Hospedaje Rural Casa de Felix

Buen lugar, tranquilo, tiene buen espacio para dejar los autos, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, un plus es que tiene artículos para el baño como secador y shampoo, tambien unas pantuflas desechables que se agradecen, Ademas que no pasamos nada de frío. Gracias a yare y su pareja por el recibimiento y buenos tips para el viaje, sin duda volveremos.

Tudo muito simples, porém muito bem aconchegante, Felix foi muito solícito. Ótimo custo benefício.

Houve uma certa instabilidade com a água quente, aquecedor não ligava em alguns momentos, porém após ligar funcionava muito bem. Cozinha podia ser melhor equipada, dificulta um pouco fazer refeições no local.

The wifi could have been a little better, it came and went... which was not ideal. Had to sit outside to get signal for a meeting.

Lugar acogedor, que dispone de un cuarto con utensilios de cocina y refrigerador. Amplio estacionamiento en un entorno con mucha vegetación.

El alojamiento no estaba del todo limpio, salía poca presión de agua de la ducha, tuvimos problemas con las llaves y costaba cerrar la habitación, el dueño nos solucionó lo de la llave eso si asi que agradecida, pero el último día nos echaron antes de la hora de check out y nos abrieron la habitación sin nuestro consentimiento mientras nos encontrábamos afuera, ni si quiera nos avisaron y el dueño no disculpas ofreció por haber pasado a llevar nuestra privacidad.

Cosy room in a nice quiet spot. Comfortable bed with thick blankets. Owner is very nice and a cute dog. On-site parking was also great. 5-10 minute walk to great local eateries.

There was no hot water to shower and even though we informed the host several times he seemed to ignoreus. Only the last day of our stay, after contacting booking, he repaired it and offered to move us on another room.

Relacion precio calidad, buena atencion de don Felix. Siempre nos respondio rapido las dudas y estuvo atento. Ademas se nos quedo algo al retirarnos, don Felix nos aviso y lo pasamos a buscar mas tarde. El bungalow es muy funcional e independiente, queda como a 15 min del pueblo caminando.

fui en temporada alta, y el estacionamiento estaba algo copado, no es un gran tema para mi, me parece que San Pedro es seguro, pero hay que poner algo aqui para que sea mas objetivo el comentario jeje.

On avait une chambre privée avec mini cuisine et salle de bain, idéal pour se reposer au calme lorsque les journées sont bien chargées à San Pedro! Félix (l’hôte) est super sympa et propose même un service de lessive. Parfait pour ceux qui cherche à être dans un coin tranquille et privé.

Quarto grande e limpo.

Feita para ser uma pousada simples mas interessante, perde muito de seu valor por absoluta ausência de manutenção, com excessão da limpeza dos quartos e dos lençóis da cama. O encarregado Félix nunca está por perto e acorda bem tarde. A cozinha só cabe 1 pessoa e meia por vez,e nem sequer tem um pano de louça.

Felix designed his accommodation with great attention to aesthetic detail and functionality. The bathroom is clean and functional, as is the kitchen. We felt very comfortable in the peaceful, idyllic setting and protected by Hector, his well-behaved dog.

molto carine le soluzioni abitative e il giardino. vicinissimo al centro quindi ci si puo' muovere a piedi. mette a disposizione biciclette e ha il servizio lavanderia.

El alojamiento está ubicado en la zona más local del pueblo. Muy limpio y cómodo. Cuando llegamos el dueño nos indico que tenía un problema con el baño y nos cambió a una habitación superior sin coste alguno. Tenía cocina comunitaria con utensilios de uso común. El baño muy limpio, la presión de la ducha buena y el agua caliente también. El aparcamiento está dentro del hospedaje, amplio y de fácil acceso. Las camas eran muy cómodas, tenía numerosas mantas y muy calentitas. No pasamos frío en ningún momento durante la noche.

No me pude alojar porque la hostal había ocupado la habitación con otro turista, pese a que yo tenía una reserva confirmada con Booking. Sumale a que dice ser cerca de la la plaza, pero en la realidad está bien alejando de ella.

Simples e muito acomchegante, não passamos nem um pouco de frio, que era nossa preocupação, e o Felix é um homem sem palavras, no ajudou em tudo que precisamos

La tranquilidad, la vegetación, y sobre todo el perrito Castor hicieron la estancia mucho mejor

Me gustó el entorno natural, las mesitas afuera para tomar desayuno al solcito y la cocina bien equipada.

La luz del cielo de la habitación era muy tenue, finalmente usamos sólo las lámparas de velador.

Really lovely stay in the peaceful part of San Pedro. Very basic but as great and clean for the price. The small shared kitchen was really useful. Parking was good and location was nice.

Wifi was not great and it was extremely hot in the room, so a little fan would be useful. Neighbours in their pool were quite loud

It's a short walk (around 10 minutes) to town, which means it's more quiet but also not so convenient for going to a restaurant or booking a tour.

Made out of ply wood, bathroom doors, windows wouldn’t close or lock. Wi-Fi exists but barely works ever. Does not accept electronic payments when every small shop in town does

Felix is such a lovely and humble person. We enjoyed our stay in his place. If I come back again I would definitely stay in his place.

On first day the internet was not working well. But he fixed it later. Then we had no internet issues.

