The location

First, because I arrived late, I was forced to go to another hotel, S19, in Al Jaddaf, to collect the keys. Second, there is no luggage service to carry bags to or from the room. Third, room cleaning is only done after four days. Finally, the staff is unresponsive. A guest’s experience is supposed to be comfortable in every aspect, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The furniture looks older than the photos, parking is not comfortable and practicalthey asked for 1000 aed for deposit ! Before letting me in

Great location and being connected to Dubai mall was excellent particularly during this summer heat. Decent size studio apartment and the bed and duvet was very comfortable.

The room cleaning service happens once in 4 days, it would be better if it happens once in 2-3 days max. Check in time of 4pm is too late and could be brought earlier to 12-2pm max

The personal service by the attendant was very prompt and courteous. Will thank Umesh for making the stay comfortable

I was welcomed by Umesh he took our bags & helped us with the checkin. He was very helpful & kind. The check in timings are at 4 pm and checkout at 11 am . Make sure you inform ur timings before hand otherwise you have to pick up the keys from another hotel. The best part of the property is the location. It’s connected to Dubai mall, it takes a 5 mins walk to the mall. The room has with 2 single beds joined together. The apartment is old but the view is very good from the balcony Room gets cleaned only on the 4th day of ur stay. We were staying for 2 nights there was no cleaning. The food delivery comes to the door There were towels & toiletries given It has a bath tub It’s ok for a short stay

The check in time is too late & check out very early. No cleaning service for short term stays. Not much sports channels

The boss and all the team had always been available to assist me ar anytime. The apartment is fully equipped and very well cleaned. It is located in a fantastic hotel where you can enjoy an amazing swimming pool, a state of the art gym . There are cafes and restaurants inside the building. And it takes a minute walk to step inside Dubai Mall. Actually the building is attached to the Dubai Mall galleries! Everything has surpassed my expectations. So happy. Higly recommended

Entering the mall with just one elevator. During my stay, I was able to establish very close communication with the person assigned to me.

The only thing is; I found the check-in and check-out times strange. If you want to check in late, there are no staff available. Choose your flight ticket accordingly and don't be left stranded that night.

I waiste my first day searchi in dubai S19 hotel which was 20 far by taxi from my reservatio to make check in and to get the keys and at 3 am i finished my check in as he asked me to give him 1050 us $ deposit!!!!!!

Very welcoming staff. The staff was waiting me at the entrance very easily got the keys and he helped me to the room.

I didn’t like the carpet in the room and the furniture. Everything is old.

The very close proximity to Dubai mall makes getting to other places a bit of hassle but most stuff u need to do in Dubai is at Dubai mall.

The location was perfect with direct entrance to mall. The house keeping staff was so friendly and nice.

The water heater was damaged and imagine I haven’t had heat water for shower the whollle 3 days! The technician staff came and seems fix it but again after few hours it was reset. I don’t recommend to stay in this studio at all.

I enjoy my stay , apartment was neat and clean . Building was connected with Dubai mall 😍 Check in was smooth and fast , i will be back again .

the description says 2 bathrooms however in real it is one bedroom with 2 doors accessible from room and living room, was little not comfortable if you share the room with someone staying on the sofa bed. parking is available but quite long walking to the elevator then need to use another elevator to the room

the car parking has no easy access, the toilet was dirty the bed was uncomfortable with big gap because it was 2 single beds match badly, no one was there to bring my bags down on check out, i get delayed as the agent ask to call the receptionist and the receptionist said its not their responsibility!!
