Eco Farms in Sokura war eine der besten, in denen ich je übernachtet habe. Man hat sich wie ein Freund gefühlt, so herzlich und persönlich war die Betreuung. Besonders beeindruckend war, als mir der Chef meine vergessene Kette hinterhergeschickt hat. Es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis, und es wird mir noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Ich kann es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l’impression d’entrer dans un lieu hors du temps. Le calme de la palmeraie, la beauté des paysages, la lumière du coucher de soleil, le ciel étoilé le soir… tout était absolument magique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié votre accueil, votre gentillesse et l’atmosphère si authentique et paisible que vous avez créée ici. Après la route à travers l’Atlas, arriver chez vous a été un vrai moment de bonheur et de sérénité. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient délicieux, préparés avec soin, et ont rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale. Nous garderons un souvenir très fort de cette soirée au milieu de l’oasis, dans ce silence apaisant et cette ambiance unique. Merci encore pour votre générosité et pour avoir rendu ce début de voyage aussi mémorable. C’est exactement le genre d’endroit rare que l’on n’oublie jamais et que l’on recommande avec enthousiasme. Zwei strahlende Brüder, die das Tor ihrer Ökofarm öffnen und ab dann für Dein Wohl sorgen. Ein gemütliches, kleines Lehmhäuschen mit einfachem Bad, bunten Teppichen und komfortablem Bett, mitten zwischen Grillenzirpen und Vogelgezwitscher. Überall verstreut im Gelände üppige Kissenlager zum Chillen. Eine Dachterrasse mit Blick über die fruchtbaren Gärten. Appetitliches, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen mit sehr guten Zutaten, aromatischen Gewürzen und fairem Preis. Lecker! Leben! Wohlfühlen!

Trouver l'hébergement sans GPS est un peu difficile mais les habitants sont très sympathique et vous guident si besoin

We liked every moment at Eco ferme Tamalait! The place is a real paradise: quiet, very well designed and comfortable. The two owners are so kind and always ready to help, they are wonderful còoks also. We had a great dinner and delicious breakfast. The only thing we regret is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the hammam. We hope we can come back soon! Thank you so much for your hospitality

Wir wünschten wir hätten noch länger bleiben können. Wahnsinnig herzliche Gastgeber in einer wundervollen Anlage die einen sofort entspannen lässt. Dazu gibt es fantastisches Essen.

Le lieu est magnifique, résultat d'un travail soigné et passionné. Les animaux, la végétation, les différents coins cosy. Les excellents repas. La possibilité de faire une séance de hammam dans l'éco-ferme. La sympathie d'Icham et Mohamed. On s'est sentis comme à la maison, dans un espace luxuriant.

Zodra je de poort opent kom je binnen in een paradijs: de sfeer en inrichting van de tuin, de vele zithoeken, de dieren, schommel, ontbijten in de zon, avondeten bij een haardvuur binnen als het te fris was, een dakterras met avondzon, ... De slaapkamers en bedden zijn heel degelijk, ruim genoeg. Hicham en zijn broer ontvangen je ook enorm hartelijk en oprecht. Je kan ze alles vragen, er wordt tijd genomen voor jou. Het eten is rijkelijk en zeer lekker, correcte prijs voor kwaliteit. Hicham liet onze kinderen ook een keer het avondeten kiezen. Onze jongste zoon van 8 wilde dit meekoken, wat Hicham met veel plezier begeleidde. Onze zonen van 8, 11, en 14 besloten dat ze er wilden wonen :-) We verbleven hier 2 nachten, maar als je tijd hebt en ook wat wil genieten van de sfeer van deze plek kan je er zeker 3 of 4 nachten van maken. Ze zullen je zeker tips kunnen geven voor activiteiten. Hicham, we willen je ook bedanken voor het fijne gesprek dat we hadden over het ontstaan van jullie plek. Je nam ons even mee in je leven. We hebben veel respect voor wat jullie realiseren en wensen jou en je broer alle succes met jullie paradijs en de toekomst.

De google maps route link die we kregen (via achterkant Kasbah Amridil) heef een stuk dat zeer smal is om door te rijden, dat zijn we niet gewoon in België om zo te rijden. We raden die weg niet aan - tenzij je houdt van dat stukje avontuur zoals mijn man ;-). We adviseerden hen om de andere route door te geven die iets meer kilometers kent maar makkelijker te berijden is. Vraag er eventueel zo naar.

