Absolutely wonderful place! ❤️ The property is beautiful, cozy, and very well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host Zvia was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our experience even better. The pool is fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. A lovely place for a romantic getaway as a couple or for a relaxing family vacation with children. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again! Highly recommended!

התארחתי ביחידת הדיור הזו כבר כמה פעמים, ובכל פעם מחדש נהניתי מאוד. המקום נקי, מסודר, מטופח ונעים, עם כל מה שצריך כדי להרגיש בבית. בעלי המקום אדיבים, זמינים ודואגים לכל פרט קטן כדי שהאירוח יהיה מושלם. המיקום מצוין, האווירה שקטה ונעימה, ואין ספק שאחזור להתארח כאן שוב. ממליץ בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום איכותי, נוח ומפנק!

יחידה קטנה בתוך בית מגורים בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית. מספר ליקויים טכניים: המזגן לא מקרר, בנוסף היה בו עובש. הסולם בבריכה היה מסוכן ורעוע. ארבע שעות לפני ההגעה התבקשנו להביא מגבות וסבונים למרות שלא צוין בהזמנה. מארחת לא נעימה.

בעלת דירה נחמדה מאוד! היתה זמינה לבקשתנו. חדרים סופר נקיים, עם ריח טוב:) מרפסת עם סגירה נעימה, הצופה אל החצר והבריכה בקיץ. מטבחון עם מה שצריך. בקרקע יש את הגינה עם אזור ישיבה נח ג'קוזי ובריכה פעילה בקיץ. הרבה פרטיות ושלווה.

ממליצים בחום. הגענו לסופש ונהנינו מאוד מהשהות. בעלת המקום מקסימה ואדיבה, דאגה לכל פרט והייתה זמינה לכל צורך. המקום מאובזר להפליא, כולל מטבח עם כל מה שצריך, והכול נקי ומסודר. אהבנו במיוחד את הג’קוזי בחורף – היה מפנק וכיפי. האווירה נעימה וחמימה,חוויה ממש טובה.

Nothing really awful host, terrible to deal with.

DONT STAY HERE This was an extremely distressing experience and one I would strongly warn others against. I booked this property in good faith and paid 3,333 shekels (approximately AUD $1,600) upfront. The room is advertised on Booking.com as suitable for four people, with two large double beds and pricing clearly shown for four adults. However, shortly after booking, the host contacted me and insisted that my reservation was “for two adults only” and demanded an additional 2,000 shekels in order to allow my children to stay. This dispute began almost immediately after booking. Despite the listing configuration clearly accommodating four people, the host repeatedly accused my family of dishonesty and claimed there was “nowhere to put two more people,” which directly contradicts the listing itself, as i had 2 double beds in my booking. The tone of communication quickly became aggressive and abusive. I was repeatedly accused of lying and pressured to either pay a large additional amount or cancel the booking myself. Due to the nature of these awful messages, I no longer felt comfortable or safe proceeding with the stay at this property. Booking.com later acknowledged a system inconsistency, yet the host refused to cooperate with a penalty-free cancellation. Despite my requesting a full refund for a stay I could not safely attend, the host issued only a 49 shekel refund, corresponding to the cleaning fee she charges customers, while dishonestly retaining the remainder of the payment. Note I Cancelled within an hour of making the booking. What is particularly concerning is that the property was immediately re-listed for the same dates, again advertised as suitable for four people at a slightly ower price, contradicting the host’s claim that accommodating my family was impossible. This experience resulted in significant financial loss, stress, and disruption to my trip.

הגעתי לסופש ( לילה אחד) המקום מקסים , עם אוירה שקטה ,החדר היה מסודר ונקי יש גם מרפסת ובריכה גדולה במקום , המטבח מאובזר. בעלת הבית אדיבה,שירותית נותנת מענה בשעת הצורך !! בסה״כ חוויה טובה מאוד ממליצה בחום!

מקום מאוד נוח מבחינת המיקום,יחידה מורכבת מחדר שינה ממוזג עם מקלחון משובח ושרותים,מיתה ענקית עם מזרן אורטופדי מפנק וארון בגדים גדול עם דלתות הזזה.וחלק השני מרפסת עם נוף עירוני ובריזה בבוקר שכוללת מתבחון עם כול מהשנדרש :מקרר,מקרוגל,אבןטוטר וגם מכונת כביסה עם מייבש.בקיצור יחד עם בעלת הבית צביה-שהיא נשמה של היחידה -תענוג של נופש.מומלץ בחום רב

Big room, comfortable, all amenities available. Host took full responsibility for all issues that needed attention.

Located close to a main and busy road - day time is noisy. It is located in the metropolitan part of Tel Aviv, which has heavy and slow traffic in the mornings. May take 1hr+ to get to city center.

Host was super kind and everything was clean and comfortable!

