Je suis resté trois jours à Camotes Hidden Huts et c'était les meilleurs trois jours de ma visite sur les Iles Camotes. L'accueil était vraiment parfait, la nourriture excellente et le personnel vraiment très sympathique. Mention spéciale pour les proprios Dani et Frank qui ont étés adorables. En plus CHH est juste à côté d'une des meilleures plages de l'ile, parfait pour regarder le coucher de soleil avec un petit verre. Je recommande vivement, tout comme mon petit chien Moka qui aura passé un très agréable moment là bas ;)

Простое антуражное жилье в виде бамбуковых хижин, со щелями в полу). Но есть кондиционер, теплая вода, суперудобные матрасы на кроватях, сетка над кроватью, вкусный ресторан. Что еще нужно для отдыха?😃 Ах да, море! Пляж совсем рядом, он немноголюдный, как правило, мы были единственными европейцами на нем. Немного местных деток непрерывно резвились в воде. Взяли в отеле большой коврик, полотенца - получилось очень комфортно для "полежать на пляже". На пляже много кокосовых пальм, есть, где укрыться в тени. Время от времени пробегают собаки и куры) - особый антураж, который вообще не напрягает. Белоснежный пляж понравился своей малолюдностью, чистейшее море, можно плавать далеко, и в отлив, и в прилив, что особенно ценно. Потрясающе красивые закаты. На закат собиралось больше местных. Просто баунти! В воде только звезды - но столько видов я нигде не видела, муж несколько раз встречал крайтов. Территория отеля утопает в зелени, дизайн сделан с огромным вкусом, много дизайнерских креативных идей! Просыпаться утром под пение птиц - особый кайф. Я спала в берушах, мне ночью никакие звуки не мешали. Важная особенность места - далеко от основной дороги: к отелю ведёт частная грунтовая дорога, поэтому шума транспорта вообще не было. Гостеприеиный хозяин Фрэнк готов помочь в любой ситуации). Спасибо большое за очень комфортное пребывание! Хотим вернуться сюда снова через год. Еда в ресторане в отеле - отдельное удовольствие! Порции тунца на гриле или рыбного супа тинола хватает с лихвой на двоих! И то и то потрясающе вкусное. В наличии также очень вкусное красное и белое вино за умеренную цену.

Все было отлично, для меня подушка была высоковата - но это если придираться)). Замечательное место!

Wunderschön angelegter und sehr gepflegter tropischer Garten. Gut ausgestattete Bambushütten mit sehr bequemen Betten. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sehr gute Küche. Frank und Dani sind tolle und gastfreundliche hosts. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, vielen Dank.

Traditionelle Unterkunft mit modernen Komfort, leider zur Weihnachtszeit sehr begehrt, daher konnten wir nur 5 Tage bleiben. Schöner weißer Strand fussläufig erreichbar, gut zum Schwimmen, unser Kleiner hat das Meer lieben gelernt (und gar kein Schwimmingpool vermisst). Ein Kawa Bad am frühen Abend war eine Superidee. Die Speisekarte haben wir einmal durchgegessen, somit haben wir uns die Qual der Wahl erspart 😅. Dani und Frank sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr engagiert (sieht man in den liebevollen Details) und das färbt auf ihr Personal ab. Wir waren vorher schon dreimal auf den Camotes, doch die Unterkunft mit ihrer einmaligen authentischen Atmosphäre hat alles getopt. Auf jeden Fall besuchen wir die Hidden Huts noch einmal (jetzt sind sie ja nicht mehr „hidden“) 😄

Hütten dicht beieinander, abseits Motorrad zwingend erforderlich

Excellent food, comfortable room, hot shower, friendly/helpful staff, beautiful well kept garden area. Very well run by the German owners. All the food was excellent and very good value. We especially like the chicken adobo, the Thai chicken cashew and all the pasta dishes. The breakfasts were great too. There were a couple of hammocks for relaxing in around the garden and chairs on each cabin veranda. A quiet beach (except for weekends!) is 3 min walk.

L’emplacement et la tranquillité des lieux, avec des extérieurs très beaux et qui respectent le cadre naturel avec une superbe plage à proximité Bravo pour le restaurant, des bons prix et une qualité incroyable, et merci au personnel pour leur attention et service!

Équipement de la salle de bain qui pourrait etre amelioré au besoin

Très beau, accueillant, jolies huttes en bambou confortables. La jolie plage à 2 pas, où nous sommes presque seuls, avec les locaux le week-end dans une très bonne ambiance. L’île n’est pas touristique alors c’est authentique et très calme. Le restaurant est incroyable, tout est délicieux, et le personnel est très sympa et professionnel. Merci à Franck et Dani les patrons qui nous ont aidé à organiser la suite du séjour. A bientôt !!

Du rustique grand confort où tout fonctionne parfaitement, un personnel polyvalent, souriant, efficace et attentionné sous la direction de Frank et sa compagne, un excellent restaurant.

