Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We kwamen heel laat aan, maar dat was gelukkig geen probleem voor de medewerker. Het hotel is maar op 15 minuutjes lopen vanaf het vliegveld. Airco werkte goed, ontbijt was lekker. De prijs was zeer laag.
Badkamer was niet bijzonder.

The bathroom could use a little more maintenance and refreshing and there are quite a few mosquitoes in the garden, which can be uncomfortable at times.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Malheureusement, je n’ai séjourné qu’une seule nuit au RakaAyu Kuta, principalement parce qu’il est idéalement situé à proximité de l’aéroport. Et quelle belle découverte ! L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et disposent de tout le nécessaire. Le lit est particulièrement confortable, ce qui était parfait après un long voyage. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et l’espace piscine est vraiment très agréable, entouré de verdure, avec un hamac et de jolies statues. Un véritable petit havre de paix. Le personnel est également adorable et vraiment aux petits soins. J’ai même pu laisser mes bagages pendant la journée afin de profiter de Kuta tranquillement avant mon départ. Un séjour beaucoup trop court, mais une excellente expérience. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, notamment pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport, mais pas seulement : tout était vraiment au top !

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026El hotel es muy pequeñito. Nos dieron la habitación del primer piso y fue muy pequeña. Menos mal que solo nos quedamos una noche. I tienen muchos puffs pero con humedad. Falta un poco de limpieza. Lo bueno tiene una piscina comunitaria muy chula rodeada de un jardincito muy bien conservado. La ubicación es perfecta, no está en carreteras centrales pero en 10 minutos a pie llegas a centros comerciales, bares... está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Lo que nos molestó más fue que justo al lado hay una mezquita y a las 20 y a las 5 aproximadamente nos despertaron con cánticos muy fuertes... no es culpa del hotel, pero para que elo sepa la gente.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Posizione comoda. Ci siamo spostati comodamente a piedi sia per fare una passeggiata in centro che raggiungere l'aeroporto. In struttura è possibile fare colazione e mangiare qualcosa. Le camere affacciano su un bel giardino dotato di piscina per i clienti.
Al nostro arrivo la camera era in pessime condizioni. Spacciata per pulita, era lampante che erano stati solo rifatti i letti, ma con le stesse lenzuola dei clienti precedenti. Ce ne siamo resi conto perché c'erano capelli ovunque e sabbia/polvere in mezzo alle lenzuola, cotton fioc usato in mezzo ai letti, la tavoletta in bagno era macchiata... Si è prodigato il ragazzo della reception per riparare alla mancata pulizia della camera. Le porzioni di cibo proposte dalla struttura non ti sfamano, quindi anche se la colazione è inclusa noi abbiamo avuto la necessità di mangiare altro. Un'altra nota dolente è stata essere svegliati alle 5 di mattina da persone che urlavano e cantavano, scoperto poi essere una funzione musulmana vicino la struttura con tanto di megafoni. Purtroppo non dipende dalla struttura, ma è una cosa di cui tener conto se si pensa di poter dormire tranquilli.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La struttura si trova a 10/15 minuti a piedi dall’aeroporto di Denpasar. Posizione ottima per chi, come noi, deve trascorrere anche solo una notte prima di un volo la mattina seguente. Hanno lo staff 24 ore quindi anche se siamo arrivati in tarda serata c’era qualcuno ad accoglierci e a darci le chiavi della stanza. Lo Staff molto gentile e accogliente! Camera essenziale ma pulita, noi avevamo la vista sulla piscina (che essendo arrivati tardi non abbiamo utilizzato). La colazione veramente buona, tutto homemade e servito caldo! Non c’è buffet, la sera precedente abbiamo scelto dal menù cosa preferivamo (hanno opzioni dolci come pancake e salate come uova oppure piatti della cucina indonesiana).

I would’ve liked a hot shower before flying but had to settle for a cold one. Not the end of the world but if we were there for longer than a night I would’ve been requesting it be fixed. I suggest as soon as someone arrives they test the hot water!

L'accueil assez froid et surtout le changement de chambres et un supplément de frais imposé 15 jours avant sous prétexte que la chambre réservée initialement et 3 mois avant notre arrivée n'était plus disponible... La demande de caution pour la clé /carte de la chambre.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026- Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Hat auch genügend Auswahl. Man kann das Frühstück wählen und es wird zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt bereitgestellt. Zu dieser Zeit wird man dann angerufen und man kann nach unten gehen. - Das Personal ist freundlich.
- Man hört die Flugzeuge sehr gut (da man direkt am Flughafen ist). - Man hört die Durchsagen des Flugareals. - Man hört sehr gut die Moschee ab 5 Uhr morgens (da in der Nähe). - Die Toilette in unserem Zimmer kippte auf eine Seite, wenn man darauf sass, man musste gut das Gleichgewicht halten. - Aus der Toilette kam von irgendwo ein Wurm raus. Die letzten zwei Punkte könnten einfach gerade sehr spezifische Erfahrungen gewesen sein, ich denke nicht, dass jedes Zimmer dieses Problem hat.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans l'hôtel de Stéphane & Karen et nous avons adoré. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours de bon conseil, surtout pour nous qui voulons nous installer plus tard à Lombok. Le staff est aussi adorable et toujours souriant. Certe l'accès est un peu chaotique et un c'est un peu isolé mais l'avantage, c'est qu'on est loin de la route principale et au calme, pile ce que nous recherchions. On peut louer des scooters quasiment au même prix que les loueurs de Selong Belanak, donc ne vous embêtez pas et louez sur place. Le restaurant est parfait, et mention spéciale pour les frites belges 😋. Les chambres , parfaites aussi et toutes indépendante donc aucun bruit des voisins. Et enfin la piscine et le jardin 😍, superbe aussi, on peut nager et faire des longueurs facilement. J'oubliais, le wifi avec Starlink est très stable et avec un bon débit, si vous avez besoin de travailler ou de regarder quelques vidéos, c'est parfait. On vous embrasse, nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
Rien a part que de temps en temps les locaux font brûler du plastique le soir. Les odeurs sont assez fortes mais on ne peut pas y faire grand chose malheureusement, c'est une pratique encore courante tant que le ramassage des ordures ne sera pas développé...

The staff did all they could to make my stay comfortable! AND the beer was icy cold, haha. Super close to the airport, almost no traffic!
My shower could have been a bit warmer...but I got over it!!
