Comfortable rooms and clean but the highlights are definitely the amazing rooftop, breakfast and lovely service. Manu was so helpful but also happy to leave us to our own devices. The rooftop view was the best we saw in Jodhpur! Would definitely recommend the banana pancakes.

メヘランガー城へのアクセスが良い。 少し繁華街から離れた隠れ屋的なホテル。 部屋の雰囲気も地中海ぽくって良かった。2泊して食事はベジタリアンだったので一日目はホテルで、二日目はノンベジの店も近くにあったのでそちらで食事をとった。ルーフトップで食事をしながらメヘランガー城のライトアップは最高です。

The rooms and the hallways were beautifully designed. The rooftop terraces had a nice atmosphere and stunning views. The staff were friendly and well-intentioned.

The location was rather challenging. The last 120m you cannot reach by car. Unfortunately the guesthouse didn’t mention this fact when we talked about my arrival time by car. You had to phone the staff to come and pick up the luggage. Those last meters to the hotel are rather unpleasant. It’s in the middle of the old town with a lot of dogs and even rats. Our rooms were on the groundfloor, just meters away from that scene with beautiful old wooden doors that unfortunately left handwide cracks open on side. The fridges were not working in both of our rooms. The connection cables of the TV were hanging loose, were very dusty and I doubt it was working. To check in or have breakfast you have to go to the 4th floor. Food was very basic and I would choose to go elsewhere.

We hadden een fijn verblijf in Jodhpur. Het is een klein hotel, eerder een guesthouse met maar 6 kamers. De kamers zijn comfortabel en de stijl past bij de stad. De locatie is prachtig gelegen. het hotel heeft een rooftop restaurant dat magnifiek uitzicht heeft op het fort. Ook het eten is er heerlijk en vers gemaakt, tegen een zachte prijs. De manager van het hotel helpt je overal mee. Hij regelde een gids en een taxi voor ons. Zeker de moeite waard!

We dachten dat de kamer zicht had op het fort, maar dat bleek bij geen enkele kamer zo. De kamer met balkon is dus niet echt een meerwaarde. De gordijnen lieten redelijk veel licht door waardoor we in de ochtend al heel vroeg wakker waren.

Abbiamo avuto diverse esigenze durante la nostra permanenza (late check out, prenotazione di driver, aggiungere una notte in più perché non siamo stati bene) e il personale ci ha sempre aiutato con tanta onestà e generosità.

Un consiglio per migliorare: se si riuscisse a chiudere le docce rispetto al resto del bagno sarebbero più comodo e una colazione con più scelta sarebbe meglio.

Perfect! This family run guest house resides in a perfectly located small ally, just below the fort. Rooms are perfectly equiped, comfy beds, spotless clean, hot water, ac anr more. Food was prepared by the manager, Mahe, who cooks local village recepies from his mother. Dont miss the delicious cashiew curry! Roof top balcony oversee a stunning view of the city and fort, conveniently shady in the mornjng for breakfast. The owner Manu met us every morning with a smile and a genuine concern to our well being. Mahe took very well care of all our needs, including arranging for a local guide to show us arund, a tour to the bishnu village, and an on going destination (all worked perfectly). Really recommend the stay here!

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Swimming pool was great after sightseeing all day. Location not so ideal for eating out but food onsite good and prices ok.

You do get noise from the busy bus station but we had been in India long enough for it not to bother us.

Rien de spécial, p-e la climatisation qui avait un peu de mal à refroidir la chambre (il fait très chaud à Johdpur)

L’accueil de Mahi, la gentillesse du propriétaire. Le personnel en général était aux petits soins. La chambre était très belle, bien équipée et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. C’est un bel endroit que je recommande fortement . Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était un moment exceptionnel, la vue sur le cité bleue et le fort est sensationnelle. C’est une très bonne adresse.

Tout était parfait. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

The staff were very friendly and supportive, and the rooms were well-furnished with traditional-style furniture, which I really liked. What makes this homestay truly special is the view from its cozy rooftop restaurant. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mehrangarh Fort while having dinner or breakfast. They serve delicious pure vegetarian cuisine, along with cold beer and wine. Please note that non-vegetarian food is not available. The fort is also within walking distance. Although the path is quite steep, the climb is absolutely worth it — you simply can’t miss visiting the fort.

