Skulle gärna haft toalett på rummet

Hele oppholdet var en riktig feelgood opplevelse. Jeg likte innredningen, den vakre hagen og det å få servert mat på senga. Dessverre var jeg der bare ei natt.

Likte ikke at det va så lytt fra korridor til rommene. Det var ikke lytt mellom rommene

It was interesting to live in such conditions, something like a family dormitory.

We arrived in the evening, but the parking lot was occupied by another car, so we had to wait for a space to become available. This prevented us from going to bed early. We also didn't like the fact that the washcloths in the shower were used; it was unpleasant. It's a good thing we were alone on the floor; otherwise, we would have had to share the toilet and shower with other residents.

En suverän pärla i Östersund. Litet och personligt fräsch boende, genuin frukost som serverade till rummet på uppgjord tid. Vi uppskattade bemötandet av värden och framför allt den sakliga informationen om Östersund, matställen etc

Vi har inga som helst klagomål utan boendet passade perfekt för vårt korta stopp i Östersund.

Det var som att vara på ett klassiskt B&B i England. Personligt, ompysslad och serviceorienterad. Ett öga för detaljer. T.ex. frukosten var långt bortom rationell svensk, gör det lättsamt i lager av plast och brist på engagemang. På Lilla Lotten var det nylagat frukost, på avtalad tid, rykade färsk på bricka i vårt mysiga rum. Kan varmt rekommendera.

Mysigt rum, bra service m god frukost!

Stort og koselig rom, trivelig vertinne, fint å kunne ha med hund. Hundeseng og matskåler på rommet. Stille og rolig område. Koselig og praktisk å spise frokost på rommet, men litt kjedelig å ikke kunne forsyne seg selv.

Dårlige parkeringsmuligheter, trangt. Uanselig skilt ved gaten, vanskelig å se i mørkeret. Langt hårstrå i yoghurten. Litt kjedelig frokost.

Litet genuint boende tyst beläget. Skön säng, kylskåp och TV. Mycket trevlig värdinna. God frukost serverat på rummet.

Gemensamt badrum men absolut ingen katastrof.

Top Frühstück, sehr ruhig, freundliche Gastgeberin.

Charmigt och personligt. En ägarinna som minsta detalj vill skapa en fin och unik miljö och hög trivselfaktor.

Badrummet var mycket fint men delades med andra rum. Inget problem då vi var ensamma att använda det.

Alt var veldig bra! Rent og pent! Stilig innredet, og veldig god frokost!!

Värdinnan var suverän i att fixa och lättillgänglig på mobil vid ev frågor, personligt inredda rum . Fin frukost, bra läge,välstädat Rekommenderas varmt//Öbergs

Everything honestly was great

Lots of space and lovely decor. Everything was well considered and we wanted for nothing.

It was silent ouside the house during the night.

There are some negative things. First, the host was ubsolutely not friendly. When we arived, no one met us to check in. It was the sign on the door that guests should call or ring to the certai nnumber to check in. I did call and send sms three times. None unswered. It took almost 20 min to get the call from the host. I was almost ready to book another hotel and move. On my claim that it is unacceptable that noeone pick up the call to check in when guest is calling, the answer from the host was that she answered as soon as she could. I mentioned that I was almost ready to move to another hotel and the host said that it is up to me to do. The hosts general reply to my claim isthat it is our, guest problem that we didn't inform her whe we exactly arrive (I had mentined arrival time from 16-22( and that she doesn't need to wait guests all day around! I said that we are driving and concrete time is difficult to mention. Insted of blaming guests, wasn't it easier to send instruction and code to keybox by email via bookin.com system 12 hours before arrival day (as many other hosts do (I had such communication many times)? However, the host was not sorry for her behaviour. It is unaceptable that the host is not caring about arriving guests and desn't answer on check in calls immediately, but does it when it is comfortable for the host! I will never come back to this place and warn others to be ready for such attitude. Another problem. There is a coommon toilet for three rooms. Since sound isolation is very weack, you can hear all other quests visiting the toilet during the night.

We brought an extra person and it worked out so well! The host was so nice and even let us pet her bunny. What a wonderful trip!

Fantastic host, lovely breakfast!

Lovely B&B with a very friendly host! I arrived in Östersund late at night, and something had gone wrong with the booking at another place. I could book here on short notice without a problem, and for only a small amount extra the host even cooked me the most amazing dinner! The room is decorated very nicely, and everything is there. Breakfast was great as well, definetely one of my favorite B&Bs so far!

The breakfast was excellent. The room was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the train station, the city center, Storsjøbadet, and the Multi Challenge activity center.

It was not a problem, but future guests should be aware that there is a shared bathroom with the two other rooms in the B&B. The bathroom was pristine, however, and sharing it was not a problem.

Very gentle host. She even has options for a ride to the train station if you're feeling a bit tired. A quiet place to sleep, certainly.

I arrived pretty late, but I didn't feel like there was a common room. It was sometimes unclear where the B&B stopped and her home began so I just stayed in my room. If I had stayed longer, I would have asked about the garden.

beautiful room , Swedish eco wood house , very beautiful garden with birds, rabbit and flowers and afcourse the place have very good service. highly recommended.
