The hot water in the shower didn’t work but it didn’t bother me that much. Was refreshing after a day on the beach

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Pool war sauber.

Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Dds Zimmer war etwas schmuddlig und nicht wirklich sauber geputzt.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa bellissima struttura. La posizione è comoda, a pochi passi dalla via centrale di Nusa Lembongan con tutti i bar e ristoranti a portata di mano. La camera e il bagno erano belli, molto puliti e accoglienti. Un merito speciale va al personale, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile: ci hanno fornito tutto il necessario e si sono messi a disposizione per organizzarci tour e noleggio motorino. Consigliatissimo!

Everything! Cant recommend this place enough!! The location is great, the room is beautiful, with a stunning pool. The place feels private and quiet yet you are a 3 min walk to the main road. The host was so welcoming, help us book a snorkelling trip last minute.

Nothing at all

Very nice, secret is the right word for it haha. Very lowkey, kept well tidied and looked beautiful around the whole place. Staff were super friendly, it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes from shops and bars.

The people were friendly and happy to help with any requests we made. Despite them not offering breakfast, they recommended some fantastic options located in the main street like Finns Island Bali Eco Deli and The General Store

Would of liked fresh towel each day instead of every 2nd day otherwise a great location and we would return in a heartbeat.

L’établissement est très bien situé, à proximité de la rue principale, tout en étant dans un endroit calme. La piscine est un vrai plus et le personnel est particulièrement agréable, accueillant et disponible.

Les cottages manquent selon moi un peu de sécurité. De plus, l’établissement est situé dans une petite ruelle assez difficile à trouver, surtout à l’arrivée.

Bumpy lane to get there.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft, aber dieses Mal waren wir sehr überrascht, weil in der Mitte der kleinen traumhaften Anlage ein Pool installiert wurde. Man macht die Türe zur Anlage auf und steht in einem kleinen Paradies. Wirklich sehr schön. Die Hütten sind sehr gepflegt, auf jeder Terrasse hängt eine Hängematte und es ist absolute Ruhe. Ein kleines Juwel

Eigentlich nichts. Vielleicht eine kleine Anmerkung ein kleiner Abfalleimer im Zimmer oder auf der Terrasse wäre schön.

The staff was absolutely awesome and very helpful for any inquiries. We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous place. By being a bit off road but close to the main street, was a perfect location for a restful stay. The swimming pool is great!

Struttura bellissima, dotata di piscina interna privata per i soli ospiti. Stanza pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Forniscono anche asciugamani per il mare. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ci hanno fornito anche il servizio lavanderia a 35.000 IDR/Kg, roba pulitissima e consegnata in poche ore.

Loved Helly’s!! Friendly and happy staff, a lovely little new pool and happy place to stay. A short walk from the Main Street. You will not find more helpful staff! Can also rent a scooter from the cottages.

Remember bug spray! The lodges can let a lot of mosquitos in but they are so worth it!

Our stay at Helly’s place was amazing, the room was clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. If I come back, I will book Helly’s again. They have amazing pool and the location is central.

L’endroit reculé du bruit mais assez près des restos et des taxis pour sillonner cette île que j’aime tant . Le jardin magnifique et le confort des chambres ( petite maison ) avec sa terrasse et hamac autour de la piscine . Je ne voulais plus partir et c’est mon 2e séjour sur cette île. Si je reviens j’irai chez Shelly, personne accueillante et très souriante comme tout le personnel’! Terimakasih banyak

Very nice cottages and garden, lovely staff and very quiet area.

The bathroom was not very clean.

The rooms were very clean and nice, very relaxed vibes. Off the main street so away from all the tourists and noise. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pool was also very nice. Would highly recommend.

Helly and the team were exceptional hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The garden was beautiful, the room was perfect, and we were pleasantly surprised by a brand new pool area in the centre of the garden.

The cabins are quite new, are a lovely colour with a good sized ensuite bathroom. The swimming pool and surrounding grounds are lovely. Staff really want to help.

