Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Prisvärt alternativ för vandring i Vålådalen. Hyrde ett rum stora byggnaden som har sju rum med delade gemensamhetsutrymmen inklusive dusch och toalett
Rätt unken doft I rummet som inte försvann trots fullt öppet fönster.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Perfekt, mysig liten stuga som hade allt vi behövde! Välutrustat kök, fräscht litet badrum, sköna sängar på loftet, utemöbel, parkering vid stugan. Trevligt med den lilla restaurangen efter heldag på fjället. Bra läge! Lugnt och skönt och nära till många vandringsleder. 30 minuters bilfärd in till Åre.
Lite brant och knivig trapp till sovloftet, vilket gjorde nattliga toalettbesök lite gruvsamma.

Det enda som saknades var kanske en "vardagsrumshörna" i restaurangdelen, där man bekvämt kan sitta och läsa m.m. Vid dåligt väder kan det snabbt bli lite trångt att trängas i stugan/tältet och då hade det varit toppen med en lite mer bekväm sittgrupp att sjunka ner i 🙂

Postele v horním patře jsou hrozně měkké.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Mysigt liten fjällgård, jag tog rummet i hörnet, den var väldigt ljus och fint med utsikten. Bra pris. Precis vid spåret - finns några turer man startar där (fast för det mesta så åker man 5-6km skidor en väg till Vålådalen med vra med extra träning hehe).
Man måste gilla lite retro. Men det var helt ok. Jag är bara glad att sådana platser finns inte bara lyx. När jag var där så var det nästan igen annan, bara sista natten kom några. Men det ser ut att det kan vara trångt om det är fullbokad.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Torpet är väldigt mysigt och har allt man kan behöva. Det ligger fint och man får verkligen fjällkänsla. Värdshuset var också mycket trevligt. Hembakat fika och god mat. Det fanns tom hembakat till min son som är mjölk och äggallergiker ❤️

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024Super cozy camping in a beautiful area. I had a wonderful quiet night there and a beautiful morning hike in the forest, up to the tree line. There the view of Vålådalen and the surroundings mountains was very beautiful. This camping is truly a gem with some real nature around. Hostess very nice and helpful. Clean and cozy facilities with everything you need.

Kitchen, wc and shower was not very clean and smelly, we had to find linen by ourselves and in the morning there were nobody in reception at about 9, although in booking.com information it is writen that check out is from 8 to 10.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2023Location was exquisite! Perfect mixture of nature, quiet and stuff to see or do. Little house we stayed at was magical, one of the best little summer houses I've been in. You should see it to believe it. Restaurant on the premises had food sourced locally, so everything was fresh. We ate meatballs made from moose, served with roughly cut potatos baked in oven, and mushroom gravy, it was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Everything was 10/10.
Day was only 24h long. 😋

Reviewed Aug 16, 2022The cottage was very tiny and lovely within a small camping. The owners live on the opposite of the street and run the whole compound, a small supermarket and restaurant. The compound is almost at the end of the road to Valadalen. In Valadalen there is a beautiful swimming lake and different hikes start here, but also at the camping. A big streaming river can be found just behind the cottage where you can walk your dogs. For children there is a trampoline, rabbits to play with and a small playground. The garden is lovely with some fruit. We tried the four hour hike to the green lake. That was absolutely beautiful. Reindeers can be found besides the main road or when walking through the forrest. Nearby there is a waterfall where you can fish and kajak. At 20 min drive you can visit Are, a small winter sports village with nice shops and cable lines up the mountains. Also here you can use your mountainbike skills it you like.
