It’s an old apartment, cheap furniture/materials. Door doesn’t lock properly most times. For some reason no hand soap provided in bathrooms.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Dicht aan het strand. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. (Betaald in t weekend en op feestdagen) Het is net iets buiten de drukte, maar leuke strandtenten voor de deur. Er is een fietsenstalling voor de fietsen en alles was erg schoon.
Het is wat verouderd qua meubels, maar helemaal prima.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Sehr schöne, saubere, moderne Appartement, mit sehr bequeme Bett. Der Inhaber war hilfreich und nahbei zu erreichen. Parking vor der Tür, kostenlos in der Woche, was für Belgien / Knokke ein Traum ist. Zwei Minuten zum Strand und sehr schöne Strandbars, und Restaurants. Ein kleiner Supermarkt zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Etwas außerhalb von Knokke, in Duinbergen gelegen, aber immernoch eine sehr schöne Gegend.
Absolute gar nichts, es war perfekt.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025L'appart est vraiment super. Hyper lumineux et avec une très belle vue dégagée sur la place. La cuisine est super bien équipée. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses et la literie très confortable. Les 2 sdb sont également très agréables et non étriquées. Nous avons fortement apprécié le linge de maison ainsi que les serviettes de bain inclus. C'est vraiment un confort de ne pas devoir les apporter soi-même.

old apartment, the shower head cant be fixed on the pole, the handle for closing the tub is broken, no hand soap, the beds were not made (the sheets were on the naked beds) the chairs were up on the table. not relevant for the apt, but to the town- taxi early morning is impossible to find

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025Schöne Wohnung mit genug Platz für 4-5 Personen. Parken kostet 12,50€/Tag --> Leider scheint der Automat nicht funktioniert zu haben, als ich das Parken für mehrere Tage gekauft habe, somit hatte ich einen Strafzettel für 40 €.
Der Strand ist komplett mit kleinen weißen Hütten die man mieten kann zugebaut. Wir sind nach Cadsand und weiter in den Norden gefahren, da uns die Gegend dort viel besser gefällt.

Het is wel wat ouder appartement Honden mogen mee maar mogen niet van 10.00 tot 20.00 uur op het strand komen. Is niet veel te beleven in Knokke zelf.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Modern en schoon appartement direct aan de boulevard op een geweldige locatie. Alle benodigdheden voor een fijn verblijf waren aanwezig.
We moesten ons eigen bed opmaken! Voor een accommodatie uit deze prijsklasse zou het fijn zijn als dit al gebeurd is. Parkeerplaats is niet makkelijk te vinden.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Lovely apartment, very well equipped. Good WiFi and plenty of TV channels. Very nice location a few metres from the beach (Duinbergen Strand), with a nice walk along the beach. Nearby are several restaurants, couple of cafes, couple of beach bars, a baker, ice cream shop, and a decent Carrefour Express. The owners/hosts are friendly and accommodating. They also run a self-service eatery on the front (beach/sea view from their terrace) which is very decent, and far cheaper than most of the other restaurants nearby.
It would be churlish of me to complain about anything. :-) If you want to be picky, it faces the square rather than the sea, and has a Juliette balcony rather than a proper balcony. (But I knew this in advance from the photos.) However... the payment process is a bit hinky. I've NEVER been asked to send money before during all my years using Booking! It's always done in the standard way (i.e. Booking charges your card, per the T&Cs, or you pay the host on entry with cash/card as you prefer). I think it's a very eccentric decision to do otherwise. Maybe it's me being overly cautious, but when I get random emails demanding I send a big sum of money immediately, my first reaction is to ignore the dastardly scammers. :-)

The WiFi was out of service while we were staying, which meant booking things, planning activities and keeping in touch with home was tricky. Not ideal. There was no hand soap on arrival but as soon as I reported this, the owner brought us some.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2025Een erg schone studio die aan al mijn vereisten voldeed. Aparte badkamer en apart toilet. Groot, comfortabel bed. Relatief grote keuken. Alles was heel schoon. Ik was de meeste dagen alleen en dan is het een heel goed verblijf. Bakker, beenhouwer en slager in de buurt. Vlakbij strand. Veel parkeergelegenheid.
Het is allemaal wat onpersoonlijk, maar op zich vond ik dat niet erg. De locatie ligt vlakbij het strand en niet ver van de locatie waar ik moest werken, maar je zit op iets verdere afstand van winkels en restaurants.