Was Du hier findest Absolut nette und kompetente Gastgeber. Hier kannst Du dich zurücklehnen, es wird sich um alles gekümmert, sei es ein Motorbike, Massage oder Tickets für die Fähre... Liebes und sehr aufmerksames Personal, gute Küche, kalte Cocktails, faire Preise. Die Hütten sind sauber, haben alles was braucht um sich wohlzufühlen und um gut in den Schlaf zu kommen. Ebenso findest Du hier direkt um die Ecke einen schönen Strand, welcher täglich sauber gehalten wird, mit klasklarem Wasser. Die Insel an sich, noch unverbraucht und nicht zugebaut, nette und neugierige Locals. Für uns hat hier alles zu 100% gepasst. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und sagen Danke für die wirlich schöne Zeit bei euch. LG - J.u.N.

Petit paradis très familiale avec une touche décorative effectuée par une professionnelle, qui n'est d'autre que la propriétaire. Restauration variée et excellente. Proximité avec la plage non touristique. Très bon massage sur place. Un grand merci à Frank et Dani pour leur hospitalité !

La hutte confortable, le restaurant qualité++++ le meilleur de l'île de loin, la gentillesse du personnel le jardin tropical, le service aux petits soins. On serait bien restés plus longtemps, dommage on avait un vol le lendemain

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Resort. Sehr gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Schöner kleiner Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Frank und Dani haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Probleme, Ausflüge und dergleichen. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein Kühlschrank wäre schön im Bungalow.

Dani und Frank sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Helfen bei allen Problemen und fragen die man hat. Für Leute die das erste Mal auf den Philippinen sind ist es ein sehr guter Anlaufpunkt. Die Hütten und die Lage sind einfach Bombe ! War sehr sauber und das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable aux Hidden Huts Les hôtes Dani et Frank sont vraiment accueillants et attentionnés, soucieux de faire découvrir leur petit coin de paradis. Le cadre est parfait, jardin bien entretenu, décoration inspirante, personnel aux petits soins. La restauration est excellente, une des meilleures de Pacijan. La plage à proximité immédiate est magnifique et peu fréquentée, nous avons adoré les couchers de soleil, nager à marée haute, se promener à marée basse.

Bumpy road to get to the location

Loved the team - shout out to Charles for his excellent service! Absolutely beautiful gardens and huts and the food was amazing - even for vegetarians. Recommend hiring a scooter at the port as there are not many taxis, but the team can arrange them if needed.

Feel like in the jungle! Excellent food in restaurant!

Everything was very wonderful, thank you for taking care of our vegan tastes also.

The road was a little bit bumpy, but we loved staying there.

The service was as good if not better than 5 star hotels. Staff were very attentive, restaurant food was very well prepared and excellent. Bayron, who manages transport and tours was excellent. He can arrange taxis from and to airport, ferries, tours, etc. Facilities are very well maintained but this is not a 5 star Mandrin Oriental type of place. This is the kind of place where you go to relax and get away from everything while experiencing the real Philippines. Frank and Dani have put together a great little holiday destination. Overall one of our best holiday experiences.

Maybe I missed it in the booking but I was caught a bit off guard in finding out that they don’t accept credit cards to pay for extras. Im sure this helps Frank and Dani to keep CHH such a great value just remember to bring cash or plan to use Wise or other form of payment method.

Attitude of owner and staff, so friendly, helpful, honest… made it a blast for us.

Some things you would complain about at a luxury hotel, but can’t here. The place, the people, all is part of experience and they deserve to receive no complains.

The restaurant is the best on the island and well priced , excellent hospitality staff . Located 200 meters from one of the best beaches on the island.

No mini fridge or kettle in the accommodation , I like to have coffee when I feel like it so that was a bit of a let down , went out and purchased a kettle at the local store 😀.

Facility was great but most of all the always smiling staff and the always present owners were impressive and accommodating. The food from their restaurant was affordable but so fresh and delicious with a big serving per plate.

Property itself was great! Full of mosquitoes though but has a lot of mosquito coils around - tourists should still use anti mosquito lotion.

We loved this place so much, and extended our stay to 5 nights. Where to start. This is just a magical place. You walk in and find yourself in a beautiful garden filled with flowers and artwork created by Dani. The construction of the huts and restaurant are natural and harmonious with the environment. You will never want to leave. There is a beautiful beach steps away where we went swimming every day. It's also the perfect place to watch the sunset. Dani and Frank also lent us beach mats and snorkel gear which was so kind. The huts are roomy and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the nice shower, strong AC, and all the room to hang and store clothes and belongings. I like that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days instead of every day as it is more eco friendly (I'msure they would clean it sooner if requested). The staff were happy to help us empty the bathroom garbage between cleanings. The traditional woven bamboo walls are also very cool. They also have the best restaurant on the island, and many people come to visit so it's a lively atmosphere. There are many affordable options as well. The food is delicious! All of the staff are kind and professional and will take such good care of you. It's such a nice, welcoming atmosphere, you can tell it is a good place to work because of how happy people are. Frank and Dani are genuinely lovely people. Kyle and I are so happy we had the opportunity to spend time with them. We were sad to say goodbye and hope we can visit again soon! Hightly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a beautiful holiday exploring Camotes.

