Modern Studios Mendrisio

Struttura nuova e molto bella. Comodo anche il parcheggio sottostante

New, clean, good location

Not enough cutlery and kitchen equipment

I appreciated the closet space for my clothes and the kitchen space. the opening of the studio was very easy and convenient although surprising at first.

being at the ground floor with such large sliding glass door makes it not very cozy as people can see you easily from outside. i would recommend to stay at a higher level of the building.

Posizione.

Pulizie

Moderne Studio ,ruhige Lage.

Super Lage 5 min vom Bahnhof

The room was clean, quiet and enough space for two people on a short-stay. Excellent location and easy to get to/from the train station and town centre. Landlord also had excellent communication.

The location is good

The entry and locking system - there is no chain or latch that you can use when inside so it doesn't feel safe.

Modern, well equipped and very clean

As several times before, this place is clean, modern, convenient and totally functional and I like the soft mattress.

As before (more than a month ago) and now again: please istall a light bulb in the lamp in studio 0.4. That can't be so difficult, can it?

Better if I say what I didn't like....

Terrible environment. The flat was freezing!! There is a sort of heating from a grid in the ceiling but its not enough to warm up the room. Moreover it was off when i came in and no instructions on how to switch it on. I called the office they said they would have increased the temperature remotely but it was not true....the room staid extremly cold the whole night until morning!! The bed had a thin duvet and no extra blankets in the wardrobe. I was very unhappy with how they handled. I read similar comments by previous guests but i thought they exaggerated, but actually, i fully support these negative reviews! Also regarding the bed linens, not appropriated for a bed in fact they constantly flip out from the frame. But the schoking thing is the freezing temperature in the flat!

The location of the apartment is close-by to the train station, so it's very easy to reach it on foot! Nice and clean apartment

I had an issue with the Wi-fi on the first day, so I had troubles in getting into the apartment. The issue has been resolved on the very first day by the owner.

Grosser Schrank. Parkplatz in Einstellhalle.

Modern, clean, comfortable, great location, easy booking, check in, access and parking. I have stayed here several times before and will be back.

In studio 0.5 unfortunately the shower leaks out onto the bathroom floor substantially. That's a pity as the bathroom is otherwise so nice. I suggest fixing this.

Camera pulite come tutto del resto.

Clean, convenient, comfortable and well located. A great place to spend the night.

One light bulb missing in room 0.4, please repair.

Pulizia

Tutto solo in inglese

Posizione comoda, cucina attrezzata.

Modern amenities, equipped kitchen, comfortable, big double bed, great location

Nothing to add

Position is amazing and you have a garage 😊Place was clean and hosts gave us clear instructions how to enter the property. We will come again for sure
