Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Wir hatten das Appartement Ladasa. Es lag oben, sodass wir einen guten Blick auf den See hatten und ruhig gelegen. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Eine Flasche Wein spendierten die Vermieter, die uns begrüßt hatten. Sie empfahlen uns den Luzern-Pass. der sich wirklich gelohnt hat. Von Emmetten aus konnte man gut den Bus benutzen, um alles weitere zu erkunden. In der Wohnung gab es viele Anregungen für die Ausflüge und Fahrpläne.
Ergänzend wäre ein Fliegen/Mückenfenster gut.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Apartmán je naprosto skvěle vybavený. V kuchyni najdete všechno vybavení, co snad existuje včetně stroje na fondue. Je tu parádní výhled na jezero, velmi dobrá dostupnost na hlavní silnici. Majitelé jsou velmi nápomocní. Cítili jsme se tu moc příjemně a jako doma. Všechno bylo úžasně čisté a voňavé!
Určitě bychom uvítali instrukce k pračce v angličtině v plném rozsahu, abychom neměli trable s praním, které se zde platí půlfranky. V době největšího vedra nám chyběl ventilátor.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026דירה נחמדה מאודת עם נוף לאגם. חניה צמודה לרכב הוסיפה לחווית שהיה כפרית. המטבח מאובזר ומסודר. בסה"כ תמורה טובה למחיר במחיוחד כאשר מדובר בשוויץ. אליזבת הייתה מקסימה וזמינה כל הזמן, במיוחד כאשר היינו צריכים שתקבל מזוודה שיגיעה כמה ימים אחרי. היא קיבלה אותה מהשליח ושמה ליד הדלת. מיקום מרכזי מאוד לטיולים עם רכב - מקום מצוין לטיולי כוכב. תודה רבה על האירוח החם!!!
היו כמה דברים מציקים, שדי הכבידו: 1. שעות כניסה מאוד מצומצמות - ביום הראשון לא הספקנו לטייל כי מיהרנו לעשות צ'ק אין עד 18:00, אחרת היינו משלמים 50 פראנק. היה הרבה יותר נוח אם הייתה תיבה עם קוד וצ'ק אין עצמי. 2. מצעים וכריות - טוען שיפור כריות עייפות ופחות נוחות. 3. פקדון של 300 פרנק/יורו - ממש הכביד, כאשר הייתה תחושה של חשש שאם נעשה משהו לא במכוון, ולא נקבל את הכסף חזרה. 4. נקיון מטבח - פעם ראשונה שבעלת הדירה דורשת לנקות ולסדר מטבח, והנקיון הוא תנאי לקבלת פקדון חזרה.

The kitchen appliances did not work well, specifically the microwave. The kitchen chairs, couch and pillows were dirty. There was only one washing machine, so we had to wait for a while to use it. Also, the washing machine system was not good and you had to pay to use it. The curtains were dirty as well.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026This apartment is about 30 minutes from Luzerne on the southern shore of Lake Lucerne. Upone arrival we were warmly greeted by Elizabeth and Felix. We instantly felt like family. They showed us around the apartment and made us feel so at home. There is an amazing view from the deck. The local restaurant is a 3 minute walk down the street and has wonderful flambe tartes. The local shop and bus stop are less than 10 minutes from the apartment. The entire apartment is well equipped. The kitchen is plentiful with dishes and cookware. The owners even had a wonderful bottle of wine in the fridge for us that we enjoyed while watching sunsets over the lake from our deck.
The shower does not have the best seal so we had to be mindful of water on the bathroom floor.

We were asked to keep the house clean and ensure all bed linens are taken out, dishes are done, house cleaned at checkout. The host kept Eur 300 as a deposit to ensure if anything is broken or untidy then it will be deducted. But when i checked my invoice I see Eur 170 charged towards cleaning. THis is absolutely not ok, if we are paying for cleaning then why did the host keep Eur 300 as deposit and also ensure we cleaned the property. We wasted 1 hr cleaning the old house and at the same time paid Eur 170 - this is absolutely not ok

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen, erhielten eine kurze Einführung in die Besonderheiten der Wohnung und einen gekühlten Wein als Gastgeschenk. Daher fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen und direkt sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war super sauber und bestens eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Unsere Fahrräder waren in der Garage sicher untergestellt.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf den Vierwaldstätter See. Der persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und immer sicher gestellt. Die zentrale Lage am See ermöglicht viele interessante Ausflüge.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Very good apartment in a very nice location. We had a view from every room which was so good, the hosts were very welcoming and we felt like home. Kitchen and bathroom had almost every necessity which made our stay very smooth and comfortable.
The only thing we did not like was the laundry. They had a coin laundry setup in the premises which did not make any sense. We already paid so much for the accommodation and it should have been a part of the service. It was annoying

The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Everything was well explained, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay الشقة ممتازة جدًا، نظيفة ومجهزة تجهيزًا كاملًا ومريحة. الموقع رائع وهادئ وقريب من الطبيعة. المالكون في غاية اللطف والتعاون والاحترافية، وتم شرح كل شيء لنا بوضوح وشعرنا بترحيب كبير طوال فترة الإقامة.
Nothing major. The only small inconvenience was the cash security deposit, as it is refunded at check-out and can be inconvenient for international guests. However, this did not affect the quality of our stay. لا يوجد شيء سلبي كبير. فقط ملاحظة بسيطة بخصوص مبلغ التأمين النقدي لأنه يُسترجع عند تسجيل الخروج وقد يسبب بعض الإزعاج للضيوف القادمين من الخارج، لكن هذا لم يؤثر على جودة الإقامة

