Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die unseren Aufenthalt mit Tipps deutlich verbessert hat. Besonders günstige Lage, sowohl zum ÖV als auch der Distanz zum See als auch als Ausgangslage für e-Bike Touren. Sogar gute Lademöglichkeit für die e-Bikes ist vorhanden.

Leider keinen Ausblick auf den See.

My girlfriend and I had a perfectly restful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and very spacious, and the entire property has a wonderful environment. The location is both peaceful and convenient—it is close to the station, making it super easy to buy food from the supermarket and bring it straight back. Plus, the outdoor scenery is stunning; you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire coastline right outside your door. Special thanks to Bettina for her outstanding hospitality! She is incredibly kind, attentive, and warm-hearted. She took the time to explain all the details of the property to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and she always went out of her way to help us whenever we needed anything, even providing a travel adapter. Everything was so convenient and worry-free. We are truly grateful for this wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone!

The space in the apartment was large and light.

Great facilities. Would have valued access to a hob but there was a microwave which was the next best thing.

The place is in a great location, close enough to Spiez train station but far enough that you are away from all the busyness. The room is great, had enough to keep us comfortable for a quick one night stay. Very peaceful in the area. Thanks for hosting us :)

To nit pick, the bathroom is a little strange - the shower is located right in the main room, separated from the toilet and sink. But does not make for any issues at all

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Man braucht auch nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof oder dem nächsten Supermarkt, also eine ideale Ausgangslage, um schnell zum Wandern zu kommen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, proaktiv und reagierte sehr schnell auf Anfragen.

La ciudad es preciosa, se llega a todo caminando. Teniamos hervidor de agua, microondas, heladera. Nos recibieron con unos chocolates riquisimos!

Emplacement calme, chambre spacieuse et confortable; nous avons apprécié la douche originale directement dans la chambre. Les bons plans pour la baignade dans le lac et le repas au restaurant se sont avérés parfaits! Place de parc en face du logement, pratique.

Peut-être un peu trop de proximité avec le studio situé à côté, mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés pour la seule nuit passée sur place, tout comme l'absence de petit-déjeuner, il y avait un tea-room très sympa à Spiez.

位置非常方便，离Spiez火车站走路7分钟，周边也很安静。房东人很好，花园很漂亮，准备的家具和设施都很齐全。房间很大，还有厨房和微波炉，用具也都很干净，我们非常满意

I had an excellent experience during my stay and was warmly welcomed. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to buses and just a few minutes from the train station. I will definitely come back if I have another opportunity.

Household is very kind and helpful. The room is cool without an electric fan even though it is in hot summer 30-degree cleius. The location is quiet, good for sleeping. The backyard with flowers blooming is so nice.

They have a beautiful and relaxing garden to set in. I recommend doing the Spiez Circle hike. This route circumnavigates the entire town and gives you a great overview of the area. I broke it down into three legs so as not too get overly exhausted, but I’m older now and don’t run like when I was twenty. The host was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with and learn from.

Everything! It was so beautiful. Access was easy, just rang the bell and the owner came out to greet me and show me around the place. Explained how everything works and offered further assistance if I needed it, just to contact via chat. The owner even asked if I needed an umbrella and bought me two options. Quick response to my messages via online chat. Huge comfy bed. The place was always so warm when I returned after a days adventure out in the cold spring days. It was very clean. And best of all it was so peaceful.

Second time I've stayed here and remain very happy. Closely matches photos and description. Nicely situated in Spiez, out of the 'center' but close enough to easily walk to a few different restaurants, bakery or shop. Unlike many places to stay around Lake Thun, parking is just outside and easy. Clean and comfortable, 'no frills' but not expecting any.

Located on a small hill near the station. It can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. There are many beautiful scenery. It is very convenient to have a kitchen. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable. Thank you, landlord

Lovely comfortable place in a beautiful quiet setting overlooking the lake - the studio has a lovely terrasse with sunshine - walking distance to the town - it’s a beautiful quiet place . Would love to go back .

Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The detailed check in process was provided. Quick responses to all my enquiries. It was good to have a fridge, kettle and microwave.