Öncelikle otelin konumu sıkıntılı. Araç girmiyor. Tuk tuk sorun çıkartıyor. İlk gün saat kulesinin dışında bir yerde yemek yiyelim dedik. Sonrasında yağmur yağdı ve hiçbir araç bizi o bölgeye götürmek istemedi. 1 saat boyunca araç bulmaya çalıştık otele bu konu ile ilgili mesaj attık(saat akşam 11) geri dönüş yapmadılar. Saat kulesinin kapısı akşam 11 de kapanıyormuş .Bununla ilgili kimse bilgi vermedi. Bulduğumuz araç bizi saat kulesine gelmeden bıraktı çünkü kapı kapalı gece 12 de ara sokaklardan dolaşmak zorunda kaldık. Otelde muhatap olacağımız kimse yoktu. Perili otel gibi. Sabah durumu anlattik patronumuz o saatte uyuyor dedi. Kahvaltısı yetersiz. Banyo havluları çok eski ve yırtıktı rengi sapsarı olmuştu. Kupa bardağın içi eski kahve izleri vardı çıkartmak için baya yıkamak zorunda kaldım. Duşun su basıncı yetersiz ve duş modunda kilitli kalmıyor. Düğmesi bozulmuş duş yaparken bir elinizle sürekli basmak zorunda kaldık.Biz asansör olmadığını bildiğimiz için giriş kat odası tuttuk bizi en üstteki odayı verdiler. Giderkende valizlerimizi indirmeye yardım etmedikleri gibi giderken uğurlamadılar bile. Terasta oturup akşam içecek var bira servisi var demelerine rağmen 2. Akşam bira içmek isteyince bira kalmadı patronumuz eve gittiler dedi. 10 gündür hindistandayım en kötü otel deneyimini yaşadık.

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, even helping us with our backpacks. The rooftop offers an amazing view of the fort and was the perfect place to enjoy dinner and a few beers in the evening. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, which made a huge difference after spending time out in the heat. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Overall, excellent hospitality, great food, comfortable rooms, and stunning views. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at Dev Kothi – Boutique Heritage Stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the property is charming and authentic. The rooftop offers a spectacular view of the fort, and the night view is especially breathtaking. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciate their support in arranging my very early morning transfer, and I am grateful for their effort to accommodate my schedule. 大変気持ちよく過ごさせて頂きました。 お部屋の内装は可愛らしくホテル内の至る所インド風の設え お湯は数分待つ必要はありますが満足に出ますし、バスローブまでありました。 シーズン終盤の暑い時期で昼間はホテルで過ごす時間が長いためこのホテルを選択できて良かったです。 私の部屋からはフォートが見え、バルコニーからは街が一望できましたが、なんといってもルーフトップからの景色が圧巻でした。 また、早朝発の列車に乗る必要があり不安でしたが、トゥクトゥクを手配して乗り込む場所まで送ってくださり感謝してます。

There was a communication issue regarding my early morning transfer. The driver had not received the updated information, which led to confusion and a double payment situation. Clearer confirmation and coordination with drivers in advance would help prevent this kind of misunderstanding in the future. 駅までの車代を夜に払ったのにドライバーに伝わらず二重払いになった事は残念でした。 あと、背が低くく力の弱い私には鍵をかけるのがなかなか難しかったです。(写真は上手くかかってません) 悪戦苦闘していたら親切なスタッフが手伝ってくれました。

The breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and was delicious. The location was great, everything was accessible by foot and not too far. It was easy to plan day trips with multiple sights. We also enjoyed having dinner here.

Fantastic staff Mahi the manager was amazing and his young trainee was super helpful. Manu the owner was very helpful and refreshing to be asked what could be improved,we couldn't think of anything. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic great views great veg food. Location superb can walk to main attractions. Arrive by tuktuk as taxi won't get very close.

We liked everything but if you have mobility issues there are lots of steep steps.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr authentisch und liegt in der Nähe des Forts mit einem schönen Blick von der Dachterasse. Ich habe über die Unterkunft auch eine Walking-Tour durch das blaue Viertel gebucht, die sehr gut war. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir damit meinen Aufenthalt als Alleinreisender sehr erleichtert.

2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, a legszebb szállásunk volt a Rajasthanban töltött 9 napunk alatt. Gyors becsekkolás, családias üdvözlés, a személyzet, különösen Mahi rendkívül segítőkész volt. A szobáink is jók voltak, tiszták, kényelmesek. A szálloda éttermében szuper ételeket ettünk, de a legelképesztőbb az esti kilátás a várra. Mindennek a tetejében a Clock Tower és a vár is 5-10 perces sétára van. Bátran ajánlom, ár-értékben hibátlan hely.

Staff were very helpful, especially when looking for recommendations. The chef cooked delicious meals with lots of choices. The room was very big, clean and comfortable and the rooftop had the best views, especially whilst sat with a beer in the evening

I had a very pleasant stay at Dev Kothi. The room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was spotless and always had hot water. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the owner was very helpful throughout my stay. The food was also very good. There is really nothing to complain about—perhaps just a small suggestion: the window could be cleaned so the view of the fort is clearer 😉. The room was so nice and spacious. The ac was very strong so it was easy to sleep all night. The beds were also comfortable. The hospitality is also top notch. They welcome you as a family member when you arrive and help with everything. I needed a private transport to jaipur and it was done at a good price. The food is also great and their jodhpur lassi is delicious. Tbe rooftop dinner view at night is unbelievable. I cant wait to come back!