I rarely leave comments on housing but this place was just amazing. The cabins are inside a very large garden (a farm in fact) and each cabin is super nice. What we really loved are the outside spaces to hang out , read, have dinner are super nice. Then the food is just amazing: breakfast & dinners with the products of the farm are excellent. The owners attend you like family and you we wish we could have stayed longer. Also renting a bike to visit the oasis is definitely worth it !

Tout !, superbe accueil, lieu magique, personnel au top, un moment tres tres agréable. Il était tres serviable, et l Anniversaire souhaité sur place fut etonnant avec gâteaux, bougies et musiciens, tout cela prévu au dernier moment. On ne peut que conseiller absolument.

Hartelijk onthaal, heel rustige omgeving met leuke relax hoekjes. Voortreffelijke keuken met uitleg van uitbater/chef Hisham.

Mohamed et Icham sont des hôtes sympathiques et très attentifs à notre bien-être. L'environnement est très agréable et calme. Les repas et les petits déjeuners sont fabuleux. Les activités proposées sont agréables et permettent de découvrir les environs et le patrimoine de la palmeraie.

De gastvrijheid waarmee je ontvangen wordt, het is een unieke plek, de ligging, de sfeer en aankleding. Ze nemen de tijd voor je, vertellen je vanalles over de eco boerderij en we hebben ook een leuke fietstocht in de omgeving gedaan met een bezoekje aan de plaatselijke pottenbakker. Verder hebben we er heerlijk gegeten in een sfeervolle ruimte. Recepten voor de tajine worden gedeeld en er is veel gelachen. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor deze geweldige ervaring !

Je ne peux que recommander ce lieu imaginé par Mohamed et Hicham, 2 frères qui sauront vous recevoir avec toute la chaleur marocaine. Les chambres sont très propres, décorées avec soin. La nourriture, tant le dîner que le petit déjeuner sont excellents, servis avec les cultures du potager. Le calme, l’accueil généreux , la gestion autonome, les sourires de Mohamed et Hicham, les animaux, le playground font de ce lieu une étape incontournable à Skoura. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et sommes déjà impatientes avec ma fille de revenir . À très bientôt !!!

Absolument tout. Cet endroit est idyllique, on aurait aimé ne pas en partir. Ne vous attendez pas à trouver des équipements luxueux dans cette éco ferme. Le vrai luxe est ailleurs : dans la chaleur des hôtes, le soin porté aux repas, aux excursions proposées (ballade dans la palmeraie, location de VTT pour aller aux kasbahs etc). dans les vues sublimes de ce lieu enchanteur. Si vous avez la possibilité de vous arrêter quelques jours dans cet endroit, allez y, vous ne serez pas déçus (en revanche, ne l'utilisez pas comme un point pour "rayonner" dans la région : le lieu est difficile d'accès).

L'accessibilité en voiture est complexe. Eviter à tout prix une arrivée de nuit !

Tout, absolument parfait! Les propriétaires sont adorables nous nous sommes senties à la maison, une ambiance conviviale et familiale si vous recherchez un lieu authentique c’est l’endroit idéal! Nous recommandons tout particulièrement la cuisine délicieuse d’Hicham et les visites incroyable de Mohamed. Gros bonus Mohamed et Hicham avaient prévu une surprise (gâteau musique traditionnelle cadeau…) pour mon anniversaire qui était 2 jours avant mon arrivée. Ce sont des gens avec le cœur sur la main et toujours prêts à vous faire découvrir leur culture et leurs traditions. L’endroit est juste parfait, tellement paisible, pleins d’endroits charmants où se poser, décoré avec goût par Mohamed. Il y a aussi des animaux mignons!

Die zwei Jungs die das Anwesen führen sind unschlagbar, total herzlich und lesen einem jeden Wunsch ab. Es wird viel selbst angebaut und auch Tiere sind da. Wir hatten hier unser bestes Essen, daher unbedingt das Abendessen hinzunehmen!

Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, aber bitte bedenken dass man ca 20 Min eine starke Rumpelstraße fahren muss.

