Swimaz Gateway was the perfect for me

Very clean and close proximity to the airport as we were landing late. Very comfy bed and pillows. Had a/c in both bedroom and lounge which was brilliant. We were only there for one night but would have loved to stay longer and highly recommend. Lovely hosts.

I loved everything about my stay the husband and wife host were warm and welcoming 🙏 treated you as family the place was clean comfortable and cozy easy access to everything I will definitely rebook here.

Property is reasonably close to the airport, and served our purpose of a shorter stay. The host was very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water during our stay, and one of the beds was not very comfortable, and none of them had blankets, there was just the bedsheet. These things could improve the property for purposes of a longer stay. We would’ve have preferred to pay by card as there were signs on the door of the property that card payment is accepted however during our stay only cash was being accepted so we had to go to the bank and withdraw money.

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The privacy of the property is good. Host are very friendly.

Great Location. Plus Plus Uber service works every where, also its a lot cheaper and feels more secure than other transportation.

The location was hard to find. Close to the airport and that’s why I chose it but there’s no convenient store or food places nearby in the evening to get a bite.

Great location if you’re leaving from the Kingston airport

The host messaged me earlier in the day to see what time we would be arriving. When we arrived later that night she informed us their card machine hadn’t been working and they could only accept cash payment. At this point we were at the end of our trip and had no cash. The host made us leave at night to run around looking for an ATM when she could’ve told us in message earlier that day when she asked what time we would arrive. Really disappointing and not accommodating at all. If your card machine isn’t working that isn’t the guest’s fault and that should be made aware to the guest with enough time to take cash out or (better yet) find another place to stay.

I love the fact that it was close to the airport and the host was exceptional.

What's not to like...it was comfortable..needs updating and also needs a little dusting around, apart from that it was good.

The host was very nice and explained everything nicely. The apartment was very clean and had everything I need. Would recommend!

The quietness of the place. Restaurants nearby (13 min walk). The host professionalism.

Entrance corridor was a little narrow. Wi-Fi signal was weak.

All especially the hospitality of our hosts, really good experience there. Keep on going that way, we appreciated. One love !

Convenient little apartment with separate kitchen and living room. Far from center, but easy access to Port Royal and the Blue Mountains which was important to us. Friendly owner who lives on site.

We were disappointed that the advertised outside area (table and chairs) was in disarray. Overall the apartment was good enough and clean, but lacked a bit attention and looked quite bare and dated.

The hostess was an angel I just needed some time alone and I have never stayed in a strange place by my self before and this was the best decision I could have ever made at the time she was warm and welcoming it just felt like a home away from all that was going on back home 100% would recommend relaxing environment

Cool quite place

The property was very comfortable and safe! It’s located less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. Also very close to the town center I literally walked to get to a few store.

There is nothing not to like

The hosts were very accommodating and gracious. We were greeted at 130am with a smile from Ms. Marjorie, the entire house/apartments were clean and cool. She was in contact with us from booking right on through the trip. It is very noteworthy that she was on her way out and she called to ask if we needed anything. Definitely a place to book for our next trip.

There is nothing that comes to mind that I could pinpoint to say I didn't like. The area was quiet, house was clean, food and drinks were within walking distance, taxis were approximately 300$ JA to go back and forth from the shopping plaza. It was a great location.

A/C throughout, twelve minutes to the airport, cute, comfortable and the hosts are very genuine and kind people.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The property also had a security system and the owners lived next door so we felt very safe.

it was nice and quiet. Very relaxing with a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. 10mins away from the plaza which was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this property for Both short/or long stays.

The hosts we’re very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and had full cooking facilities. The beds were very comfortable. My partner has limited mobility and we found the apartment very accessible for him with a walk in shower. The location is very good. We had a hire car so find the location central to whatever direction we wanted to travel on the island. There is also well stocked supermarket,pharmacy, food places and petrol station very close by the apartment which made having a hire car easy for getting fuel. We really enjoyed our stay.