We loved everything

This accomodation is an idyllic place to relax. It is very quiet, peaceful and you are surrounded by nature. The staff and the owners make you feel at home and are very kind and helpful. The food is very delicious! We really liked that it was right by the Bakhaw beach which is a very beautiful place. We would love to stay there again someday.

From the moment of arrival till I left the Resort, I felt very comfortable. Starting from the location which is very close to the beach, over the delicious food which has been served in big portions till the comfortable rooms - everything was just great. Thank you for the hospitality to the entire team. You made me feel welcome and home even far away from home.

Very comfortable bamboo huts set in beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Genuinely friendly and welcoming staff and proprietors. Tasty food - including vegetarian options- at reasonable prices. A two-minute stroll to a picturesque and tranquil beach.

If I could change one thing, Camotes Hidden Huts would be literally on the beach, but you can't have everything!

It is a lovely place, charming, unpretentious, lovingly decorated, with a profound attention to details. This reflects a very attentive, professional, efficient management by the very convivial and dedicated owners. As a result, Hidden Huts offers a quality of life that is far above what I typically experienced in the Philippines. And it attracts exceptionally friendly and educated guests, which also contribute to an overall magnificent experience. The huts are comfortable, with good lightning, showers, furniture, and a nice private terrace to relax. The grounds are lovely, full of flowers and artistic touches. The common areas are very pleasant. The restaurant offers, from early morning to evening, a vast choice of excellent, Asiatic and European, inexpensive, foods and drinks. It is sufficiently remote from the Huts to avoid any disturbance. Service is amazing: cheerful, efficient, perfect. Fresh drinking water is systematically provided. Fans keep the perceived temperature pleasant. There are almost no mosquitoes, I got stung only a couple of times over 25 days. Laundry service is assured for a nominal fee. Massages are inexpensive and splendid. The traditional Kawa bath is a must. WiFi is first class throughout the resort. The beach is a few meters away, and beautiful. The owners provide graciously help to satisfy any need. This might have been the exotic dream of Beaudelaire, an exotic place where "Tout n'est que luxe, calme, and volupté". Luxury, calm, and voluptuousness indeed. A dream.

Some neighbors often play loud music. Fortunately, not after 10p.m. The air-conditioning was efficient but hard to control -- too warm or too cold. These two points explain the 9s I gave on location and comfort.

The quality of the accommodation and food was exceptional. The huts are great and the build quality and fittings are very good. The location is just back from the beach, super easy to get to the lovely long white sandy beach. I love the layout of the grounds in which the huts stand and the gardens and art are thoughtful and beautiful. There is a hot tub, which we did not try, but looks super romantic and fun. There are lots of little thoughtful touches... e,g, the outside showers for washing your feet before going to your hut, good lighting, good aircon and wifi, and a tiny fish pond. The staff are excellent... I mean "super" excellent, the equivalent of 5 star hotel trained but with a homely and friendly feel. For example, they saw us going to the beach and, unasked, offered a mat for us to sit on... no charge, just thoughtful and anticipating what we might need to enjoy our stay. The hosts are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dani sketched out an itinerary for our sightseeing (see pictures of caves, diving platform, beaches) and Frank gave me lots of good tips for living in the Philippines. Thank you! To you both, and your excellent staff. PS - the cocktail mixing is awesome! I cannot stress enough the quality of the food... This is the BEST FOOD I have had in the Philippines, super value, homemade, and the scallops were excellent better than what I can make myself and I consider myself a very good cook. Every dish was first class and the bread was European quality... We were lucky enough to be offered the special sauce burgers with homemade pickles. These were probably the best burgers I have ever tasted (better than 5 Guys, my previous #1).

Saying anything feels disloyal to a place that I rate the best so far of the many many places I have stayed in the Philippines over the last year. For balance here is one minor improvement; please offer French Press or expresso coffee on your breakfast menu.. you probably would have provided it, but I didn't ask! Seriously - This is an outstanding location and VERY good value accommodation and food, better than places charging 2 or 3 times the amount. Maybe I should keep my mouth shut so Frank and Dani don't realise what good value they offer! Or maybe they know and just like to delight their guests.

The property is beautifully designed. Everything is detailed and well thought of. The huts are so nice. Everything is really clean and you just feel a relaxed ambiance. The huts have AC, which gets really cold. They burn mosquito incense all over the property, so there’s not a lot of mosquitoes. The staff were also super friendly. The food is really good. We loved everything we ordered. We later moved to another part of the island and someone said that Hidden Huts has the best food on the island. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we would have stayed longer. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Lovely property, secluded away in a quiet peaceful area near a beautiful beach, resort is beautifully designed and decorated, with lovely large huts, comfortable bed, good shower and toilet, incredible restaurant and bar with great food. Beautiful homes surrounded by nature and a beautiful garden, the restaurant was really good from breakfast to dinner, the owner Frank was helpful with us to plan trip around the islands and everyone there was very welcoming. Air conditioning was heaven

It’s not a defect for us, but must say that if you chose this place surrounded by nature you must expect some insects around and inside the huts

The hosts were super helpful, and the staff were great. The rooms were very comfortable, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.