Brothers Hesham and Mohammed run their beautiful, peaceful guest house with love, generosity and thoughtfulness. It is their family home, lived in by their parents and grandparents, and it feels like somewhere that really matters to them. A smiling Mohammed picked us up from Skoura in the ‘Lamborgini’ – an ancient but serviceable Renault 12 and drove us 5km through palm and olive groves to their door. We were then greeted with a big plate of dried fruit and nuts, and Moroccan tea, and a tour of their smallholding. And the attention and warmth continued throughout our four night stay. They try to make sure you are having a wonderful time. Their home is full of beautiful objects and restful places to sit and relax. The Eco part actually means something – they care about doing things in a way that looks after the natural world and their smallholding is crammed with food being grown – which may well arrive on your plate. The meals are fantastic – the best we have eaten in Morocco. They also offer lovely trips to interesting places in the surrounding oasis, acting as guides, and they introduce you to their friends. On our last night it was another guest’s birthday, and as well as a cake, they formed an impromptu band to sing happy birthday and then performed some Moroccan music. It’s one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we are already planning another visit.

Everything was exceptional

Great stay at the eco-ferme Tamalait, large room, food is excellent, the 2 brothers are very dedicated and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Fully recommended. no hesitations.

Nous avons passé trois jours dans la magnifique éco-ferme des frères Hicham et Mohamed. L’accueil a été des plus chaleureux : ils ont tous deux été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à eux, nous avons découvert une cuisine généreuse et savoureuse, la meilleure que nous ayons mangée durant notre séjour. Le lieu est conçu avec énormément d’authenticité et de goût. Que ce soit les attentions, la visite guidée dans la palmeraie ou le temps passé à leurs côtés, tout était parfait, fait avec cœur et passion. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cet établissement et il est certain que nous y retournerons.

È il posto più bello in cui abbiamo alloggiato in Marocco. Struttura autentica e pulita, proprietari molto gentili, ci sono venuti a prendere quando non trovavamo la strada per raggiungere la Kasbah e ci hanno riaccompagnato sulla strada principale il giorno dopo. Colazione berbera autentica e deliziosa! Rapporto qualità/prezzo altissimo!

Accoglienza calorosa in uno spazio meraviglioso, raggiungibile con un tratto di strada sterrata che non presenta particolari difficoltà. Le stanze sono sparse per la struttura, un po’ come micro appartamenti, fra spazi verdi e zone relax con divanetti e tavolini. Cena e colazione con i prodotti locali, servite vicino al camino (che a Dicembre fa la differenza!). Per chi avesse voglia di sostare in un luogo di quiete consigliamo di fermarsi anche più di una notte

TOUT ! Un endroit magique, au coeur de la palmeraie avec des espaces communs bien pensés. Les deux propriétaires sont accueillants serviables adorables. Essayez d’arriver dans l’apres midi pour profiter d’une balade dans la palmeraie. Les chambres sont propres et confortables avec eau chaude et chauffage. Le repas du soir proposé est délicieux et le petit déjeuner incroyablement copieux et savoureux ! Pour arriver a l’établissement, il faut suivre les indications de google maps et etre patient car il est au coeur de la palmeraie .

I have traveled in 45 countries and Eco-Ferme is a strong contender for the best all-around accommodation of my life. Hisham and his brother have created a beautiful paradise of earthen buildings inviting lounging spots, and tastefully decorated rooms, all set within a farm practicing regenerative agroforestry. We spent Christmas Eve wandering among the local palmerie, then enjoying a delicious dinner next to a cozy fire. The night sky exhibited a stunning stellar display in the absence of light pollution. We enjoyed a sunny and delicious Berber breakfast among the palms. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return. Hisham and his brother have thought of every detail to create a paradisical place and experience.

Wat een prachtige plek! Alles is met heel veel zorg gemaakt en ingericht. We zijn super gastvrij ontvangen, hebben heerlijk gegeten en een geweldige hammam en massage behandeling gehad. Op alle vlakken een aanrader!

Pero sin duda lo mejor el recibimiento del dueño, nos preparó un té y una cena deliciosa y el desayuno al día siguiente increíble también. Nos dio pena no poder quedarnos más noches.

Por decir algo, la ubicación es un poco inexacta, nos costó llegar hasta allí, se accede a través de caminos de tierra y las indicaciones de Google Maps no ayudaron, mejor pedir info antes de ir.

Schön gelegene Anlage mit allem was man braucht. Landestypisch eingerichtete Zimmer im Berberstil, viele gemütliche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im Garten, gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin. Sehr leckeres Essen. Auf Wunsch ist ein auch ein geführter Besuch der Oase mit Besuch eines einheimischen Töpfers möglich. Die Brüder Mohamed und Hicham führen diese kleine Oase mit viel Hingabe und Freundlichkeit.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist auch mit Navi oder Google nicht leicht zu finden. Wenn man es nicht schafft, holt einer der Brüder einen mit dem Motorrad ab 😊. Das Bad könnte noch etwas mehr aufgehübscht werden.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, and Hisham is an excellent host. He kindly ferried me into town and back from town on his moped. I was the only guest for two of my three nights.