The location is the only thing I didn't like. The path to get to the property is dirt and stones. Cars cannot get to this property, apparently they can get near at one end of the path. The taxi I got to the property could not go up the path and did not attempt any other route. Perhaps instructions on how to get to the nearest point with luggage would be helpful. The hot water did not last long! It's a 500 metre walk to get to any cafe for breakfast.

The staff, cleanliness, atmosphere and comfort of this accommodation was all exceptional.

Très beau et confortable j'ai passé un super séjour. Et merci à Bila qui est juste adorable.

The room was clean and private enough, there was a mosquito net, safe and AC which was great. It is a bit basic but for the price this place is excellent value for money and in a great location. It is set back from the main road a bit which is also nice. They do not offer breakfast but this was not a problem as so many great breakfast places are walkable distance (eco bali deli/ginger&jamu).

The bed (mattress and pillows) was uncomfortable and the bathroom could do with renovation.

We loved our stay at Helly’s Secret Garden Cottage! The location was easy to get to by foot and in a nice quiet part of the island. There are only 7 cottages total so it was very peaceful and serene. The new pool was a wonderful surprise and a great new addition. We also loved the hammock on the balcony. Communicating with Bila was a pleasure and we are very grateful for her assistance during our stay. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money and we will definitely be back!

Close to main part of island, the staff were exceptional and helpful!

Understandably it is in a garden location but unfortunately the amount of mosquitoes and lizards inside the bungalow was a lot, maybe a better meshing in the bathroom near the shower as walking into the bathroom there were always lots of mosquitoes? The rooms felt clean but for example the water cooler near reception looked very dirty.

Es war wirklich toll, das Zimmer war echt gemütlich und schön und man hatte genug Platz. Es war auch ordentlich und sauber. Außerdem war die gesamte Anlage sehr süß gestaltet und der Pool war wunderbar zum schwimmen und relaxen. Und der Service und das Personal waren wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit. :)

The best part of the villa is definitely the atmosphere. The swimming pool is lovely, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. Despite the quiet setting, the location is convenient and close to restaurants, cafés, and other attractions around the island. There were a few downsides, though. The road leading to the villa is in poor condition, which can make getting there a bit challenging, especially by scooter. The shower could also use some improvement. One evening, it seemed that the room had been left open after housekeeping, and we ended up with a gecko inside as well as quite a few insects and ants. While encountering wildlife is part of the Bali experience, keeping the room closed during cleaning would certainly help minimize this issue. Overall, a charming place with a beautiful pool and relaxing atmosphere, but with a few details that could be improved to make the stay even better.

Beautiful rooms! Beds are super comfy and the pool was great. Set back from the main street which means it was nice and quiet at night.

La atención de las dos chicas fue maravillosa. No recuerdo sus nombres lamentablemente pero su amabilidad y buena energía fue excelente.

The property was beautiful! The staff were incredibly kind and so helpful if I needed anything. The location was great as well, right off the Main Street. The bed was massive and so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very cute property and soooo kind staff!!! There was also a brand new pool which made the location even more beautiful. The rooms were big and clean and it’s located in the heart of lembongan. Also Helly is giving very good advice where to stay in Lembongan. We had a very nice stay! Thank you

The room was so bright and fresh / modern unlike som other cabin/hut like rooms we’ve stayed in! We were happy there was a pool as we couldn’t see this in the pics. The staff were so accommodating and helpful in anyway they could.

The bath towels smelt slightly, unsure if it was the scent of the washing liquid but wasn’t the most pleasant.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit Pool in Zentrumsnähe. Gemütliche Betten (mit Baldahin). Man kann auch einen Scooter mieten, sofern verfügbar. Helly und sein Team sind hervorragende Gastgeber, die für Fragen offenstehen und sich gerne Zeit nehmen, um Tipps zu geben! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Empfohlen!

