We had a wonderful stay at Egtved Camping Cottages. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. Communication was very easy from the beginning. The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the whole place was peaceful and very pleasant. Our children absolutely loved the play areas, especially all the space to play and jump around, as well as the goats! There is also a lovely little jetty very close to the cottage, which makes the surroundings even more special. Everyone we met was friendly and respectful. A great place for families with children, with a relaxed atmosphere and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again!

Toller Campingplatz als Ausgangspunkt für Legoland, Legohouse und WOWpark in Billund. Die Ziegen sind eine schöne Beschäftigung für die Kinder. Die neuen Duschbäder im Waschhaus sind toll, wie ein richtiges Badezimmer.

Vorhänge in der Hütte könnten besser verdunkeln, Fliegengitter an mind. einem Fenster wäre schön

Det allra bästa har getterna som var fria, barnen älskade detta och detta var höjdpunkten samt läget. 20 min ifrån Legoland😍

Bilderna av stugan var inte riktigt som i verkligheten, stugan var till exempel inte isolerad så man hörde allt som hände i stugan bredvid. Hade regnat in på visa ställen. Helt okej för två nätter då vi på dagarna var på Legoland.

La cabaña es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario , nuevo y limpio. El porche está también muy bien. Las instalaciones del camping están muy bien, con varias zonas infantiles y mucho verde.

Quizás que no podías mover las camas y eran 4 individuales. Solo a tenerlo en cuenta.

En virkelig hyggelig lille campingplads, med en fin lille sø, søde klappegeder, og et hyggeligt fællesrum, hvor vi kunne sidde og se fodbold VM smman med de andre. Meget venligt par, som har pladsen og har gode ideer til udvikling af pladsen

Der kunne selvfølgelig være mere luksus, men det var ikke det vi kom for.

Wspaniałe położenie campingu, spokój, dużo zieleni, przesympatyczne kózki, bardzo zadbane sanitariaty, plac zabaw, miły wlasciciel-zorganizowal ognisko dla gości z chlebem wypiekanym na kiju(z ciasta)

Brak poscieli(ale w Danii to chyba standard) , na pobyt dłuższy niż 3 noce domek ciasny i minimalistyczny (byliśmy w 5 osob)

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Mobile Homes sind top in Ordnung, sehr gepflegt und bieten genügend Platz. Die Betten sind wunderbar bequem, sodass man richtig gut schlafen kann. Auch das Badezimmer sowie die Küche samt aller Utensilien ließen keine Wünsche offen. Extra zu erwähnen ist der riesige Tiefkühler. Heizung läuft über Gas und funktioniert ohne Probleme. ​Besonders genossen haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse, auf der man nachmittags und abends die Sonne genießen kann. Der Besitzer war zudem super aufmerksam und hat uns einen nagelneuen Schwenkgrill bereitgestellt. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an den Häusern. Da die Mobile Homes ganz am Ende des Campingplatzes in Sichtweite des kleinen Sees liegen, ist es extrem ruhig – ideal um nach einen harten 10Std Tag auf der Baustelle zu entspannen.!

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen – alles war perfekt!

Een fijne camping om te verblijven vanwege ons bezoek aan Legoland. Legoland is dan ook erg dichtbij. We werden vriendelijk onthaald door het personeel en kregen een schattige houten cottage toegewezen tegenover de speeltuin. Achterin de camping is een mooi open stuk waar de kinderen lekker kunnen spelen in de natuur. Ze hebben tientallen kikkers gevonden. Er lopen een aantal geitjes los in de natuur en het bos, daar hebben we ook veel plezier aan beleefd. Het was er heerlijk rustig, maar toch ook gezellig met medegasten en het aardige personeel. In de omgeving is er niet iets bijzonders te doen, dus echt even terug naar de natuur. Echt genieten in een prettige sfeer.

Het zand bij de speeltuin is een beetje stoffig.