We stayed here for 2 nights and would not hesitate to return. We took a cheaper ground floor room which was sparkling clean with a very comfortable bed. The hospitality and service was above and beyond. Coming to meet us from our rickshaw before we even arrived and helping us settle in after a long train journey. Mahi was wonderful and we very much enjoyed our rooftop conversations ~ his cooking is delicious and we sat and enjoyed the wonderful fort view with delicious dinner.

Should have stayed longer!

Lovely two night stay - wish we could have stayed longer. Manu the owner was super friendly and v helpful with restaurant recommendations and arranging onwards transportation.

Location is slightly tricky to access by car but you can get an autorickshaw to take you and your bags pretty close and then the hotel staff will meet you to show you to the property.

La camera bellissima, non eravamo nella struttura principale ma in una dependance. Vista meravigliosa, con il forte davanti a noi e la città blu’ che al tramonto e’ bellissima. Ottima la pulizia, la gentilezza del proprietario e dello staff. Ci siamo sentiti a casa . Ottima colazione sia continentale che locale.

Ci sono un po’ di scale da fare per raggiungere le varie terrazze dove si mangia. Che sono splendide. Luogo che non si raggiunge in auto perché nel centro storico ma sono organizzatissimi con il Tuk Tuk.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel ! En arrivant, c’est le choc! Devant vous se dresse la forteresse, vraiment impressionnante. Vous êtes accueilli par Manu, le manager. Un type hyper sympa, très drôle et soucieux de votre bien-être à tout moment. La chambre est charmante et très bien équipée. Un séjour mémorable !

Fabulous stay Beautiful view from the rooftop, delicious food at the restaurant Manu arranged a walking tour that was so amazing we planned another day with our guide We arranged a transfer through Manu to Udaipur Driver was wonderful This driver came close to the property but when we arrived our driver would only go as far as the clock tower Thankfully he sorted a tuk-tuk from there but it is a short walk Highly recommend this property and the services offered

Be aware if have challenges climbing stairs there are steps to the entrance and to other floors including the restaurant

Dev Kothi was completely perfect for our short stay in Jodhpur. The location is excellent with views of the old city and the fort, it is also in walking distance to the clock tower which is a good central place to get taxis etc. Whilst the amenities and decor were amazing, it is really the host Manu who made our stay so comfortable. He helped us with planning our itinerary, arranged a great guide for a walking tour (Yashpal Rathore - definitely recommend), he also secured our onward travel to Udaipur and was always ready with recommendations for what to choose from the in-house restaurant. I would absolutely recommend Dev Kothi and also hope to return for longer next time.

It was all perfect! Very minor but maybe some more communication before we arrived about access, as the bigger taxis can’t reach directly - either walk from the Clocktower or get a rickshaw if you have large bags.

Probablement l’un des meilleurs endroits où séjourner à Jodhpur ! Magnifiques rooftop donnant sur le fort qui se trouve à 10 min à pieds. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et la restauration est top ! Mais surtout, Manu et le personnel sont aux petits soins pour que vous vous sentiez au mieux, avec une réelle honnêteté. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Merci pour tout 🙏

L'établissement est idéalement placé dans Jodhpur et permet de rayonner à pieds pour découvrir Jodhpur. Le personnel est bienveillant et la chambre spacieuse. Les repas sont pris au rooftop qui offre une vue superbe sur la ville.

Nous avions les deux chambres au RDC et l'une d'elle n'avait pas de vue dégagée (celle de gauche en entrant).

I'm so glad I found this place! The owner puts his heart and soul in what he does and it's a real pleasure to interact with him. The rest of his staff is also very caring. The terrace with a phenomenal view of the fort is unforgettable. The room is simple and spotless clean. The food was so good that I stayed in for both dinners, which is something I rarely do. And starting the days with that view and the recommendations on what to eat by the owner Manu was a great gift!

AMAZING! Incredible views to the Fort on the rooftop, amazing place to explore the blue city and really good room conditions. Manu and the staff are really kind. I truly reccomend this place.

Everything was great. Owner is extremely welcoming and helpful. Location is great everything is close but it is in the old town so cars wont get there. We loved the walk toy he fort from the hotel. The view at night is amazing.

The hotel's inside decor is very tastefully done and the view of the fort is simply astounding - both from the rooftop restaurant as well as the room window! With the Thai princess visiting the same day we were there, the fort lights were on till late in the night so I could sleep looking at the lit Mehrangarh fort! The staff, especially the manager Mahi, was very warm and welcoming; they accommodated our special needs of an early breakfast and the hospitality was simply amazing!

The hotel's location is in crowded old city area which is hard to find and hard to get to since cars cannot reach there. Just something to be prepared for mentally,