Stayed there for 4 nights. Full of charm and very comfortable. Perfect quiet location - close to everything and super convenient to go diving in the morning. The ladies at the reception were super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Sweet bungalows in a tropical garden setting with a great pool to cool off. Quietly located off the main road but less than a five-minute walk to the main street, restaurants and beach. The smaller number of bungalows gives the property a peaceful, relaxed feel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from local recommendations to arranging transport. Being surrounded by tropical gardens, there was local wildlife and nature around, adding to the authentic island atmosphere as to be expected. A place I would happily stay again.

Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme med at planlægge aktiviteter og bådture. Vi var på en vildt fantastisk snorkeling tur som søde Bila bookede for os med kort varsel. Poolen er helt ny og vildt lækker. Vi nød at ligge der og slappe af. Værelset og sengen er behageligt og med et godt køleskab.

Vejen op til Hellys er meget dårlig og det er svært, hvis man har kuffert eller sidder i kørestol. Det er en form for sti/grus fyldt med større sten. Det ville gavne dem at samarbejde med naboerne om at lave en ordenligt vej, hvis det er muligt. Vandet er ikke varmt, men tror muligvis det er sådan på hele øen. Selvom der er lidt små ting, synes vi stadig Hellys var 10/10 og vi ville klart bo der igen.

Very clean rooms. Cotton linens. Great pillows. Bed comfort ok, not perfect. Kettle + the best Bali coffee we’ve had ☺️ provided in the room. Mini fridge. Warm shower (not hot). Location inside but super close to the Main Street Jungut Batu and beach just 5 mins walk. Helly & Bila exceptional, friendly helpful hosts, felt very safe and taken care of. Aircon works well, nice lighting/lamps, coat-hangers provided, great wifi, the hammock on your patio is the best!! We would stay again.

Warm shower (not steaming hot) certainly doable for short term- seems to be a common theme across the island.

Hübsche Bungalows ein wenig abseits der einzigen Hauptstraße und sehr ruhig. ich habe wunderbar geschlafen - auch weil die Betten bzw. die Matratze top war. Die Hängematte auf der Veranda ist super zum Entspannen, ein Yogastudio ist gleich 2x ums Eck (Yoga Bliss Lembongan) ca 3 min zu Fuß. Man ist nicht weit vom Schuss und kann zu Fuß losspazieren zur Hauptstraße wo es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes und Shoppingmöglichkeiten gibt. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit wo man einige total nette Lokale findet und Liegen&Sonnenschirme mieten kann. Besonders Abends sehr nett zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Unterkunft organisiert auch sehr unkompliziert einen Scooter mit dem man die Insel erkunden kann. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar!

Mich hat es nicht gestört - auch nicht nächtens oder am Roller. der ca 200 m lange Weg ist teilweise dunkel und recht desolat. aber alles machbar und dafür ruhig.

Not really a negative because I love them but the geckos can be noisy overnight if they get in to the room.

L'etablissement vaut son nom : 7 bungalows dans un jardin à l'abri des regards, au fond d'un sentier. Très belle chambre. Offrir le p.dej serait un + (ceci dit on trouve tout à 4min à pieds).

Salle de bains 😱😱 ohlala... odeur désagréable, robinet juste un filet, pommeau douche rouillé et pas d'eau chaude distributeur savon cassé. Coffre fort HS aussi. Piscine à nettoyer et jardin à achever... dommage.

Thank you, I had a lovely stay! This place was walkable to cafes, restaurants and the beach. The air conditioning was great.

Only the thing I will say is there was a gecko in my room and it was loud 😅

Chambre confortable, grande et avec une petite terrasse très agréable. Nous étions à cet hôtel pour Nyepi et le staff nous a laissé de quoi manger, c’est très prévenant.

We had a wonderful stay at Helly's Secred Garden. The owner / host was very friendly and helpful, if you need any information just ask him and he will be more than happy to help you out. He even helped us to book our boat tickets to Gili trawagan. Can't be happier than that.

It’s a very lovely Jolo type villa, spacious room, it’s quiet and very clean. Helly and the staff are exceptional and extremely caring. I have stayed here with my husband and on my own. It’s safe and the staff go out of there way to help. It’s a lovely home away from home.

