Reviewed Jul 8, 2025E-mail contact with the host very good. Directions well provided. We arrived for one night only. The host greeted us, gave us the keys and explained the rules of stay. The room was large, perfectly clean, modernly furnished. Beds very comfortable. The room was equipped with an electric kettle, basic dishes, cutlery. Quiet area. Best regards Stanislav

Reviewed May 9, 2025The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything you need with clear instructions to help you settle in. It’s just right for a relaxing night after a long trip. The bed is super comfy and there’s plenty of dishes, a kettle, plus coffee and tea. Parking is free if you can grab a spot in the courtyard. The host is helpful and understanding. Great value for the price!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2024Das Zimmer war sehr schön und in den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Praktisch war der kostenlose Parkplatz, so konnten wir ohne stressiger Suche nach einem teuren Parkplatz bequem von der nahegelegenen Bushaltestelle in das Zentrum fahren.

Da sich die Unterkunft in einer Wohngegend ausserhalb Trondheims befindet, ist die Anreise per Bus von Trondheim S sehr lang.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2024Ligger i et dejlig rolig kvarter lige 7,5 km fra centrum. Dejlig senge og flink vært der gav mig information om byen. Eget toilet/bad med mulighed for at vaske. Perfekt rent Senge er fantastiske. Der er el-kedel, køleskab og microbølgeovn. Opvask samles sammen til værten som så sørger for at få det vasket op. Gode oarkeringsforhold.
Hvis du er gangbesværet, kan der være udfordringer med trappen op til lejligheden, men det var ikke et problem for mig.

It should be advertised with full honesty that there's NOT really a "private" bathroom. The WC serving the room is outside of it, in the entrance hallway to the home. This makes for very awkward and uncomfortable situations, especially when one needs to take a shower or when using it at night.

Als ik dan wat noemen: relatief klein badkamertje waar ook nog een wasmachine in gepropt was.

Ванную возле комнаты проживания не нужно с кем-то делить, она только для гостей. Очень спокойный и тихий район. Парковка прямо у дома - очень удобно.
Никаких минусов нет, но если вы хотите исключительно отдельное жилье, в котором нет ощущения, что вы живете гостем в чужом доме, то, возможно, этот вариант Вам будет не совсем комфортен. Нам это никак не мешало, особенно если учесть, что приватность была максимально обеспечена.
