Nette kleine Anlage mit schönem Pool. Es steht Frühstück kostenlos bereit (Eier, Toast, Marmelade, Kaffee), welches jedoch selbst zubereitet werden muss. Lage ist top.

Personal kann sehr schlecht Englisch. Eine Verständigung war schwer möglich. Vor allem, wo dann der Pool komplett grün wurde, weil die Pumpe ausfiel. Sie haben sich zwar bemüht, konnten aber keine genauen pH Werte bzw. Chlor benennen.

The room we got was amazing. It was massive with a balcony and a double sink. Very comfortable. Staff was friendly and it was a very quiet property which we loved.

The wifi was not working during our stay but it didn’t bother us too much because we had unlimited data.

Such a great location nearby fisherman’s village. You can rent a scooter from here. I love the villa style hotel and how peaceful it is.

Our room was downstairs near the kitchen so could sometimes hear people going about their early morning. But didn’t bother us too much. There’s a lot of dogs nearby the property which all howl and bark nearby but that’s not the property’s fault 😊

Location is perfect, close to the beach, any shop, cafe or restaurantyou can think of is close. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I liked that I had my own patio, that let into the garden. Loved the amount of green this hotel was surrounded by. Staff was helpful and super friendly.

La tranquillité du lieu avec un joli jardin et une très jolie piscine. Pas de bar ou petit déjeuner organisé mais un lieu commun avec cuisine offrant de quoi se faire un café et autres choses pour petit déjeuner. On a un peu le sentiment d'être dans une maison d'hôte. La proximité avec fischerman village est très appréciable

It is our second time staying here, and it was absolutely wonderful! Exceptional value. Amazing staff, spacious premises, the best pool on the trip! Truly a cozy homestay. The houses' shared spaces are incredibly beautiful. The lack of breakfast was not an issue for us, we were going for congee and dumplings in the place nearby, and fellow guests were fixing eggs for their families which was somehow so cozy to see. I am personally very much not a fan of Fishermen Village, but the hotel is tucked away nicely in a calm spot nearby. We rented a scooter through the reception lady for a good price. Many thanks to Baan Yaimai for a such a great experience!

Great place to stay. The location was just in the center of fisherman village. very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms was large and clean.

A little hidden gem in fisherman’s village. Beautiful facilities and garden surroundings. We loved the pool. Bed was big and very comfortable. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to the market street. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff were really friendly.

We found the room was a little dark and some days the water from the shower wasn’t as hot as we’d like.

The staff, especially the lady staff was really unfriendly. On our checkin day, nobody was there (it was 7 pm), we had to call someone over whatsapp and a guy came in 5 minutes. On the day of our arrival there was no WiFi.. it continued also on our 2nd night. We complained.. and we agreed that the hotel refunded us 20 USD (700 baht) for the mobile data that we had to buy. On the 4th day when we ask for the refund, the lady staff was angry and impolite to us. In the end she still paid us. But with a pouting face and rude behavior. The property is nice, but the staff has to learn how to deal with customers. This is not the standard thai people who are known to be friendly and helpful.

Good location for fisherman’s village and the beach. Lovely pool area, and the open shared spaces inside and out were very peaceful. Also the help yourself breakfast.

The standard of the rooms in the original building were very disappointing, one of the rooms we had was very poor quality despite being the same room type. Both external doors had gaps, and one felt very flimsy and not secure, when I asked for a room change I was not given any support from the lady. I would have paid for upgrade. The new side of the building looked far superior and I wish I had booked there as I feel this would have given a better experience at the property.

Este lugar es un paraíso; muy acogedor y con mucha paz y tranquilidad. El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es excelente, la habitación es perfecta, la cama muy cómoda y todo está muy limpio y cuidado. Tener la cocina a tu disposición es un extra a destacar. Volvería a alojarme sin duda en ese lugar. Muchas gracias por todo!

La ubicación y la piscina.

El alojamiento está lleno de geckos, entiendo que es un animal frecuente en Tailandia, pero no es normal tener dentro de la habitación. Las ventanas están llenas de agujeros y por ahí puede entrar tanto eso como cualquier otro bicho.

Great vibe! It felt like you were in someone’s home. Very friendly staff. Close to fisherman’s village but just enough off the road to feel like an oasis. Great pool. We’ll be back!! I highly recommend!!

מלון בוטיק קטן וחמוד. חדר בסיסי ונקי מאד. יש מטבח עם מוצרים בסיסיים, בריכה כיפית. מיקום מעולה. קרוב מאד לכפר הדייגים.

It is such a cute place, very peaceful and quiet and cute. The rooms are spacious and equipped, and you get them cleaned every day and get 2 water bottles. You can make your own breakfast, they provide bananas and eggs. The pool is very nice and beautiful, although it is a salt water pool. The location is amazing, with many restaurants around and seven eleven, but not too noisy. The bed and pillows were very comfy as well. Overall, it is definitely value for money!

