Voor de prijs zou je iets meer verwachten. Meer vaatwastabletten en meer (bad) handoeken. Het is jammer dat in september de tuin ‘s middags al in de schaduw ligt. Da’s koeler maar toch ook jammer.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Die Nutzung der Terrasse war möglich und einfach traumhaft – mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den sehr gepflegten, weitläufigen Garten, den Fluss und die Berge. Idylle pur! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und versprüht ein tolles Landhausflair. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ein genialer Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten.

Het enige nadeel was bedden oud/stoffig en wat vies servies in de kast.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Positiv: Toller Ort als Ausgangspunkt vieler Reizvoller Ziele und Aktivitäten im schönen Salzkammergut. Wohnung wirkt sauber. Appartment 4 mit separatem Eingang. Neutral: Geschirr wird offen aufbewahrt und staubt ein. Geschirr und Besteck selbst ist ausreichend vorhanden. Appartment 4 hat eine steile Wendeltreppe. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, für Menschen 70+ könnte diese aber schwierig werden. Da es nirgendwo beschrieben steht, soll es hier erwähnt werden. Alles ist funktional, sehr viele Dinge haben aber Reparaturbedarf. So schließt z.B. die Duschtür nicht richtig oder der Föhn ist nur mit gutem Zureden auf Stufe 1 funktionstüchtig.
Schwierige Gastgeber und schlecht gewaschene Wäsche. So sind Handtücher und Gerschirrtücher teilweise sehr abgenutzt (was nicht schlimm wäre), aber leider auch fleckig und muffelig. Auf die Bitte neue Hand- und Geschirrtücher zu erhalten, hat man sich uneinsichtig gezeigt. Zitat: "Wer hygienische Handtücher will, muss ins Hotel gehen". Offenbar wird nur bei niedrigen Temperaturen gewaschen. Angebliche Schminkreste auf den Handtüchern von anderen Feriengästen, seinen "völlig normal". Nach einigen Diskussionen wurden neue Handtücher herausgegeben, die auch besser waren. Zu unserer Überraschung aber verbunden mit der Beschimpfung: "Auf die Straße gehen und für die Umwelt demonstrieren und dann aber hygienische Handtücher verlangen". Wortwörtlich! Bitte was? Bei über 1300€ die Woche sind hygienische Handtücher nicht drin? Das Tischtuch auf dem Balkon war ebenfalls unfassbar dreckig. Das haben wir uns aber schon gar nicht mehr getraut zu sagen. Wir haben es einfach beiseite gelegt. Für uns als jahrelange Ferienwohnungmieter, ein einzgartiges, seltsames Erlebnis.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Zatrzymaliśmy się na jedną noc w drodze do Włoch. Było Nam szkoda odjeżdżać z tego miejsca, ma super klimat, piękne miejsce. Duży ogród, rzeka blisko. Przetestowaliśmy nawet SUP-a . Właścicielka bardzo miła, obiekt czyściutki. Było wszystko co potrzeba :)

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Skvělá lokalita, trochu starší, ale velmi solidní vybavení, krásná zahrada u řeky, kde je jemný písek vybízející k osvěžení. !! Pozor !!. Dobře si nastudujte cedule v okolí ohledně parkování... volné místo u domu neznamená místo pro klienty... cedule zákaz parkování neplatí pro cizí vetřelce jako ochrana klientů, ale naopak jako výstraha pro klienty. A zrovna v této lokalitě si místní majitelé z domácích cedulí ohledně výstrah kolem parkování udělali takový malý rakouský parkovací prales. Když to špatně pochopíte, majitelku dostanete na pokraj nervového kolapsu a zbytečně zahájite pobyt ve stresu. Ani "sorry jako" nepomůže. :-) Já jsem se nad tím pousmál, ale slabší povahy by mohly uronit slzu. Tip pro majitelku... na spoustě míst, kde jsme přes booking.com bydleli, si majitelé správné parkování pojistí fotografií přesného místa. Klientům to usnadní orientaci a Vám to ochrání očividně již dost opotřebované nervy. ;-). Závěr je i tak jasný... solidní ubytování v krásné lokalitě a ideální místo pro výlety k plážím jezera a do Halstattu.

Silpnas plaukų džiovintuvas. Smirdantys, seni rankškuosčiai. Nepatogi miegoti sofa net vienam žmogui. Sraigtiniai laiptai ir lagaminas gali kelti iššūkį. Neaiškumas dėl parkavimo vietos. Netyčia palikę mašiną "šeimininkės vietoje", 22 val., kai jau ruošėmės miegoti, sulaukėme jos vizito su moralais apie nepagarbą ir (savavališkų) draudžiamų ženklų nepaisymą. Teko tamsoje klaidžioti lauke ir ieškoti kitos vietos, kurios neradus, teko statyti pakelėje prie įvažiavimo į ponios valdas. Pasijaučiau kaip Palangoje prieš 30 metų.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Die Lage mit dem großen gepflegten Garten am Fluss, ist traumhaft. Die Traun blubbert beruhigend vorbei. Absolut ruhige Lage. Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet+ Essecke. Die Matratze war gut und wir konnten ohne Kreuzschmerzen aufstehen. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Prekrasna i mirna lokacija. Rijeka je dostupna za kupanje 30-ak metara od smještaja. Do Hallstatta 10min. Jako lijepo, starinski održano i uređeno. Ukratko savršen omjer uloženog i dobivenog. Vratit ću se svakako! 🙂
Vrata u apartmanu koja su zaključana i ne znam tko ima pristup istim, pa malo stvara osjećaj nelagode. Ručnici su čisti kao i sve ostalo, jedino im nedostaje miris, imali su neugodan miris vlage. Ali to je sitnica koja se riješi sljedećim pranjem! 😅

