Beautiful, clean, lots of space. Small toiletries and coffee / tea for us to use. Close to Spa Circuit, 15 min walk, local shop / restaurants nearby. You have a lovely section of garden available to yourself.

Beautiful little studio in the perfect location for Spa-Francorchamps!

Aside from the property itself, the owners were fantastic! Even managed to help me out with an obscure request without hesitation!

Prachtig huisje waar alles aanwezig was. Zeer rustig gelegen en aangenaam om te verblijven.

Perfect location for Spa F1. The hosts were incredible. They went above and beyond in helping us with every need. I would highly recommend this property.

Lage top für zum Track Spa.

Es hat nichts an Ausstattung gefehlt. Die Lage ist genau wie das Studio einfach wunderschön. Die Vermieter waren immer bemüht und man kam auch super ohne Französischkenntnisse klar.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Rennstrecke war perfekt. Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Studio mit Garten, eigenem Parkplatz und allem was man braucht. Einfach wunderbar.

Der Preis war für das Rennwochenende schon ziemlich hoch.

Le propriétaire est venu nous saluer. Il est très avenant et nous a donné plein de petits conseils.

Un petit coin de paradis à Francorchamps. Tout était vraiment au top. Parfait pour se détendre après une journée sur le circuit.

Absolutely amazing property - from the cleanliness of the property, to the friendliness of the hosts. The area and accomodation were stunning. Would definitely come back in the future! Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our experience so special

The property was clean, tidy and warm upon arrival. It had everything we needed for a small stay. The host was very welcoming and explained the important things of note to us.

Stayed a weekend for a race at the Spa-Francorchamps. Host was welcoming, studio and bathroom was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot and had good pressure and the area quiet at night. Walk to and from the track goes past a couple of restaurants. If available for a race weekend, I would recommend staying here.

Expérience luxueuse, dès le début on se sent accueilli chaleureusement - instructions d’entrée claires, accueil par l’hôte (malgré le self check in), petit cadeau de bienvenue. On se sent dans un hôtel de luxe et en plus on a tout un appart et jardin à disposition. Chaque détail de l’espace a été précieusement pensé et choisi, les appareils sont de la meilleure qualité (douche, lit, micro-ondes, machine à café), mêmes les cosmétiques proposés sont d’une bonne marque 😍 En plus, la localisation est parfaite pour accéder au circuit de Spa et faire des balades en nature.

Rien à signaler :) La seule chose qui vient à l’esprit c’est qu’il serait utile d’avoir un petit lave vaisselle mais c’est un détail

This apartment is just beautiful! Well appointed, has everything you need, including a beautiful quiet setting. The hosts were great, communication fabulous. We stayed because of a race at spa/francorchamp circuit. This was a 25 minute walk away, which was so easy compared to the traffic queues we saw. There are a couple of lovely restaurants 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The surrounding area was stunning to explore. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, immaculately furnished and finished, all amenities available and worked perfectly, fantastic setting in a great village

Nothing at all

Peaceful and quiet location and an easy walk to the village centre with restaurants and boulangerie to pick up breakfast. Well equipped for a short stay. While attached to the main house, I didn't hear any signs of the owners other than saying hello when I arrived.

We received much more than we had expected! Everything was clean and tidy. Brand new furniture and cosy interior. The studio is compact, but ergonomically very well organised. The private garden and the terrace provide a lot of calmness. The location is very close to hiking paths and easy accessible by car from the highway. The check in included some presents as welcome pack. Even there is a self check in, we had a chance to meet the owner, which was very responsive and just a vey nice person. Next time we go to SPA region we would wish to come back to this location.

Very nice appartment, very nice surroundings. We love to return to this place.

Very peaceful / very well thought out use of the size. Shower was really nice. Outdoor seating area was fantastic and nice to chill out. Kitchen whilst small was perfect for cooking and has everything I needed to meal prep for 3 meals a day. Really nice peaceful place.

Bed sheets were thick/ would have been nice most of the year but it was 20 degrees at night. So it was warm.

Very modern, very clean and walking distance to the racetrack. Hosts were very accommodating and super friendly! Made sure all my needs were met

Very clean place.

Beautifully finished and modern with lovely outside area. It’s part of the owners house but completely separate, private and quiet and benefits from being in large grounds, with a large parking area. The owners are very helpful and friendly including leaving a welcome pack. Less than a 5min walk to local restaurants and a 5min drive to the race track.

The location is really nice, it's a separate appartment next to the main building. The interior is very very new and modern, I especially appreciated the kitchen, everything was there for us to have great meals. And the bathroom is also very nice! The shower is awesome, you have a lot of space and everything was very clean. We noticed that there was a little enclosure for some chicken, and surprise: we got fresh eggs from those chicken! It was one of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Very quite area. Very close to the center of Stavelot (by foot only 5min), you have a really nice butcher there and also a good bakery. We come back when we will visit Spa again! Thank you François and Martine!!!

Amazing apartment, nice & quiet location, tasteful interieur…

The apartment was incredibly clean and well thought out. The property was very quiet, despite being so close to town. We were there during the F1 race weekend, so things were quite busy all around the area, but you wouldn’t know it once you entered the grounds. It is easily within walking distance to the track. The only four star was for Value, but there is nothing inexpensive during this one particular race weekend every year. The hosts were incredibly responsive and eager to please. We would easily stay there if we go back in the future.

The couch is uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillow is very heavy and hard. The quilt is very warm for the summer. Sorry! 😥

Fantastic host and a charming place to stay!

It was a so fabulous studio! Everything was great that I will definitely come back again next time! Host's response was mostly within 10 mins.

it was a great studio. Beds were great and a beautiful bathroom.

The accommodation was excellent, extremely clean and very comfortable. It represented excellent value for money. Whilst I sadly didn't meet the owners due to the times I arrived in the evening and left in the morning (I was attending an event at the nearby racing circuit), I had a few messages from them welcoming me and making sure everything was OK. If I come back to the area I will definitely stay again, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.