Super miejsce na wypoczynek. Przyjechaliśmy tylko na nocleg związany ze zwiedzaniem Legolandu, a tak naprawdę po dwóch dniach w Legolandzie, najchętniej człowiek został by już na Campingu. Cudowne miejsce - przyjemna atmosfera. Jeśli szukasz tylko noclegu celem zwiedzenia Legolandu, weź 2-3 dni więcej na odpoczynek - nie będziesz żałował.

Vi bodde en uke på Egvt campingplass i en mobilhome og er veldig fornøyde med hele oppholdet. Området er barnevennlig og rolig, perfekt for småbarnsfamilier. Sønnen vår elsket geitene – spesielt én som var ekstra snill og tillitsfull! Det var koselig å kunne hilse på dyrene hver dag. Vi setter pris på et område med hyggelig atmosfære.

Nothing special

We loved the beautiful property, walking trail over the fields, the fun children’s area, the Saturday evening concert, the quietness at night. The cabins were stocked with everything we needed.

..we wish the cabins came with lines. At extra cost. We wish it was part of the price.

The location was perfect. The area was clean and very good for family.

Need to have more staff for everyday cleaning

Standard no-frills camping, 30 min to Billund which was the point. Good mix of standard/facilities as we were several families and some needed comfort and some cheap.

If you want to spend your day-time here there’s not much to do, on the other hand it is a quiet place

Very nice,clean place, 2 playgrounds for kids , lake ( with lots of tiny frogs) goats, extremely nice and friendly host , 20 min driving to Legoland- highly recommended!!! My 3 kids loved it

Beautiful and well located campsite with good facilities. Cabin was great.

Ants in the cabin, and a lot of dead ants too, that wasn't cleaned well. The matresses need renewing too.

We were looking for a quite camping location surrounded by nature. No need for specific extra comfort than a a small house and a few beds. The Egtved camping site was exactly what we needed. Nice site for kids to play without any worries.

Very picturesque location. Short drive from Billund airport.

The stay was great. The staff very really helpful and helped save our day going to legoland with our kids. WHen I woke up I saw our car had a flat tire. The owner helped fix it, and not only could we go to legoland without delay, I was able to drive back to the Netherlands without problem. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice camping site , secluded , and familyfriendly , with a playground , and a small shop . Minimal traffic nearbye , but still only 18 km away from legoland and lalandia.

Very calm location in the countryside surrounded by nature. Near to Legoland in Billund. Morning coffee with my wife at the cottage terrace when the rising sun warmed up our stiffened bodies from the cold inside of the cottage.

Dirty kitchenware, not sufficient heating, with 12 C outside the indoor temperature was quite low even with the heating on max we were freazing. Bed linen and towels not included. The reception staff charged us 100 DKK/person for bedlinen and towels even though on booking the stated price was 75 DKK/person. Wifi only accessible at the reception area. Only cold water in the cottage toilet. The common bathroom was nasty and old.

The cottages are exactly as explained. Small and comfy. The spot is very serene, quite, close to nature and you enjoy the calmness of surrounding. The owners are super helpful and guide you with all queries. Common bath are plenty and clean. You enjoy the richness of Danish nature, farms and peaceful environment. Billund is just 30min drive. Kids friendly. If the weather is good then you can just walk around for miles enjoying the landscapes.

Close to nice farms and lake. So could become chilly at night and mosquitos if you dont care to keep windows closed. Remember to carry all your food and stuff with you as not many surrounding shops and they close early.

Very good place for grandparents travelling with grandsons to visit Legoland. We hired Dutch Cottage on the edge of the camping site. There was a little lake 100 metres from our cottage which happened to be axtra attraction. My 8-year-old grandson caught there on spinnig a little fish, which after being photographed was put safely into the lake. So, young angler had additional to Legoland attraction. The distance to Legoland from this camping is about 20 km. We spend there three nights and there was no single moment to get bored. The lady at the camping reception was very kind and helpful and on behalf of us all - my wife, our two grandsons and me I want to say her thank you very much, especially for giving us permission to catch fish in a camping lake.