This part of the oasis is really very dry; the palm trees and olive trees seem stressed from lack of water. And with the lack of water comes clouds of dust.

Very nice location in the middle of nowhere, but easy to find with maps. Host is very friendly and dinner is perfect.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely outstanding! The hosts were exceptionally friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome from the very beginning. The place is wonderfully quiet, tastefully decorated, and filled with loving details that create a truly special atmosphere. The best hospitality. We had a very interesting, bespoke tour of the Palmeries. The dinner was outstanding! The most delicious cous cous with three different meats in a beautiful room of the bivac. Breakfast was also exceptional. We felt very cuddled and immersed in nature. The children loved it and played around the garden and the farm.

What a great experience! An amazing place inside the Palmeria. The host prepared for us a special candlelight dinner in front of the fireplace. He server us vegetables grown in his garden and he is a real chef! The rooms and the patio where in perfect Moroccan style, simple but beautiful and comfortable. We will never forget this Place! One night in this eco farm makes you fall in love with this place. The tranquillity offered, making one totally disconnect, together with the very warm hospitality of the hosts Isham and Mohammed, makes this a very unique place. Hicham is an amazing host. Welcoming and generous. Made us great dinner and breakfast. We left a jacket behind and he went out of his way to get it to us in Marrakech. Amazing service and hospitality!

The two brothers who built a beautiful eco farm give you a very welcome feeling. You can make nice walks in the palmery and old kashbah’s. Food is excellent!!!

The food is just amazing, best we've had in Morocco, home made with fresh vegetables and fruit from the garden. Sleeping surrounded by palm trees and a beautiful vegetable garden was great, kids loved it. The place has a lot of charm, each room is a little bungalow. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, I recommend booking a tour with them in Skoura. This is not a luxury hotel, however the quality of the food and service bythe owners makes all the difference and will make you feel welcome and at home

We loved to stay at Eco-ferme Tamalait. A peaceful atmosphere in harmony with nature, excellent food and the presence of Isham and Mohammed made our stay unforgettable. Isham did everything for us to feel at home ("This is your house"!) and has been key to explore and seize the charming surrounding and its inhabitants. Despite a confirmed and paid booking the owner mentioned that he closed the place and I had to look the same day for alternative accommodation. For me the first time this happened with booking. The owner promised to pay back the amount

Actually one word is enough to describe this place: Paradise. But I will make it a little longer. In every little thing of that farm you will notice how much love the owners put in it. If we could, we would have stayed longer

I travelled here with my wife and two boys (9 and 11 years). Arriving here is an adventure on a maze of dirt tracks lined by humble dwellings. Tamalit Eco Farm is a working family farm run by two humble brothers Mohammed and Icham. Moroccans are known for their hospitality but these two will exceed your expectations! We took a tour around the palm groves with Mohammed who has a wealth of knowledge to share on the flora and fauna. He knows everyone. His views and morals are refreshing to hear, and we very much enjoyed sharing our views with him. Icham will explode your bellies with some tasty traditional food. He is a trained chef – and is extremely good at it! Both worked very hard to make our stay pleasant. They even arranged a special cake and live music as a surprise for my wife’s 40th birthday! We danced with them like they were old friends reunited. Thank you both SO much, we will see you again next year – inshallah!

It’s a little paradise with its cosy cabins and many areas to relax. The food is exceptional, dinner as well as breakfast, and served in a romantic atmosphere. Most of the food is from their own crops. The hosts are very friendly. They will even wash your clothes if needed.

There’s nothing to dislike, it’s just a little bit a challenge to get there (especially by bike).

The owner (Hicham) and his brother Mohammed are the most warm, loving people we have met. They contribute massively to the local community. Besides that, Hicham is an amazing cook and he cooks with organic products from his own farm and animals. Hicham has a lot of knowledge and gives amazing tours in the area.