The staff were at times a bit impatient, which made us think twice before asking for anything. The walls are quite thin so you can hear the outside at night. There were some ants in the sink in the bathroom.

Alojamiento cómodo, al tener en nuestro caso salida directa a la piscina la sensación de libertad fue aún mayor. Hubo un problema un día con los horarios de la piscina que no fueron respetados por otros huéspedes pero el encargado, muy atento, lo solucionó rápidamente.

La piscina y las instalaciones en general muy buenas, cuenta con cocina por si quieres cocinarte y con espacios am aire libre muy agradables

Excellent value for money and fantastic location. The property is beautifully unique in design, it feels like staying in a luxurious mansion with spacious rooms. The poolside rooms are exceptional; mine had direct pool access through back doors, which was wonderful. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, arranging bike rentals from a local vendor with delivery and pickup included. I only had to drop the keys back at reception. My only critique is that housekeeping required prompting after two days, particularly when I ran out of towels, proactive cleaning would've enhanced the experience. The poolside location meant no noise issues, and I genuinely wish I'd stayed longer. A truly special property.

The location is great, and the pool is pretty nice.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The lady at the reception was quite unfriendly and rude from the moment I arrived and did not make me feel welcome. The towels provided in the room were stained and did not appear very clean. The same for the towels at the pool. The hotel also requires guests to leave their shoes or flip-flops outside their room doors, yet no slippers or flip-flops are provided in the rooms.

Es war sehr laut. Überall Bauarbeiten. Das Zimmermädchen hat ständig gehustet.Man musste überall die Schuhe ausziehen.

La piscine, la cuisine partagée (avec bananes, oeufs et café offerts), l'impression d'être dans une grande maison au calme. Le lit était très confortable.

Depuis la chambre dans laquelle j'étais, on entend fort la route. Il n'était pour moi pas possible de dormir sans boules quies. La maison près de la piscine doit être beaucoup plus calme la nuit.

Nos encantó alojarnos en Baan Yaimai, fue sin duda nuestro alojamiento favorito de todo nuestro viaje por Tailandia. La habitación era muy bonita, la cama súper cómoda y todo estaba impecable. Hay buen Internet, mi pareja teletrabajó y no tuvo ningún problema con el wifi. La piscina es preciosa y se nota que cuidan mucho la limpieza de todo el lugar. Nos gustó mucho tener la cocina compartida para prepararnos el desayuno cada mañana, siempre había pan, huevos, fruta, yogur, cereales, té… un detalle que se agradece mucho. Todo el personal fue muy amable y la ubicación nos pareció perfecta: muy cerca andando de Fisherman’s Village, con muchos restaurantes alrededor, cerca de la playa y a la vez súper tranquilo, sin nada de ruido. Nos encantan los alojamientos pequeños y con encanto, y sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos aquí. Lo recomendamos muchísimo.

This was my favourite place in my Thailand tour. Friendly staff, great location, chill vibe and fabulous pool. Plenty of places to chill out around the accommodation. Communal kitchen was great. It was help yourself to breakfast of toast and spreads or eggs. Coffee/Tea and bananas always available. Lots of food options around the area and a short walk to Fisherman's Village.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and very clean. Common areas were perfect to relax and nice pool. Just meters away from the beach and the town but without the noise of the bars, so you can really rest. Beds were super comfy. Ill be repeating my stay when I am back in koh samui. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I constantly felt like I was bothering them and staying in their personal home rather than in a hotel. The air conditioning was barely working. The room was also not very clean: there were hairs in the shower and a disgusting dirty towel left inside the wardrobe. I even suspect that the bed sheets had not been changed after the previous guest. Too expensive for what it is

We found ants in the bed and all over the kitchen. There was a lot of mosquitos in the room when we first arrived. It was much worse than any other place in Thailand. This could just the case in the old building.

Le personnel est exécrable. Ça ruine complètement l'expérience. La réception ferme a 17h. Si vous avez un problème, la dame est désagréable. Elle m'a hurlé dessus comme une malade. J'ai également contacté l'établissement via booking pour de l'aide et des renseignements, ils n'ont jamais répondu.

Nádherné klidné prostředí. Nádherné společné prostory a bazén. Ráno k dispozici teplé nápoje, toasty, vajíčka, zelenina a banány. Skvělý personál, který mi usnadnil život úschovou kufru na několik dní.

Můj pokoj byl velmi temný, prakticky bez oken. Spolu s osvětlením silným bílým LED světlem nepůsobil útulně.