We arrived in the midnight and the host was very kind and caring. We had very quiet and comfortable sleep and very good shower. The room is very cosy and clean, has AC, ensuite bathroom and a very big balcony containing kitchen. We enjoyed very much and we will not hesitate to book it next time!

The hostess was very warm ,pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean and pleasant. The pool was in the backyard two flights down but it was private and comfortable.

There was not much privacy from the host and no set parking spot so had to park behind her spot. The host was always asking for a 10/10 rating even when she was essentially kicking us out of the apartment early (asking us to move things into one room so she can start cleaning while we were still there), also I was going to take a quick nap while she was cleaning & I heard her open up my door without knocking!! I’m sorry but please don’t disturb us until the time of checkout - no privacy. Also she had demanded that we move our car at 7:30am so she could go on a walk (problem with parking). We just weren’t pleased with the pressure for a good rating & that it seemed like we had to fit her schedule

The balcony /kitchen /sitting area is open and there are no fans or ac so its very hot and humid.. Also abit noisy from the main road..

The staff was incredibly supportive and gave us plenty of attention. The owner was very careful with our kids and is even helping us to recover forgotten objects.

It's actually not close to the airport, but the 20min by car from the aurport are worth taking because the backyard is a super relaxing environment and the rooms are very comfortable.

Shower was good. Coffee good. The hostess was kind enough to take us to the train in the morning and woke up in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed in order to check us in to the unit. But she refused to refund the money when we told her that our flight was only going to arrive at 3:30 in the morning so we came anyway only to find a three story walk up and a single bed instead of two beds

We thought that the unit was going to be closer to the airport but it was not. Also we thought that there were going to be two queen size beds and found only one! This made it very uncomfortable for two women traveling together. Also it was a three-floor walk up which we did not know about

The property was very clean in a nice safe neighborhood. It was quiet yet close to main road access and quick to the airport. While the host spoke little English, she was able to relay the information needed for our stay.

There are several rooms. Ours was smallish and on the third floor. There was no lift, so we lumped our luggage to the top. We found out the next morning at 4:30 am that we had locked the car park behind ourselves, and left the keys in the foyer. We had to hop the 8ft. high gate with our luggage in order to leave. The owner is not on site. It was an adventure ;-)

Our family of four stayed in these apartments in transit from Ben Gurion airport. For this the apartments are very conveniently located. The hostess is eager to help and assist.

The unit is located in a huge and nice villa house. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable matrass, very nice owner. Comunication was very easy. I was staying for 1 night for my stadying in Shamir Hospital( the unit located 15 minutes from there)

MIXED FEELINGS = 6/10. Clean. Cute balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely shower. Friendly host who met us outside, helped w parking and check-in. However, listing is INACCURATE! Listing shows queen room 2 beds 2 bathrooms. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find only 1 bed in the room. The host then told me none of the rooms have 2 beds. It gets better. There is in fact a locked adjoining room with another bed (only a bed, no bath but access to the same balcony so clearly part of the same suite.) According to the host my genius price on booking was too low...so if I wanted to open the room with the other bed it was going to cost an extra 250 shekels CASH. Nearly double my price charged to my card in advance. CRAZY!!! The host agreed to fix this listing but as of today it is still not fixed. If you are a couple, you will be fine. Travelling with a room mate or an elderly parent or kids and need the extra bed? Expect to show up and pay Double! And if you got a good price or a genius price on booking, think again because the host might make you pay extra cash on the side because your price was too low. Honestly it feels like a Tel Aviv scam. Language barrier a significant problem. All communication w host had to be Hebrew English on Google translate

We are a family of 6 (3 children, an elderly lady, and a couple). This was a wonderful place to stay in our first trip to Israel. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was absolutely wonderful (well planned, quiet streets with beautiful flowers, and shops within walking distance -1/2km) The hosts communicated so brilliantly with us through what’s app, email and Google translate. they were so kind and helpful. We spent 3 nights here - on the first day we explored Rishon LeTsiyon and learnt about its fascinating history, ate awesome falafel and drank great coffee- we walked but there are tons of buses if it’s too hot. It really is a great city. The children adored the swimming pool (I had fun in it too- but it’s more child size)- and that brings me to another highlight- the garden is beautiful- we loved the plants and birds. The view from the kitchen balcony was also beautiful. On our 2nd day we took the bus (super easy - took about 30 minutes) to Jaffa. WOW! We drank Arabic coffee, ate Kanefeh (sp? a cake made with cheese and cooked on a grill… the highlight of my whole trip so far!! Delicious!), listened to the call to prayer, explored old Jaffa (think Jonah and the whale) - the port being 4000 years old. We then walked along the beach and swam in the sea for a few hours at Tel Aviv. we then got the bus home from there. A fantastic couple of days :)

The only negative I can think of is that there is a main road at the back of the house which is noisy especially during rush hour. A normal feature of a bustling, vibrant city!