Casa Félix felt like home. Felix upgraded us to a private stand-alone mini studio. We planned to stay 1 night and ended up there for 6 nights thanks to his hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a home away from home in San Pedro de Atacama

Great host with a friendly dog. Just what we wanted, a quiet spot for a few days. About 15 min walk to the main square but not too strenuous. We hired a car and were able to park it on site.

Kitchen a little small

Quiet, clean, hot showers and good value for money.

Quiet location and hostel, with not too many rooms. Small kitchen, adequate for preparing basic meals. Plenty of tables and chairs outside to eat, drink and relax at. Decent sized room, with storage, bin and we only had to share the bathroom with one other room. We had access to a table and chairs inside when the evening got cold. Felix was happy for us to check in early as we arrived in the morning.

Kitchen was probably too small to be practical, even with the small number of rooms, but we made do. Could do with drying clothes, as there was a limited number of plates etc.

Nice big room with warm comfy bed, hot shower (a couple of times the hot water stopped for a couple minutes but returned promptly). Small kitchen available. Laundry available on site for an extra price.

Slightly far from the centre, 15 minute walk but we were picked up directly from there for all the morning tours so not a big deal. Price in line with San Pedro standards so slightly more expensive than other places in South America.

The place is calm, you can relax and have a good night sleep. Felix is always open to helping out. There is a 10 minute walk to the main street of the town so it's very helpful. I would recommend the place without any doubt!!

A quiet and comfortable room with comfortable dbl bed, separate bathroom with shower and hot water. Location is good with a rural feeling in the property. The owner is very cooperative and helpful and has a friendly Labrador dog.

Needs a couple of extra kitchen utensils, like a sharp knife, peeler, a cutting board and a smaller breakfast bowl or 2.

Quiet, with a small terasse and small kitchen. Perfect if you avoid the crowds in the center and restaurants. Internet.

Felix and his son were very nice. His son drove us at 3.00 am to the bus station as we were heading to Uyuni. We really appreciated that. The room was very clean and the laundry service fantastic.

We had a lovely stay at Casa de Felix. It's close to the center (about a 10 minute walk) and the area felt safe to walk around. Felix was also very kind and let us store our luggage when we went on our last tour after checkout. Would recommend!

Felix was fine, but read comments in what was unexpected from description. We had to find a new place after our first night. Booking sent us an email questioning why we had to cancel. Read below.

We arrived in a shared taxi after a flight to Calama. By the time we arrived it was dark. This place is down a small, dead-end street and the sign for the place is written in pen on a gate. Luckily one other passenger noticed the sign. The taxi driver was very unsure about leaving us at this location. The room we had was a good size, but when we first flushed the toilet, water (including some feces) came up the sink. I forgot about this in the night and stood too close to the sink, thus getting soaked in water. In addition, the sink leaked all over the floor the next morning. Wifi is only availalbe near the entrance where you can sit outside on a sofa. The kitchen is only big enough for one person to stand in at a time. Although Felix did allow us to leave after the one night (we had booked for 2), the room really was unhygenic to have to stay there at all.

Poor to non-existent Wi-Fi

Comfortable beds (160x200cm). Nice quiet location, just outside the center of the village (about 5-10 mins walk). Free parking. Nice owner with a very cute big dog. In general the accomodation is very quiet.

Shower could be better, there is not always hot water. There is no air conditioning, but you can open the windows because it cools down in the night. We had a room next to the common kitchen, which was a bit noisy. Other rooms should be better. WiFi signal is very weak, mobile data goes faster.

Staff was polite but hard to find and spoke no English.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. There were 1/2" gaps around all windows and doors so bugs got in, no shampoo only a half-used bottle of hand soap, no insulation from traffic noise and barking dogs, our view looked onto a junk/trash pile, no wifi, no common area, communal kitchen was a tiny joke without adequate supplies to prepare anything more than sandwiches.

The host is super kind. He was available to help with any of our requests. The place is peaceful but very close to the centre. The room is simple but it has all you need and there is a shared kitchen and a patio outdoor area where you can enjoy yourself.

Everything was perfect

Felix was really great 👍. The bed was very, very comfortable! It made getting up to explore difficult! :D WiFi was good and it was nice waking up to birdsong in the gardens. Great value for money!

We could not speak Spanish so used google translate to communicate with the owner. Although we arrived early around 9 am, he was so kind and prepared us a room in less than half an hour. The room was clean, hot shower was available everyday anytime during our 5-days stay there. About 15 minutes walk from the centre, but the place is very calm with some green, birds and the owner's doggy. We loved this place and extended our stay there by 2 days :) All tour companies we used came and picked us up here.

If you stay at a private room, wifi may be a little weak or sometimes not available in the room(probably depending on the number of people using it) but you can still use it outside sofa or bench which is also nice.

We stayed as a couple in a private room. The hostel was perfect- close to town, hot showers (rare in the Atacama- we stayed in a few places), host was lovely and had a very cute dog living on site, bed was comfortable and room very clean and spacious. Maximum 10 minute walk to town and private space for parking.

Would mention that if travelling solo this hostel may be hard to meet people as quite quiet however we liked the rest after long days. Also no WiFi however this is also quite common across the Atacama.

The kitchen was a mess and hasn't seen a proper clean up in months/years. Quite disgusting. Also lots of rotten leftover food in the fridge. If you're dependent on using the kitchen, look for another hostel. If not, then it's perfectly fine