Самое ужасное это персонал. С момента , как вап вы оплатите они пропадут и больше ни одной проблемы не будут решать . А проблем полно . Первое переодически вокруг виллы устраивают дискотеки соседи , эти дискотеки играют всю ночь и вы не можете спать , тк у вас буквально вибрируют стены от громкого звука . Этот шум начинается в 6 вечера и до часу ночи , в 7 утра все заново . Отель игнорирует ВСЕ просьбы. Сотрудники делают вид , что не понимают английский , просишь связать с менеджером- говорят звоните по телефону на ресепш. Вокруг виллы переодически жгут траву , весь дым в комнатах , запах гари , было отравление оч сильное . Сотрудникам отеля настолько похер вы не представляете !!!! Я звонила по телефонам , что они оставляли мне не ответили , я начала писать - меня заблокировали !!!! Я впервые в таким сталкиваюсь . Просто забивают на просьбы. От запаха гари пришлось снимать другой отель на ночь. Но больше удивило то, что менеджер, который ДОЛЖЕН ответить по телефону , который оставляется , как телефон для гостей , блокирует этих гостей

Staff were lazy anr rude, felt like you were inconveniencing them by simply staying there.

Great location easy to get to and from the fisherman’s village, nice touch of water being left outside the room daily and good amenities for self catering if you please

We were initially booked into room 1 that is beside the reception but there were ants in the room and it was not what we expected so we upgraded when we got there to the room in the new building room 15 which was much nicer and made our stay very enjoyable

It feels like you’re staying in someone’s house not a hotel due to the constant and not very welcoming presence of the staff. Even during check in when showing the room the cleaner was rude and I didn’t feel very welcomed. I watched them come out in the busy pool and start closing umbrellas when people were using them at 5pm, then they close the doors at 10.

The room was fine and facilities + location was good

if you leave anything behind, don’t expect help. The hotel confirmed they found our lost items and committed in writing to post them back. They then ignored messages for days, backtracked completely, and refused to even accept a courier collection arranged and paid for entirely by me. Zero effort on their part was required and they still said no. Think twice before booking if you value any kind of customer care.

It’s a beautiful butique hotel, superb location, very nicely decorated. Kitchen, fridge all the utilities available at your disposal. The water and small towels are freshly delivered each morning. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and pool was amazing after long day. It’s 3 min walk from the fisherman village. There are plenty of options to get the scooter and move around to get food at local prices. We like the fact that fruit (bananas), eggs and bread for making your breakfast were ready to make your own breakfast. Overall superb stay in this gorgeous little gem.

L’emplacement est super, juste à côté du fisherman village, la chambre est propre, avec une cuisine à disposition, et une superbe piscine.

La chambre côté cuisine horrible, pas la faute du personnel, mais des autres résidents qui n’ont aucun respect, entre ceux qui rentrent à 3h du matin et pense qu’ils sont seuls, ceux qui emmènent leurs enfants avec eux dans la cuisine à 5h30 du matin … donc si votre budget vous le permet, prenez une chambre supérieure.

l'hotel est trés bien situé, à proximité immediate de toutes les commodités et de fisherman village. Hotel tres bien tenu, avec un belle cuisine commune avec fruit et café soluble à disposition. Chambre confortable, meme si l'eau chaude n'était pas tres chaude. A noter que l'hotel est en recul de la rue, il est rés calme et offre une tres jolie piscine

Personnel à le réception ( une dame), trés antipathyque, nous avons été trés mal reçue.

Une magnifique maison dans laquelle il y a chambres et bungalows. Propreté impeccable personnel adorable et très arrangeant . Mn avion était tard elles m'ont laissée au bord de la piscine avec accès à des douches et toilettes et le reste de la maison. Accès à une cuisine commune et des oeufs toast fruits thé café eau à disposition. A 5 minutes du fisherman village à pieds tout en étant au calme et aéroport à 15 minutes en taxi ( l'hotel peut nous organiser ça)

Tolle Unterkunft, waren im neuen Teil. Haben den allgemeinen Aufenthaltsbereich geliebt. Besonders angenehm war auch dass wir dort am Abreisetag nach dem Check-out noch verweilen konnten!

It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful plants, organised, clean and just an amazing peaceful ambiance. There is attention to detail and love in what they do. Thoroughly impressed. It really is jewel!

We just loved the pool. The pool chairs were always available plus lots of pool towels. Very close to Fishermans Village. King room nice size, good shower, comfortable bed. Quiet apart from local Cicadas. Not a lot of guests so it was not hectic.

Staff not always available as this is like a homestay Airbnb rather than a hotel. Not the super friendly staff we typically see in Thailand. Cleaner was OCD and annoyingly adjusted our deck chairs every day. Not all facilities were open. Communal toilet near pool was always locked even when we asked. Bathroom towels were like Sandpaper and a bit dirty. Noisy staff in the early hours 6am.
