando la camera con un gradino più basso.purtroppo per me la sedia non entrava in bagno. posso solo dire che per un disabile non sarebbe l'ideale.abbiamo provato l'aperitivo e la pizza,consiglio di eliminare la pizza poiché sono quelle surgelate e proporre di più la puccia tipica che sicuramente sarebbe stata meglio.la colazione poteva anche andare, ma i cornetti duretti come anche le brioche e le uova sode portate crude sono state delle pecche, pultroppo abbiamo notato che non é capito solo al nostro tavolo. un vero peccato perché contavamo molto sulla cucina ma dopo aperitivo e colazione non abbiamo provato più la cena. Nel complesso non mi sento di penalizzare la struttura poiché sono stati sempre molto disponibile e accoglienti in tutto da farci sentire in pieno relax e quindi la consiglio comunque.

הארוחת בוקר הייתה פחות לטעמנו והיה צריך להמתין ולחפש שם את הצוות כל פעם. בנוסף גם הם לוקחים הרבה כסף רק כדי להישאר קצת בבריכה אחרי הצאק אוט! אבל ככה כנראה הוא נשאר אינטימי.

לא נותנים מגבות לבריכה. שלחו בדיעבד שגובים תשלום על שימוש בכפכפים חד פעמיים שהיו בחדר. היה חסר במקלחת מקומות להניח דברים. מזגן בחדר שינה עצמו לא עבד , רק במבואה עם הספה עבד. אין אטימות לשמש בבוקר

Dal primo giorno di una permanenza necessaria, non per vacanza ma per motivi di salute di mia madre ottuagenaria, siamo state viziate, coccolate e assecondate in ogni richiesta. La struttura è un’oasi di bellezza, quiete e accoglienza. La camera era luminosa, silenziosa e pulitissima; il servizio food & beverage, sia in camera sia a bordo piscina, sempre rapido e preciso. Gli aperitivi sono stati straordinari, con prodotti ottimi e un’attenzione sincera alla qualità. La piscina riscaldata è un plus meraviglioso, soprattutto quando si ha bisogno di staccare davvero. Una nota speciale va anche al sistema di comunicazione tramite WhatsApp, che permette di restare in contatto con la reception e con il servizio concierge in modo rapido, preciso e comodissimo. Qualunque richiesta viene gestita senza dover quasi muovere un dito, cosa che, in una permanenza delicata come la nostra, ha fatto davvero la differenza. La spa è piccola ma molto accogliente e, nonostante io abbia prenotato con estremo ritardo, le concierge sono riuscite a organizzarmi un lungo massaggio ristoratore dopo giorni complicati tra lavoro e diagnostica familiare. Una cura che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Il personale è stato sempre attento, puntuale e gentile. Una menzione speciale alla signora Lucia, al signor Fabrizio e alla signora delle camere, tutti davvero preziosi. E poi il vino: provate il loro rosato. Che dire, Follettini e Follettine: io non so che esperienza abbiano avuto alcune persone che hanno scritto lamentele, né con quale piede storto si siano svegliate. Noi abbiamo dormito meravigliosamente, in una struttura che ispira relax, dove si può socializzare con gli altri ospiti oppure godersi il luogo come se fosse tutto per sé. Un posto di bellezza, bontà a km zero e grande accoglienza. Ci siamo sentite davvero custodite.

Magari sarebbe bello poter fare colazione almeno dalle 7:30: in un luogo così piacevole da vivere, con una colazione così sorprendentemente buona, permetterebbe a chi desidera godersi ogni istante della vacanza di iniziare la giornata un po’ prima e con ancora più felicità.

La masseria Rifisa è il posto ideale per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi qualche giorno. La struttura è pulita con molto verde tutto intorno. La piscina riscaldata con la zona relax al chiuso è sicuramente un plus nei periodi più freddi. Ho provato anche un'incredibile massaggio pendasweda con la signora Roberta. La colazione offre davvero una scelta molto ampia e di qualità. Ho provato anche il ristorante con molta soddisfazione ottimo sia il primo che il secondo di carne di loro produzione. La posizione è strategica per visitare il Salento.

Struttura molto bella, con la piscina riscaldata accessibile da una veranda riscaldata, per cui perfetta! Stanza grande e pulita, con angolo cottura.

Il tavolo è un po' scomodo perché, avendo una barra di ferro in basso, non si possono inserire le gambe sotto al tavolo e si sta scomodi. Migliorabile la pulizia della piscina nella parte di ingresso, dove col vento si accumulano foglie.

We enjoyed everything, the heated pool, the wellness area, the space is located in Avery quite area, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast is delicious, made with organic and farm grown products, also dinner was very tasty. The stuff is super nice and friendly and happy to offer you an enjoyable time.