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Wir hatten alle ein sauber bezogenes Bett. Es hat eine Geschirrspühlmaschine. Es hat Schlitten, welche man benutzen darf. Es hat ein grosses Sofa und einen grossen Tisch. Wir konnten mit dem Auto nach Beckenried und von dort aus Skifahren.
Eine Wohnung war sehr alt. Dazu muss man sagen, dass wir zwei Wohnungen gebucht haben. Eine war neu saniert und eine wirklich alt. der Preis ist aber für beide Wohnungen gleich. Wir haben uns erlaubt, unser Elektroauto übers Küchenfenster einzustecken, dies braucht höchstens 20.-. Dafür haben wir sonst Strom gespart, indem wir die Zusatzheizung nicht einsteckten und dadurch kalt hatten. Die Vermieter kennen keine Elektroautos und verlangten von uns 100.- zusätzlich für den Strom, wir einigten uns dann auf 50.-. Ebenfalls wurden wir beschimpft Ilegale beherbergt zu haben. Obwohl wir die 2 Wohnungen für 12 Personen gebucht haben und nur 11 Personen dort schliefen und wir max 12 Personen am Heiligabend waren. Die Wohnungen sind für je 6 erwachsene Personen eher knapp und es hat auch nur ein Bad pro Wohnung.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Vierwaldstätter See ist atemberaubend schön! Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet: Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeeautomat, Toaster und Wasserkocher, Waschmöglichkeit etc, etc! Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden! Die Gastgeber sind zurückhaltend sympathisch und sehr nett! Wir haben jeden Tag genossen! Etikett: Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Cash deposit - at a time when cash is hardly used, I did not want a large amount of foreign currency at the end of the holiday. Bed linen, 2 single winter duvets on a double bed during a heatwave.

Reviewed May 28, 2025The property was spacious and comfortable and had the most breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Everything that we needed was provided and there was a shop nearby to get fresh bread and other food supplies. There was lots to see and do nearby. We were spoiled for choice!
We found that noise travelled between rooms and we couldn’t work out how to close the shutters in the double bedroom on our windows. I’m sure Elizabeth would have shown us had we asked but the early starts meant we had more time to get out for walks and explore😀

Reviewed May 24, 2025The hosts Elisabeth and Felix were friendly and kind. We were treated with a complimentary bottle of Swiss wine upon arrival - delicious. They anticipated our every need. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home. They were so considerate of my grandfather (88 years old) who travelled with me. We had a wonderful stay.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2024Great place to stay. We came from US to ski. Location was great. 45 min to skiing resort and 1 hour to Zurich. Studio was small but we had everything what we need. Property managers Elisabeth and Felix were excellent. When we come next time we probably book the bigger apartment. They have different size options.

The apartment is situated in a small and quiet village. It was very clean and cozy and we had a beautiful view of the lake. It was only a 30 minute drive to the Engelberg ski area.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2023Very nice room, clean and very well maintained. You have all the facilities needed for cooking, and everything is in an excellent condition and clean. The view from the balcony was great too. Warm (and direct) hosting, which really puts attention to details, always happy to chat and recommend where to visit. It is definitely a place I would come back.
No real complains here, but I will mention few minor ones: The parking was accecible through some steep stairs, which may not be so comfortable for everyone. Not sure this was the case for other appartments as well. The shower, which was clean and great overall, is a bit on the small size. There is no double bed option, only if using the sofa. The built in bad is opened as two tween beds. I guess some couples will find it less ideal. The beds were comfortable and clean. Emmeten is very nice and peaceful location to stay, but anywhere you go you need to drive up/dows the mountain it sits on. Very nice views indeed, but when coming back after a busy day, when you tired and it's dark, it can be somewhat annoying to drive.

We saw amazing sunset. Perfect cleanliness in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are soft and smell delicious. Cozy cafe next to the house.

Owners were exceptional…waited for us till midnight for our late checkin. They provided all the helpful documents to navigate around Switzerland. Had a great here and will definitely recommend everyone

Reviewed Jun 13, 2023The location and the view from the balcony was excellent. There is a common washer and drying roonm on site, which is very good, but a bit complicated. This was explained by the Elisabeth, the manager very well. Parking is complimentary on site. One needs to be aware that a 300 Euro deposit is taken on checking in.
The "cleaning" charge of 80 euros was very high. The explanation that it was for the parking and the city taxes, plus washing of the linen seemed rather strange.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2023I was initially looking for places to stay in Lucerne, but ended up finding Elisabeth and Felix’s place in Emmetten and I am so thankful we did! Lucerne is a bustling beautiful city, but Emmetten, just 15 min car ride away is a small, quaint mountain without the crowds and with incredible views of the lake (in my opinion even better than Lucerne). We only were only able to stay two nights, but wish we could have stayed many more to try more hikes and mountain biking. It was very easy for us to do a day trip into Lucerne on our way out do town. You also must try Susi’s pizza- just a 5 min walk away. The place was impeccably clean and Elizabeth and Felix were prompt and dependable hosts. We traveled with our 18 month old son and had no issues. Honestly if you want to see Lucerne but stay somewhere more affordable with better views, this is the place!