I was traveling from Marrakesh to Merzuga with my husband and our 8 year old girl. We wanted to stay 3 nights somewhere in the middle of the route to absorb nature, explore the real Morroco and relax . Tamalit eco farme turned out to be much more than this. Such a beautiful place, gorgeous hand made bbungalows, little jaimas with sofas to chill everywhere, magic little spots we enjoyed and specially Nahia loved! The far m has many fruit trees, vegetable garden and goats Tabita n chickens we visited daily. The food prepared by Icham was the best we have eaten in all the holiday. The tahines, salda meats. Delicious varied breakfast all prepared with so much care and detail. Delicious fresh goats cheese too! Spaghettis included for fussy Nahia was a blessing. The portions were sooo generous too. We are so grateful. The best part is that Icham and his brother attended all our needs with joy and profesionality. We did many local activities with them. Walking your around the amazing palm grove and all the lil jasbahs. Pottery class with his cousin was so interesting in the village near by. Nahia got to ride a donkey through the palmyreees. They showed us how they made artisanal bread and they gave us a henna art session as courtesy too. His brother took us on secret walk in oasis and climbed a monta in to see a spectacular gorge. It was by far the best 3 days of the holiday. We came back after 3 days in the dessert to pick up our car and they received us like family with big hugs and blessings. Can’t recommend staying here more and enjoying all the activities this valley has to offer by the hand of this two generous and humble brothers. Can’t wait to come back and hang out again and recharge in love and good energy. Thanks so much brother Icham. Many blessings to you and your family. ❤️🙏

Great accommodation. Very kind and friendly welcome. Excellent food - a very delicious dinner in a cozy shelter, a great breakfast in a charming garden.

Eco Ferme felt like an oase within an oase. I almost never advise people to go to a certain hotel, but in this case I advised several travellers on my way to go to the Eco Ferme from Mohammed and Ishem. The little houses/bedrooms are very spacious and clean, and very nice decorated. The outside area is surrounded by a wall (with our small kid it felt very safe and easy), but at the same time it feels very spacious. It has a lot of nice hangout corners wich are all cosy, beautiful and clean. There is also an inside dinnerplace with fireplace, perfect for a chilly evening or morning. At the time we were there, my husband was ill, so we stayed a lot within the place. Mohammed was available the whole time. He took very good care of us in a very friendly and warm way. The food was great, at all times we felt really at ease, and our son Juul founded a new good friend in Mohammed :) The surrounding is also very nice to have a walk or go with the bicycle, and if you like Mohammed can guide you in the surroundings. Thank you for this unforgettable stay!

This farm was really fantastic! Both brothers were really friendly and helpful. The way to get there is not so easy, but the place is really great for relax. Everything was clear, dinner was fantastic and morning omolette also :-) I can only recomend to stay there. Unfortunattely we had only one night, but I hope in our next visit to Morocco we will stay there longer. Thank you for everything and hope to see you again! Michal

Maybe better signs to get there will be more heplful. Google maps doesn't work so well in this location. But follow the signs to Jardin de Skoura and after is it easy :-)

Our stay at eco Ferme was great! This was definitely a unique experience for us. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are very beautiful places to relax in the farm and watch the stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Regarding Mohammed is one of the kindest people we met in Morocco. He looked after everything. He took us on walking tour in the morning through the palmerie which was amazing and also suggested us an alternative route to Dades Gorge which was a highlight on our road trip (a bit adventurous!). Wish we could stay more days!

Beautiful location, staff and what a meal! Hicham knows about good food and cooks with love and taste!. Such a gorgeous vibe, caught a super sunset. . Highly recommend a stay!

Only comment we would make is more effort is needed in communicating the direction to the property. Without assistance of locals we may have given up. It is not sufficient to rely on Google maps which doesn't align closer to the property . Would suggest arrange to meet guests at Kasbah Amridil to guide them to the property stress free!

I can't praise this place enough. We arrived after dark and although it was a little difficult to find (follow the red arrows!), the welcome we received was truly wonderful. There was a roaring fire in the dining room and a table laid and ready for us. We had the best meals in Morocco at Eco-Ferme - Hicham is an amazing cook. The bedrooms were wonderfully cozy and beautifully - if simply - furnished. The gardens where we had breakfast and lunch and could lounge were also beautifully designed. We took a tour of the palmerie with Hicham - again, beautiful. A very tranquil setting and a perfect stopover between Ouzarzate and the desert.

Nice place near Skoura. A lot of nature and an extraordinary Design of the whole location with a lot of details. The calm sorrounding Invites to rest and relax. Super good food and friendly people!

In the middle of the palmaire in a nice and quiet surrounding. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The cabins were well maintained. Breakfast was served in the garden and was great. But we realy enjoyed the dinner! We asked for a dinner with mainly vegetables. We got a very good meal with eggplants, beans and a chicken tajine. As a bonus we got the recepy fot the delicious prepared beans.

It is a little away from the main road, so you need either a car or a taxi. On the other hand it is a very clean, nice and quit place.
