Reviewed Aug 11, 20261. 感謝寵物友善，讓有毛小孩的主人在攜帶毛小孩的情況下，又可以選擇有品味的住宿。入住那天是週日，一共有個組毛小孩家庭任住，超熱鬧。 2. 床及枕頭超級好睡，本來要在床上玩一下iPad才要睡，結果可能太舒服了，一直喥咕，結果比在自己家還早入睡。 3. 有免治馬桶，工業風的沙發及茶几也超舒適，讓我還小工作了一下。

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026現在只要到台東，第一選擇就是人山，location很棒，價格也合理，房間維護的很好，清潔度極佳，進出門控管理安全隱密，民宿就在市區，到傳統市場、全聯、家樂福、7-11、阿鋐炸雞、剉冰、鐵花村、觀光夜市都很方便，走路就可以抵達，值得一再入住。

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026We had two room rooms: a family room and a double room, on the ground floor and one floor up. Both were very nice: clean, modern, good location, snacks and coffee and tea available in the common area, good shower pressure and hot water, AC worked well and strong. Staff was very friendly, greeted us on arrival, organized transport for us to train station. Would highly recommend staying here

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026老闆超級無敵好。 聯絡方便即時、而且住宿乾淨和便利（有飲水機、餐具和免費小點心和茶包）。而且還有腳踏車可以借用。另外還會很local 的推薦好吃好玩的。 老闆也很會介紹當地和附近的好去處（台東和離島都可以問各種生活和娛樂大小事）
腳踏車可能要確認是否有潛在壞掉可能性。但很好會救援壞掉的腳踏車和在外面的我們。

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025地點真的非常棒，去正氣路夜市或微光市集都很近，附近吃的喝的也非常多，離台東轉運站也超近，要搭臺灣好行觀光巴士超方便，附近也有很多公車站牌，步行2分鐘就有自助洗衣店，對出遊很多天的人來說實在太完美了，地理位置完全無可挑剔👍

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025老闆很熱情！感覺是在地人，所以推薦很多在地小吃，阿咪米苔目真的很讚，謝謝老闆！ 房間很大！而且很乾淨，謝謝老闆願意給我們這麼好的房間。 感覺民宿還很新，所以評價還不多，但我覺得整體住起來真的很棒！推薦給在台東市區想用走路或騎腳踏車遊玩的旅客！
床比較硬一點，枕頭比較高。 在意的人可以評估。（但我自己睡得很好）

Reviewed Oct 8, 2023Location is close to early market and that’s easy to have some traditional Taiwanese style breakfast. For the night market, it’s not far away. There’s only few minutes by walk to get there. Here is also a pet friendly hostel.
Even the hostel owner is animal friendly but the neighbor were not friendly either.
