Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Wasn't let in after being on the phone telling him the entire situation the whole way up from Midlands. Was very condescending, patronising and insulting. Told me to go off and collect my friend that was 20 minutes away and rang me just as I pulled off to inform me I wouldn't be staying. Probably in hopes I wouldn't come back looking for my money. Then gave me a lecture about coming earlier. Even though there were options for late booking on the website. Had to sleep in the car in castlebar that night

Sopra la NS camera é presente autoclave che fa molto rumore quando viene tirata acqua. Di notte un po' fastidioso.

Our stay never happened because when we got there the host had already rented the room; We had a receipt, confirmation number, but it mattered not - we were not given our accommodation as paid for and no apology made to us whatsoever! When we called the host he was rude and inconsiderate; We had to sleep in our car in the local village as everywhere else was booked up.
