Eine wirklich schöne große Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Und fehlte ein Wäscheständer und wurde von den Vermietern umgehend besorgt, super Service👍 Die Lungaukarte bietet viele kostenlose Angebote in der Umgebung

Zur Zeit wird auf dem Grundstück ein zweites Haus gebaut, dies war teilweise Recht laut und die Arbeiten gingen früh los, somit war leider nichts mit ausschlafen.

Everything was in order, and more than expected. The host was kind and helpful, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. All recommendations and we will definitely see you again.

Het is een ontzettend mooi, nieuw en ruim appartment en van alle gemakken voorzien. En de communicatie met eigenaar verliep heel goed en staan meteen voor je klaar.

Het is een prachtig appartement op een geweldige locatie. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Majitelé nás očekávali přímo u ubytování. Milé přijetí, výborné zázemí pro zimní dovolenou a výlety do blízkých skiareálů. Parkování přímo u domu. Blízko do města a velmi blízko na sjezdovku.

Vse, zelo prostoren apartma, brezhibno čist, kuhinja z vso potrebno opremo, bravo gostitelju!

This is not our first time staying in the region, and this is the best-equipped apartment we have stayed in so far. The beds are extremely comfortable, the towels and bed linen are fresh, and the cleanliness of the entire apartment is at a very high level. The nearest ski resort is just a 3-minute drive away, and there are several ski resorts within about 15 minutes. I would definitely come back.

In our bedroom the heating wasnt working properly, it was too hot, even though we switched off the heating completly. Since it was -10 C outside we couldnt left the window open while we slept.

Velkoryse, moderne ubytovanie. Plnohodnotne vybavene pre 8 osob. Obrovska obyvacka. Lyziaren so susiakom na lyziarky je super.

Wir haben hier einen wundervollen Aufenthalt verbracht und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig, mit toller Anbindung an alle Skiegebiete in der Umgebung. Das Apartment war geräumig, modern eingerichtet und blitzsauber – alles hat gestrahlt! Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem, wir haben wie auf Wolken geschlafen. Der Gastgeber war herausragend: Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln da. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Preis-Leistung ist hier unschlagbar! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Comfortable appartment with 2 seperate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen fully equipped and a nice living room.Everything very clean, nice and soft white towels in the bathrooms. Great location ,parking next to the house, good ski room. Friendly host, nice and helpful. Only 16 minutes by car to the ski slopes in Obertauern. Thank You again , we really enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable appartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen, fully equipped, amazing location, kids enjoyed the big garden, where they could play bedminton, football, basketball, very kid friendly. Everything was super close, by walking we had the beautiful town, where you can enjoy the nature, hystorical buildings, swimming baths. Owners are very helpful and friendly, they offered us a LungauCard, which allowed us to explore many activities for free/with discounts, very kind of them. Overall, we had an amazing holiday.

Very helpful owners, very nice new building. The appartment was large enough for 5 people and had it all ready for a week. Whenever needed, the owners helped and provided whatever was needed. Also they provided a local visitor cards with tons of free or discounted tickets. Also a nice and large parking lot.

The bed for the fifth person in the living area was relatively uncomfortable, which we expected and completely understand. The sound insulation is not top level, so the level of noise is very much dependent on the other guests.

The host was friendly and very helpful, providing us with an excellent experience. The apartment was modern and comfortable, the location was perfect.

Property was new, clean with big-enough rooms. The 2 separate bathrooms were nice surprise :) The boot dryer was ON all the time, thus all equipments were ready to use every morning.

Some cooking / wooden spoon would be nice to have, that is the only one thing we missed from kitchen.

The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful and exceptionally clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and great separate ski storage. We were skiing in Obertauern and for that the location was also ideal, about 25 minutes ride to the slopes. We had a great time, and would highly recommend the accomodation!

There was a lot of snow, and the area around the house is big, we could leave the kids play as much as the want to. Also the fact that it had 2 bathrooms for a family of 4 it was really time saving. Hosts were very welcome. There was also warm place outside for the skies

It has everything you might need! Comfortable to chill and lounge, has everything to cook a nice meal and the host was very kind (even brought us beers and a card with discount for things to do nearby)!

Everything was great, but if I had to point out one thing, the garden of the apartment is near a quite busy road. So if you’re in the garden you might hear it, if you’re inside you won’t notice it at all!

Very clean rooms, beautiful location and amazing friendly and generous hosts! We needed a little bit of salt and they were more than happy to provide this to us. We went on several walks each day in the cute village and up into the mountains. It was stunning. The location is close to all ammenities, shops, castle etc… But the hosts really made the place for us. So friendly. Happy to help with any of our questions or any needs we had. Shout out to Granit and his family!

Very nice appartment, flexible staff. Our Lungau card was already in the apartment upon arrival, and a lot of things are free with this card. Good to have bathrooms for each room. Excellent value for money.

Small details that can make guests’ stay even more comfortable: more coffe capsules, garbage bags, paper towels.

We had a ground floor apartment and it was fantastic. Brand new, nice design, very well maintained and spotless clean. I was impressed. Close to Obertauern and close to the bus station 280 to Obertauern. Supermarket in the area. Very convenient location for our needs. For us, it would be the perfect spot for skiing in Obertauern every year if the owners change the mattress in the bedrooms (the beds were not comfortable for us).

The mattresses were very soft for us. One double mattress for two people. You feel every movement of your partner. We didn't sleep well, none of us (2 adults and 2 children). So, in my opinion, if the mattress is so soft, the correct option is to provide 2 separate mattresses. Instead, our friends (in the first floor apartment) didn't complain. Maybe is just not suitable for us...

Really nice apartment for 8 people.

Small fridge for 8 people. The washing machine and dryer are not in the apartment. You have to ask for keys to the room with it? I don't know, the owner didn't answer my phone, so we have no chance to use it :-(.

Very clean and modern apartment, with very good distribution of rooms and space. Great living room as well for bigger number of people to spend time together. Bathrooms are also great and well equipped.

some tools from the kitchen were missing and we couldn't find a sweep or cleaning tools. Also the plates are a bit bulky and difficult to handle in the dishwasher, but clearly they are very new so cannot complain about the quality and there was plenty of them available as well.

The apartment was super modern and amazing. It looked like barely any people stayed there before us. We were especially thankful for the ski room where we could store our ski equipment. The nearest ski bus srop was also only a ~7 minute walk away.

Everything was great. We were welcomed, given keys. There was everything I needed for the mother of 3 kids. Close to ski slopes. There is a shop in the centre. It is 10min from the castle by walk.

The service was impeccable. A skiing family went to experience a neighbouring town to Obertaun. The local options in this UNESCO town allowed a great experience of Austria before the skiing week started.

Everything was perfect. The owners were so accomodating, they went over and beyond and gave us a 20 minute drive back to Obertaun when taxis were unavailable. Highly recommend this place

This is how the highest quality looks like. Everything was just perfect. The apartments are super clean, well equipped, the staff is helpful. Mattresses are very comfortable. We will for sure come back here during winter or autumn next year.
