Reviewed Oct 13, 2026My Wife and I travelled on Friday 9/10/26 by train , I was asked what time we would arrive and I advised our train arrived about 10.00 into Skegness and we would be in Chapel by about 12.00. I knew it was a 16.00 check in but asked if overnight bags could be stored until check in. I received a message from the owner advising she would advise reception to issue the keys at 12.00 as the caravan was ready. We accessed the van easily at 12.30 and found the sheets etc was clean but required making up, no problem, We also found that there was little else required as lots of extras including 4 small packs of biscuits on the lounge table. The caravan is sighted in a excellent position and we would definitely book this again. we checked out on Monday 12/10/2026 after a great weekend.

The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed, also in a nice area of the park. Would highly recommend
Lovely modern caravan in a very quiet spot, well equipped. Great swimming pool, good local eating places all on site.
Single beds uncomfy. No instruction manuals for microwave, oven, heating. No information pack for places to visit locally. Shed padlock code didn't work so no outside parasol, cushions.

Perfect location in chapel on good site surrounded by all you need - food bar, swim pool, club Tropicana right next to the beach numerous food places and bars, bus stop to Ingoldmells ect… Cody caravan , clean with everything you need to feel at home; oven fridge, heating and hot water TV and internet all very good, love I can bring my dogs.
Nothing at all it was lovely , if I was to be picky I would say a bit better double bed but I still slept and I did manage to get heating and hot water but it was a bit confusing and I felt I wasted the vans gas and electric as it took me a while to figure out how to use it - written instructions how to simply turn on and off would help someone like me, but no biggie , van was lovely I would defo stay again

Very comfortable, had everything you needed including an air fryer and sandwich maker! Having two toilets was a bonus too. Good location in the park as it was far enough away from the amusements/shops so there was no noise but still within a very short walk which my mum managed with her restricted mobility. About a 5 minute walk to amazing beach which my dog loved! Having the wraparound verandah with gate was just perfect for the dog. Would definitely return!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2023It was in a great location near the beach/supermarket/arcades/park/Chinese/pizza/fish and chips/cafe.
Very clean and comfortable with air the creature comforts. Everything you need is there only bath towels and tea towels needed. Instruction were excellent and prompt. Wish we had stayed longer as my granddaughter loved it so much.
The indoor play area and swimming wasn’t explained enough. We got there you had to have a pass and pre book. So one unhappy 7 year 🥲. As we booked privately that wasn’t an option for us sadly

Reviewed Jul 30, 2023The caravan was spacious, modern, well furnished and very well equipped. Nice veranda with furniture to enjoy the evening sun. Its location was excellent as on the edge of the park, not far from the beach. Hard standing next to the caravan for the car. Great communication from the hosts who were very helpful.
As it was peak season the entertainment venues on the caravan sites all around were quite loud.

Really well-equipped caravan on the whole. Comfy beds. Clean and good location. No musty smell like some caravans can have.
No toilet roll provided and bedrooms really do need curtains as the blinds don’t block any light at all.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2022The beach was pretty close. Liked the idea of having a Chinese take-away on site. Also liked the idea of having a bus stop right by the entrance to the site, left car on site, caught bus into Skegness.
Could not get the WiFi to work on any of our devices. We kept putting in the password from the back of the rooter only to be told “incorrect password “.