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Extremst unfreundliche und aggressive Besitzerin, die scheinbar ein Problem mit Gästen hat, die nur für eine Nacht buchen. Wir haben nach 10 Minuten die Unterkunft fluchtartig verlassen, so eine Behandlung ist uns noch nie widerfahren und wir reisen viel und oft. Leider hat sich die Dame bei ihrer Stellungnahme an booking nicht an die Tatsachen gehalten und die Situation anders geschildert als tatsächlich vorgefallen. Unbedingt auch die google-Bewertungen beachten!!

Proche de Hallstatt, cet établissement a tout pour lui! Merci à l’hôte que nous avons croisée et que nous avons trouvée fort sympathique :)

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Die Vermieterin war super lieb! Wir hatten fast alles , was wir bei einem außergewöhnlichen Regenwetter haben konnten. Guter Bahnanschluss in der Nähe ! So konnten wir ohne Auto bequem nach Hallstatt oder Bad Ischl fahren.
Da wir mit dem Rad unterwegs waren, gab es in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Bäcker ja.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Krásné prostředí pod horami s výhledem na čistou řeku, klidná lokalita, moc hezká a velká zahrada s mnoha posezeními. Komunikace s paní majitelkou probíhala dobře a rychle.
Některé vybavení bylo již starší, varná deska fungovala špatně. Ale to nám nezkazilo celkový dobrý dojem z ubytování.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Veľmi pekná a pokojná lokalita obklopená prírodou. Krásny výhľad na hory a rieku vytvára príjemnú atmosféru na oddych. Do Hallstattu je to autom približne 12 minút, čo je veľmi pohodlné. Veľkým plusom bola aj výhodná cena.
Nemáme žiadne zásadné pripomienky.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Konum olarak çok güzeldi. Hallstatt 10 dakika. Doğası harika. Önünden ırmak geçiyor. Kuş ve su sesleri eşliğinde uyuyorsunuz. Genel olarak temizdi. Ev tarzında idi mutfağı vardı. Biz çok beğendik. Yine gitsem orada tekrar kalırım. Butik bir villa. Teşekkür ediyoruz.
Odada bir koku vardı. Lavabodan veya banyodan geliyor olabilir. Odaya girince baya havalandırdık. Sonra alışınca rahatsız etmedi. Bir de muhatap bulamadık. Şehir vergisini masaya bıraktık. Ama para üstü alamadık maalesef. Fazla ücret bırakmak zorunda kaldık zorunlu bahşiş gibi oldu.

The check in information was 2.5 hours late after UPDATED check in time that wasn’t given to us until we continuously asked with no apology from them, there was holes in the sheets, towels felt like sandpaper, there was bug infestation that we had to take care of, the shower runs for exactly 19 seconds I made a video for proof but can’t post video but I time stamped the video and shown it below. Also wanted us to leave our $200 shoes downstairs were anyone had access to them and could take them. Would really not recommend staying here unless all you want is rude staff and adorable cats which were the only good thing about this place

Tudo pensado nos detalhes, desde a decoração até o conforto do dia a dia. A anfitriã foi simplesmente maravilhosa — muito querida, atenciosa, prestativa e sempre disponível para ajudar no que precisávamos. Nos fez sentir realmente bem-vindos. 🤍 Foi aquele tipo de lugar que deixa a viagem ainda mais especial e dá vontade de voltar. Recomendo de olhos fechados! ✨

Ako sa dostať k číselniku na otvorenie. Nevedeli sme príst nato kde zadať kód ale to zabralo len 2 minútky inak super :)

Reviewed May 18, 2026Sehr ruhig gelegen, toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Fluss und die umliegenden Berge, sehr nette Vermieterin, liebevoll ausgestattetes, helles Appartement - alles da, was man braucht :) Perfekt zum Erholen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge in der Umgebung.

Tisztaság nem az erőssége a helynek foltos varrott lepedő, agyonhasznált ágynemű, a wc újra fertőtlenítése különösképp az ülőkén lévő gyanús barna maszatból kiálló szőrre, az evőeszközök újramosogatása után használható volt ....

Посуд вже своє відробив, дуже « втомлений»,не вистачає пакетиків чаю або кави, сіль, перець відсутні((, WiFi я не знайшла, точніше пароль від нього бажанно залишити в апартаменті..