I dont know what the Spa surcharge was for.. Not even amenities such as shampoo were provided though. I stayed in several places in Europe, this is the only place charged this and provided no amenities. Not easy access through the pebble garden with large suitcases. Bit struggle using the lights and opening the second door..

the owner greeted us and was so nice. we did the best hike of our lives and would recommend it to anyone.

whoever cooked prior to our stay made food that lingered and the apt smelt like food

Great cozy apartment away from touristy crowdedness yet close enough to Spiez train station or Interlaken(30min). Would visit this house again on my next visit! Has microwave and mini fridge(it’s very small) but it’s all we needed and the house was equipped with heater, plates, cups, utensils. The owner was nice and helpful, too. :)

Location was awesome especially if you do not have a car. Host was friendly and welcoming.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but okay.

The location is fantastic. The owner is super friendly. She let us put our luggage in the early morning before we check in. The bed and bathroom is clean. Everything is perfect. I will book it again.

The only thing bothered me is the shower place is in the bedroom and next to my bed. But the owner used dehumidifier to remove the steamer.

We had a lovely stay at Spiez, everything was clean and comfortable, exactly what we were after to explore Spiez and Zermatt. Station was around 8min walk, easy for us but for those with kids / mobility issues it may present some challenges as you go down a gravel path to the location. Host was kind enough to allow us a late check out and leave suitcase at premises on our last day before we moved onto our next destination. Thank you!!

The host is away during our stay there, but the lady who is the emergency contact is very nice and friendly. There was no WiFi signal when we were there. She came with her two children, trying very hard to solve the problem.

No WiFi signal in the room. The bathroom is in the bedroom, which makes the whole room too humid. No heater inside, sometimes I felt cold.

Everything about the property is WOW! The owner is the sweetest, she made us feel like home in her house! The room is huge (like really big for other swiss room standard) It has a coffee machine, paid sauna, fridge and a microwave. The spiez castle is 10 mins by walk and the train station is 6 mins far. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Spiez

Sauna was extra which I didn’t realize when I booked.

Location was very good. It was nice and quiet and the town is very pretty. 

Because the shower is actually located within the living area the room was kind of musty and had a peculiar moldy odor .

- Very good location: close to Interlaken and the lakes area. - Large room and comfortable bed. - Nice apartment, had been recently renovated. - Overall clean (With the exception of the Microwave oven, will comment on that later) - Free wifi and quite fast - Free parking for your car

- The microwave was very very dirty - No one told us if we wanted to use the sauna or gave us instructions to use it even though we were charged the sauna tax. - Very few toiletries were provided. Only 1 small shampoo and shower gel was provided for 2 adults and 2 nights stay (very small, like the ones they give in hotels). We had to use the ones we brought from home. - Definitely the worst thing of our stay, by far: the check in process. We were told by the host a few days prior that someone would be waiting for us at 6.30 pm in the apartment to hand us out the keys but, to our surprise, no one came to greet us. We spent a huge amount of time ringing the bell but no one seemed to be there. We received no email, no text message or no phone call by the owner to let us know what was going on. We couldn't reach him on the phone (we didn't have a Swiss SIM Card) and were worried and stressed. Finally, a man we randomly found that was in the area offered his help and we could contact the host via his phone. Still, it was difficult to reach him (he didn't answer until a few tries). After some tries and calls, the host contacted the person who was supposed to open the door for us and she came to give us the keys. Conclusion: after waiting for about 40-45 minutes outside waiting for someone to open the door, without anyone giving any signs of life, no one contacting us over email/phone/text, not being able to reach the host, we finally managed to get into the apartment. The woman excused herself saying she was sick and was sleeping but she didn't really apologise to us. Even though she was sleeping because she was sick, she could have given us the keys and then go back to sleep or she could have told someone else to come open the door for us. We spent over 40 minutes outside wondering if anyone was ever going to come and give us the keys or not.

The property is near the Spiez Banhof. If you have huge luggages take the Bus 60 and its just one stop at Kapellanstrasse then its a short uphill walk to the property. This is also the same going back to the train station but you need to be checking the bus timings. The owner is a helpful host.
