I was happy with pretty much everything. It was a bit out of the way, but easy to find with the eircode.

Location is in Nobber (quaint small town), near castles, Kells, an hour from Dublin, and 1.5 from Belfast. Patricia and Tim allowed me to experience the authentic Ireland: sharing their rich history, gardens, and personal stories. I will forever be grateful for my time spent with this lovely couple. They could charge double for the comfortable beds, beautifully appointed rooms, impressive grounds, savoury meals, and concierge services yet I’m thrilled this listing was within my budget.
I didn’t book additional nights.

Unfortunately we had an accident and spent the night in the hospital and Patricia was very kind and hospitable, letting us do a late check out.

There was even an electric blanket available which I didn't have to use due to the warm temperatures. Very nice bathroom. The B&B is located in the countryside away from the busy streets. It is quiet and cozy. A great place to rest or just to spend the night or a few of them. Delicious Irish breakfast. I highly recommend this place. Daniel

Reviewed Aug 30, 2022This lovely country residence is superlative on every level. The property itself is modern and very comfortable. The gardens stunning. Patricia brought me over to her vegetable and fruit patch highlighting how to maximise raspberries for next years crop. She's also very keen on maximising biodiversity with bee hotels etc in her garden. Her garden is full of stunning flowering plants. A truly memorable person. Tim is also very friendly and welcoming and we all had a good chat after my meal out that evening. It just felt so relaxed there. The breakfast was beautifully presented and tasted even better. We talked about the various attractions in the Boyne valley. There's lots of information on this on premises. We also discussed our mutual love of very nice restaurant experiences. If you would like an exceptionally memorable meal a mile away look no further than Mr Fleury who runs the Cross and Guns restaurant nearby. A French chef with Michelin star experience in France. Really I left this property feeling I have to come back. Tim and Patricia are both excellent hosts. Look no further.

Cooking facilites available. Fabulous trendy bathroom with luxury shower & bath. Spacious rooms with TV & tea/coffee making facilities.
Leaving Patricia and Tim! They are the most helpful and accomdating people you could ask for while travelling.nothing was a problem and they made me feel very welcome during my stay in their b&b ensuring I had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable.