Un peu mitigé. Le jardin est très joli, les cabanes sont mignonnes, l'espace extérieur est le point fort. La chambre est jolie mais si on regarde dans le détail, tout s'abîme vite et n'est pas forcément bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche et cela a été vite résolu. L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à la côte.

La salle de bain. Tour s'abîme vite. La pression de l'eau. Une grande serviette par personne et c'est tout, pas de serviette pour le visage. L'odeur du linge de bain était bizarre.

The host and her family are so lovely and helped with every request. When we arrived, we had lots of washing to do and she was able to facilitate this and was ready the next day. The home stay is down a dark alleyway, however lots of friendly locals around and they are starting to build the alleyway up of other hotels so I think in the next year it won’t be the same dark alley that it is right now but never felt unsafe. The grounds of the hotel and how it has been designed is beautiful tropical architecture that you expect.

Although there was a house cleaning service every day new towels were not provided. If I had requested, I’m sure they would have been changed however we’re not changed without asking. But in the grand scheme of things this is probably more of a saving the environment factor rather than a personal preference which I do understand.

Ich habe Helly’s Cottage für 4 Nächte gebucht, als allein Reisende Frau, ich wurde direkt sehr herzlich von allen begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Sehr gemütlich und cozy. Helly hat einen sehr schönen Garten gebaut, ich habe abends stundenlang in der Hängematte gelegen. Es ist einen kurzen Weg durch eine dunkle Straße aber garnicht beängstigend. Einfach Taschenlampe einschalten. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Helly und das ganze Team sind unglaublich liebe und tolle Menschen.

Cosy little cottages set in beautiful gardens. Helly and the ladies that work there were very helpful and organised taxi’s etc when required and offered advice if requested. Laundry service available for a reasonable fee. Air con worked well and the fridge came in very handy to keep our water cold. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed being in the local community to watch the gents playing volleyball on our way back from the beach most days. Perfect stay and lovely people.

The accommodation was amazing from start to finish, the rooms were gorgeous and the staff were so friendly. Everything was really clean and peaceful, with a beautiful hammock outside each cottage to enjoy just relaxing. The location was tucked away just off the Main Street, which was perfect and despite it being dark at night, it never felt unsafe as a lone female traveller. The path leading up is quite rocky so Helly offered to give me and my suitcase a lift back to the ferry port when I left, which was hugely appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Everything, I have stayed 3 times now and will continue to come back here. You do need to book well in advance as Helly’s book out very quickly.

Nothing it’s amazing place to stay, Helly and staff are very kind, caring people and make your stay wonderful. It is also very safe for women in there own.

Nous avons apprécié le très beau jardins, la qualité du bungalow et sa literie, nos hôtes très attentifs et réactifs. Un très grand merci à Helly pour ses précieux conseils et sa gentillesse pour nous partager les bons plans et lieux à voir. Il nous a organiser notre sortie en snorkeling avec une équipe au top. Nous avons vécu le plus beau moment de plongée de tout notre séjour à Bali. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr chez lui.

This is my second time with Helly’s and it is an amazing place, the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. There caring is real and authentic. We are actually going back next week . We only left because they were completely booked out when we booked our 3 nights with them, so we had to go somewhere else for 3 nights then back again. Make sure you book well in advance. Love this place it’s my favourite on the Island. Kazzy

Tolle Unterkunft, sauber, gut gelegen. Helly ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Personeel is super vriendelijk, kamer en de tuin zijn heel mooi. Met recht een secret garden. Je zit vlak bij een straat met veel restaurants en ook het strand is heel vlak bij. Komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Zelo lepe hiške z čudovitim vrtom. Lokacija odlična za raziskovanje otoka. Osebje zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Mogoče samo dostop malo otežen, slaba cesta. Za ta denar odlično.

Ho adorato tutto dell’helly’s, è un’oasi di pace nella quale lo staff ti fa sentire coccolato e ti supporta in tutto. Abbiamo fatto grazie a loro un’uscita di snorkeling pazzesca. Hanno esaudito ogni nostro desiderio. L’alloggio è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e pulitissimo.
